Very convenient location. Plenty restaurants in walking distance. Love the aeon mall and the parking was only 1000yen next to the hotel. Friendly staff and clean room.

Sono rimasto qui durante il mio viaggio a Nagoya. 1. location Ha alcuni vantaggi locali per guardare intorno a Nagoya. Questo hotel è davvero vicino alla stazione Hisaya Odor, e ancora molto vicino alla stazione Sakae. Sarà un grande vantaggio per i viaggiatori che pianificano di utilizzare Metro durante il viaggio. Possiamo raggiungere molti punti senza trasferimenti.Inoltre, molti negozi di comodità vicino e la torre Mirai è a soli 5 minuti di distanza. 2. servizio Mi piaceva il servizio.Alcuni del personale parlano inglese, mentre alcuni di loro possono solo capire alcune parole. Ma ancora stanno cercando di aiutarci meglio utilizzando traduttori. Anche loro ci atterrano diverse cose che potresti avere bisogno per un lungo viaggio. (Per esempio, taglienti, caricatori, ecc.) L'hotel è molto confortevole per i viaggiatori soli. Una grande opzione per i viaggiatori su un bilancio. Solo 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Nagoya. Il personale è molto gentile.

Abbiamo fatto un giro al fondo delle tre.Ho una stanza con due letti grandi e cuscini confortevoli.Mi farò un po'squattare mia figlia, ma va bene. C'è uno spazio per mettere il sacchetto a destra. Mi piace che ci sia un giardino, una doccia separata, un bagno separato. La colazione pulita non è disponibile. Molto conveniente per viaggiare dalla stazione

Convenient location, just perfectly above JR train station and Takashimaya department store. Room is a bit smaller than expected. Mobile charger is available in the room too. Breakfast buffet has a reasonable variety of choices, but limited selection of veg and fruit. Unagi rice, deep fried prawn tempura and chicken wing are delicious. Hand crafted hot latte is available in the bar too.

Highly recommended hotel- 1: Very good location (5 mins walk to JR) 2: Friendly staff, can speak simple English 3: Very nice view with big window, if you pay a little bit more) you are guaranteed to enjoy high floor view. 4: Downstairs of hotel has a big convenience store. 5: I really want to appreciate the staff from reception (Overnight shift - Very tall, skinny and wearing glasses). He helped me a lot since I lost my luggage key,I even approached him at 3 am, he was very patient and professional, help to find some other solutions, and he follow up with me in the next day and helped me again, even I experienced a bad time of lost the keys, but he made me feel I am so lucky and supportive! I really want to come back this hotel and Nagoya. Really appreciated for his kindles and support 🧡 - from a Hong Konger 🇭🇰

The location is perfect, near to metro and convenience store. There are department stores and post office right opposite to the hotel. Very clean and stylish hotel. Would definitely come back when we visit Nagoya next time.

Geographically very ideal. It is close to the metro and directly above the bus station, located in the heart of the city, and surrounded by shops and restaurants of all kind. Yet it is still not difficult to navigate.  The hotel service was supreme with very kind staff that are fluent in different languages and prompt with helping the residents.  The hotel room is up to par. It’s clean and spacious with all the equipment you require, like kettles and hair dryer. Furniture includes a desk and a moderately-sized television. Even though it’s close to the metro it is quiet in the hotel room.  Overall a satisfying stay. Would recommend.

Due to an error I made while booking, I mistakenly booked the hotel for 25/9 instead of the intended 26/9, and I was unaware of this mistake until i rushed into the lobby. When I arrived at the hotel, it was already dark, and the staff informed me that there was no reservation under my name and discovered that the booking was for the previous day. While I contacted Trip.com’s customer service, a senior hotel staff member who spoke Mandarin diligently followed up on my situation. She was very attentive, constantly reassuring me and stating that they had a room for me. I am very grateful for her support; however, the other two staff members on duty seemed a bit impatient. Even when I thanked them after the issue was resolved, they did not make any eye contact with me, which is very rare in Japan. I hope this was just an isolated incident. After successfully contacting Trip.com’s customer service, they said they would directly contact the hotel, and if the hotel cooperated, they could change the check-in date for free. Fortunately, the hotel manager unconditionally assisted in changing the check-in date, and I was able to check in smoothly that night. This incident also increased my impression and confidence in Trip.com. I specifically wrote this experience to express my gratitude to the Trip.com team!
