Review: 5-Star Comfort with a Small Location Caveat Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at Centro Olaya Riyadh and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is impeccable—the rooms are modern, sleek, and exceptionally clean, offering a perfect urban retreat in the middle of a busy city. What I loved: Service: The staff were professional and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. Facilities: The rooftop pool and gym are highlights of the property, offering great views and a chance to relax. Vibe: It has a very chic, lifestyle-focused atmosphere that is perfect for both business travelers and couples. The only downside: The only thing to be aware of is that there aren’t many shops or convenience stores within immediate walking distance of the hotel entrance. If you need snacks, pharmacy items, or a quick retail fix, you’ll likely need to take a short Uber or drive to one of the nearby malls or commercial strips. Verdict: Despite the lack of immediate shops nearby, the quality of the hotel and the service make it a 5-star stay for me. I would definitely stay here again, just with a little more preparation for my personal supplies!

L'hotel è buono e pulito, ma l'allarme delle auto, delle ambulanze, delle pattuglie e dei bar, le finestre sono scoperto.

Overall it was wonderful meeting people like Moataz Mersal - he was always very quick in welcoming my wife n I to the Nakheel restaurant. Great food great service - thumbs up! Then there was Raghad (guest services) who gave timely and sound advice to my wife regarding safety n metro directions to National Museum etc. Need to mention Montaser n Ahmed as well! Such attentive staff at the bar & gym! 👍 On the other hand, the housekeeping team needs re-training. Everyday (for four days three nights) they forgot to replenish items in the room! We had to keep calling them! 👎

Excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace! The staff were very polite and professional, especially at reception. The room was tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the outdoor pool area for a quick break in the afternoon. Great value for money in a central location. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Riyadh.

Had fun because they have a lot of things going on for eid. Hope they'll train the guard to assist guess to speak english, at least ask if we are guess so they can allow us to park inside because we were asked to park outside because of miscommunication. Outdoor pool hours is bad. Until 5:30 only when it just started to cool down. Location is far from city center but food delivery reaches. Dunkin donut by the lobby also helps.

La stanza è grande, con una camera da letto, un soggiorno e un bagno abbastanza grande. L'attrezzatura sembra molto completa, ma l'unico inconveniente è che le prese dell'hotel sono solo di tipo britannico, non è possibile utilizzare quelle cinesi e l'hotel non dispone di prese di conversione.

L'adattamento era molto freddo anche dopo aver cercato di ripararlo, nonché lavatrice di riscaldatori, il servizio clienti è stato informato e ha accettato di ottenere una compensazione alimentare, tranne che non era sul viso che l'hotel era onorabile, Era deludente e non rispettava gli ospiti, ed era un servizio. I clienti hanno evitato la promessa di mettere alcuni dei miei sacchetti nella scatola di ghiaccio dopo averli portati via da me, hanno portato via i miei sacchetti e le mie gocce d'acqua, e l'autorità di vigilanza è stata informata di tutto questo, e mi ha ricevuto bene, ha offerto un drink, E disse che il manager mi avrebbe contattato, tranne che non mi avesse contattato fino a questo momento.Sono 24 ore. E' stato deludente.

Estremamente soddisfatto. Questo è il mio secondo soggiorno. Adoro il servizio cordiale e attento; tutti qui hanno un sorriso felice sul volto. Anche la colazione è abbondante e i dessert abbinati al caffè nero al bar al primo piano sono assolutamente deliziosi. C'è anche un centro commerciale nelle vicinanze.
