Regno Unito: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Shropshire

I stayed at the hotel to be close to a venue I needed to be the next day. The hotel was clean and staff were available and friendly. Free parking is available. The hotel is very near a co op supermarket and petrol station. There is a pub restaurent next door the Squrriel which uses taste card. If you plan to eat there make a reservation and eat early. The town is nearby but would be a bit of a walk and I didn't see any bus stops for local transport links. The town of Ludlow is only a few minutes and free parking available after 6 pm behind town square. Again could be a good idea to book a table if you need dinner. This is a good Travelodge to stay at.

Un bellissimo hotel con una bella vista e un'area molto tranquilla per un buon sonno notturno. I letti sono molto spaziosi e confortevoli; il miglior sonno notturno che abbia avuto in un lungo periodo. Un grande doccia con un sedile per adattarsi agli ospiti con esigenze accessibili. I prodotti della doccia odore molto e lasciare la pelle senza problemi. Il colazione era molto bello con molte opzioni diverse. Ho scelto un colazione caldo che era stile buffet con mela e succo arancione illimitato. La luce della notte era perfetta per la lettura tardiva della notte.

Purtroppo ho scoperto dei morsi di milbenbisse in Kenthall la prima notte. Non c'era nessun risarcimento. Ho dovuto aggiornare il livello successivo in Main Hall per non avere più il problema. La direzione non mi ha incontrato, anche se sembra che i morsi di milza siano stati visibili sulla schiena e sul braccio. Purtroppo, non ho valutato bene la purezza di Kenthall. Nella nuova stanza della Halle principale ho ricevuto una stanza incredibile con bagno, ferro da arco e un'occhiata incredibile al giardino. L'aggiornamento era stato ricompensato. Quello che non mi è sembrato buono era che le lampade nel cassetto di vestiti portatili erano tutte vuote dalla batteria e nessuno ha scambiato le batterie. Inoltre non c'era aria condizionata. Tornerei ancora. Vorrei dire il benvenuto alle camicie e ai lampadine di Kenthall. A proposito, mi aspetto ancora la fattura per l'aggiornamento.

Hotel piuttosto incisivo, ma tranquillo e pulito e grande colazione. Bella piscina e palestra. Più mirato alle conferenze e eventi di gruppo che ai turisti come il colazione termina a 930

Decent location for one night stopover. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room pretty basic but all okay for what we paid. Downfall was the noise early morning, being woken to trucks beeping and reversing at 7am on a Sunday isn't my idea of a good night's sleep (which is all we really needed, this was the followed by trolleys clanking and banging, so think this is a real downfall to what should have been a nice little stopover. I advised the receptionist and she said it was the deliveries....which I understand are needed ....but not 7am on Sunday surely and if so some more thought for those sleeping. Sadly this affected my overall rating as really you pay to have a good sleep but I didn't get that.

Un bel hotel con un sacco di personale storico è davvero bello. La colazione è stata eccellente. Se avessimo bisogno di informazioni su dove andare o come arrivare lì il personale ci ha detto che ci prenoterei di nuovo lì spero l'anno prossimo.

Awful nights sleep! People talking really loud outside reception early hours of the morning, weren’t told to be quiet at all by staff. Fire alarm went off firstly at 2:38am! No staff to be seen in evacuation point, other guests also wondering what’s going on. Fire door wedged open with fire extinguisher. Alarm went off for a second time; no reassurance from staff. Could smell paint fumes very strongly. Told this morning when complained to reception that the workers were decorating through the night and the fumes and dust set the alarms off.

Ramada Telford non sembrava preoccuparsi di questo, però, la richiesta è stata rifiutata (nessuna offerta di un altro soggiorno, o rimborso parziale, niente). Mi sentivo meglio, e deciso di viaggiare. Nel check-in (e nel sito web, foto attaccato) non mi è stato detto niente sulla piscina che era fuori servizio. Mi sembrava. Non c'era alcuna offerta di rimborso completo o parziale. Niente. Fortunatamente, il viaggio è entrato con una buona volontà. Parla a alcune persone (in appresso denominate) per posta elettronica e basicamente dicendo ”non possono fare nulla” e ”è colpa del viaggio” che il sito web non rifletteva che la loro piscina fosse fuori uso dal dicembre. Stayed here for a 50th birthday celebration locally and so glad we did, the room was wonderfully located with beautiful views over Dale-End park and the river Severn. It was booked room only due to commitments so couldn’t comment on the food but the staff were very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend this hotel.
