Another nice hotel we stayed in is here Hotel Route Inn. Everything was great. View frm our room is magnificient. And the best thing is they have a private onsen that u can use with a fee. And very affirdable too!! Every staff is so helpful and polite. 🥰

L'hotel è situato in una zona tranquilla, lontano dalla ricchezza e dalla bussola della zona turistica. Ci siamo trasferiti 3 notti in una stanza di fronte al lago con una splendida vista sul lago Fuji-san. Un furgone offre servizi di navetta per e dalla stazione Kawaguchiko. Il ristorante non è operativo, quindi abbiamo mangiato fuori o abbiamo comprato cibo da Lawson/7-11. Il personale dell'hotel era amichevole e attento, e c'erano personale di lingua mandarina. Ci manca molto, anche se siamo ora a Hoshino Amoriya, che parla molto del Kumonoue Fuji!

This is so far the best experience I had in Japan, the bell boy was waiting for us in front of the hotel. We were specifically arrange a private room for our dinner and breakfast, unfortunately due to fogging we were unable to see Mt. Fuji during breakfast. The in-room onsen was really fantastic with Mt. Fuji view.

Un modo meraviglioso per iniziare il mio primo viaggio in Giappone, la posizione è a destra del Lago Kawaguchi e proprio dietro è la Ropeway panoramica del monte Fuji. Il personale è stato molto utile e amichevole, sicuramente rimarrebbe ancora se avessi la possibilità.

Went with my parents. Check in was relatively straight forward, as was check out. The hotel was quite spacious, the room was to be expected. Relatively basic but clean. Did not eat there. They were able to call us a taxi when needed. We enjoyed the onsen as it had different pools, though not sure about how much of it was “onsen water”.

We used the payphone at the train station to call the resort and they arranged a pick up service for us. It arrived within 15 minutes of the call so we didn’t have to wait too long in the cold. It would be better if they could let us know about this arrangement in the booking confirmation. Driver who picked us up was a delight to meet! He was cheerful, coupled with his humorous mannerism, brightened up the otherwise gloomy journey amidst the cold. Location of the resort is quite far away. Although there was a 7-11 within 10 minutes of walking, the nearest shopping cluster was 20 minutes away, although this shopping cluster is quite a complete one with a full pharmacy, supermarket and plenty of food options, ranging from cheap to exquisite. The resort is 30 minutes walk (15 minutes drive) away from Kawaguchiko station. The location will be more convenient for travelers who drive. We woke up with a direct view of Fuji-San! Absolutely breath taking. Breakfast, served buffet-style was sumptuous with Japanese food. It filled us up and got us ready for the day. Upon check out, we realized we had to book the shuttle bus to the train station. We thought it would be readily available. This was not the case as the bus at the previous timings were full. This could have been made known to us upon check in. Also, the shuttle bus is actually a 7-seater car and not a bus. Maybe right-naming the vehicle is better as it will give travelers a better understanding the capacity of the transport.

Posizione: a pochi minuti dal museo Gem se si prende il bus della linea rossa. È situato proprio accanto al lago kawaguchi. Camera: Molto grande abbastanza per mettere 5 futon se necessario. Il mobilio sembra datato ma funzionale e la camera è mantenuta molto pulita e tempestiva. Tuttavia, ha bisogno di una chiave fisica per accedere alla camera. Ha vista sul lago Kawaguchi e sul Monte Fuji dalla finestra. E' già questo il valore dei soldi che abbiamo pagato. Mangiare: Prenotato la stanza con cena e colazione inclusi e consiglio a chiunque prenota il posto per fare così bene, molto spruzzato e delizioso anche. L'hotel dispone di un'abitazione con piscina all'aperto e all'interno.

Meglio farsi guidare da un'auto se si può noleggiare o guidare, altrimenti bisogna camminare per una lunga distanza se si va con il freddo. La villa era fantastica, con un buon servizio fornito e si può davvero vedere il monte Fuji molto bene. Forniscono la consegna e le quantità e lo standard del cibo erano davvero fantastici. Forniscono un servizio navetta al mattino e bisogna prenotare l'orario per i diversi terminal degli autobus intorno a Kawaguchiko. Meglio viaggiare e soggiornare se si arriva in grandi gruppi. Sicuramente la mia scelta per soggiornare la prossima volta che viaggio con i miei amici!

Il nostro 2° soggiorno qui! Grande posizione che è molto vicino a Lawson e cibo ala vicino. Shuttle gratuito fornito dall'hotel alla stazione di treno & viceversa. Bonus questa volta, ha la stanza con vista Mt Fuji! Certamente tornerà qui in un futuro prossimo! Mantenere il buon servizio 🤗

For any Yuru Camp anime fans, if you also are interested in an Onsen experience this is the perfect place. The facilities and staff are amazing! I couldn't believe the size of my room, especially after coming from a business hotel in Tokyo. I thought Deluxe Twin was just the ”deluxe” version of a standard single twin size bed room instead of two twin beds but there are no complaints. Given it's more remote location I was expecting zero English but I was so surprised at how well some of the staff spoke English and had print outs for English speakers. I have to shout out two staff members, Nozomi and Joon Bae's english combined with my limited and grammatically atrocious Japanese they went above and beyond making me understand how everything worked as well as assisting me with my ventures outside of the onsen. They have two e-bikes available for rent which I rode to the next station on the minobu line so I could visit the school that was used in the anime as well as get a taxi to take me to Lake Shibere, from episodes 6 and 7 of season one. It was my first time in Japan, being the only foreigner at the hotel for the two full days, I only visited the baths once however the facilities are amazing and I plan on going back to use the Onsen more.
