La mia esperienza generale nel Grand Westside Hotel Manila era buona la proprietà è moderna, pulita e il personale è stato cortese per tutta la mia permanenza. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante uno scalo alle 9:00 del mattino. Offrono un servizio di trasferimento aeroportuale, il che è molto comodo. Il tragitto dura 10 minuti, anche con il traffico. Ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in anticipato dato che siamo arrivati ​​alle 5:30. Rocelle (Front Desk), Fira Sel (Concierge) and their teams went out of their way to accommodate me in my short stay at the Savoy Hotel Terminal 3. I needed a late check-out and they obliged very generously with this request, meaning I could enjoy the comforts of the hotel before my late flight back to the UK.. This was incredibly convenient and very much appreciated 👍🏼 - great job Savoy Hotel team, and thank you again🙏🏼. See you next time!

We normally stay at this hotel for family staycation. However, this time, it was a bit disappointing. There were a lot of things that really made our stay not enjoyable. 1. Construction noise - no one informed us about the construction. Previously, front desk would inform about it upon check in and they also left a note in our room. But now, nothing. And as a person who works at night, i normally sleep in the morning til afternoon but we were disturbed by the construction noise. 2. Plates, utensils - if you want to borrow 1 set of playe, bowl & utensils, you have to pay Php150 per set, which is so unbelievable! Your room rates aren't cheap & you can't even allow your guests to borrow plates, spoons & fork, which are usually necessity when staying in a hotel. So we just went to the nearby Lawson & bouth 10pcs of plates, spoons, forks & cups for only Php80! 3. Parking- they said 1 room has an alloted 1 parking space but when we had to park, no more available space. You should prioritize your check in guests! And how come the parking is already full when you kept saying you alloted 1 parking space per room. 4. Missing chair- in the pictures, you will see 2 chairs but when we entered the room, there's only 1. 5. Old furniture- their sofa bed is squeekingly old, you can't sleep bec every move, the sofa bed will create noise. Not worth it anymore. Their only redemptions are the king bed, free chocolates & nuts & nespresso coffee.

Room is clean and and just okay, staffs are friendly and foods in their breakfast buffet is good. However the smell of fabcon for the linens is too strong. Wifi is not also that strong, and tv is not connected to internet so you cant really enjoy watching in the tv. Their pool also is not that big and they doesn't have a kiddie pool. Overall our stay was just fine.

We had an absolutely amazing time at skyport hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. And take note they free shuttle to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble. I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

Pros: nice architecture , nice SPA & service, free mini bar (cup noodle & Pringle chips, coke and pineapple juice) Cons: - super slow reception (bad line management), smells really bad since it’s a ****** and alot of random people walk in and out and smoke. - NO OUTSIDE FOOD or FOOD DELIVERY!!! that’s actually absurd, since as an tourist, I want to enjoy local food in the comfort of my own home/room, and that is not allowed.. really crazy. - NOBE restaurant is also extremely overpriced and bad, we got the omakase.. and the presentation was horrible.. food was so so average.. - The pool is only open till 8pm, you don’t really have much time to enjoy it since during the day time it’s so damn humid and hot outside, realistically you will start using the pool around 6 pm ish when it’s least hot - loud noisy room, you can hear the loud train, traffics, airplane noise outside, combined with the room next door.. it’s so loud , I am honestly shocked by how bad the sound proofing is
