Just right for us visiting family while in Japan. Most staff can speak English & help in any way they can to make your stay more comfortable. Cleaners are exceptional in their attention to detail in every respect. Front desk staff are efficient & friendly. Convenient to Bullet train & local trains. A delightful experience overall. We are return customers with several stays over the years, will happily stay again on further trips.

Biggest hotel room I've stayed in, in Japan. However, do note that there is no onsen and pool access. Pool and a 'hot tub' will be at a fee of 3300 yen/day. Nevertheless, room was very comfortable and the room ammenities was plenty good. I felt that the gym access was decent. Location was ultra convenient, minutes away from the JR station.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione conveniente. Ha un passaggio a JR Nagoya e nei locali vicini. È possibile trovare molte opzioni alimentari e shopping nelle vicinanze. Mi sono offerto una camera con una vista eccellente, ma fortunatamente l'hotel mi ha dato una stanza sul piano superiore e la vista era magnifica (cercava di prendere una foto durante il tramonto). La stanza era troppo piccola per me. Per una stanza di tre, c'era poco spazio per svolgere il bagaglio.

Simple request, if possible to change 2 single beds to 1 double bed in the same room type upon check in and was told the change will cost 100,000 YEN PER PERSON. Total will be 200,000 yen for just changing the bed arrangements. I think the charges are ridiculous, most hotels will do it for free if there's availability. Make sure to book the correct bed arrangements as changes are outrageously expensive. Even though it's not fully booked, staff are not willing to make a change out of goodwill. It shows about their service.

Beautifully decorated in December for christmas. Although older building, hotel was well maintained and staff friendly. Limited English though. Rooms a little dark (orange lighting) but ideal for a good night's rest. Best for free parking.

Good location, walking distance to Nagoya JR Station and other attractions like the Nagoya Castle and various shopping districts! Small quirk of the room design being the lack of an area to put clothes while showering, and the kettle for some reason doesn't stop after it has boiled? But at least the staff were friendly and quick to resolve issues

Staff was really friendly helping me out with recommendations for a place to eat. Not too far from the Shinkansen station, which is a plus. Bathroom was really narrow and tight. Nothing surprising about the amenities. Overall a good place to stay for a night when you’re traveling.

located in Sakae area, with a lot of mall and resto and station within walking distance (5-10mins) the breakfast is great, you can have standard buffet breakfast (but with Nagoya famous food; chicken wing and pork katsu with miso sauce) or Japanese ala carte breakfast. The hotel is old but the the maintenance is good. The room is spacious. We sent our luggage from Tokyo to here, and when we arrived, the luggage was already in our room. Thank you Nagoya Tokyu Hotel.

Absolutely amazing stay with Indigo ! ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS! I booked Hotel Indigo so as to join a day trip to Shirakawa-go unfortunately my trip was cancelled unexpectedly. #1. Location - I arrived Nagoya station from Tokyo station via bullet train 1hr 50mibs & changed to subway to Inuyama Station 40mins via express 1st class train. From there took taxi to Hotel about 12mins drive by walk 25-30mins #2. This hotel is very nice location 2 mins by the lake , 5mins to Inuyama Castle, if you enjoy quiet getaway this is BEST PICK #3. Arrival Experience- Very fast & smooth check-out, I was surprised the hotel didn't asked for any deposit or credit card gurantee I was assigned room 426 on 4th floor #4 Room Size: Super Spacious Room ( bigger than Conrad Tokyo's room )- Big King size bed, mattress, pillos&blankets are very comfortable and soft and I had very good sleep till 9am- 10am every morning It has separate standing shower, basin , toilet and closest, that's really nice for couple ( privacy )or solo. Provided all the amenities you need and mini bar and coffee machines. #5. They have very nice big Indoor/Outdoor ”Onsen” Hot spring that I enjoy every night Is FREE OF CHARGE #6. ONSEN CLOTHES ARE PROVIDED IN THE ROO

It was an excellent hotel to go for before an early flight the next day. It's literally in the same terminal as the international airport and a leisure walk to check in. Boy, i will glad I made the choice. The new wing was an absolute delight with beautiful sea views, newly renovated rooms, and carpeted flooring. They have clever storage spaces enough for 2 big luggages to be opened fully. We paid for their sumptuous breakfast. Best to book with breakfast included in room, if you have a choice. They have a wide selection of Japanese and western choices. Amenities wise, they had generous supplies of Pola in sachets to take from counter. They are really superb quality. And shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are from Pola too. Last minute shopping and food You'll be spoilt by choices with so many popular food joints to choose from. And best of all, there is Drugstore for last-minute shopping and food souvenir shops selling popular snacks from New York Perfect Cheese to Sugar Butter sands. There is no need to queue, and it's tax-free.
