Giappone: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Hokkaidō

Grazie per la vostra ospitalità personalizzata e per essere così accogliente durante il nostro soggiorno. Ciò che ci ha colpito più è stato il servizio clienti più gentile e professionalismo che la squadra e soprattutto Peach ci hanno fornito. La capacità di comunicare e di comprendere è inestimabile, soprattutto quando si viaggia; ritorneremo in un prossimo futuro. Grazie ancora per aver fatto il massimo e per aver prestato attenzione a tutti i settori, e questo è stato evidente anche prima di arrivare.

Modern Comfort with Exceptional Service. We recently stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who travels frequently and appreciated good design and hospitality, this property hit all the right notes. The ambience & Room: The hotel features a clean and medern design. My room was a decent size-not too small for 2 people-and perfectly maintained. ิิิิฺ-Modern amenities including a Nespresso machine and a smart TV with Netflix made our stay very comfortable when snowing outside. -Attentive and consistent housekeeping. The room was refreshed daily with plenty of drinking water provided. Service: The staff here are the true stars. They are genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a smile. They went beyond by help to pre-booking a fixed-rate taxi for our airport transfrer, which made our early morning departure stress-free. Location and Dining: While the hotel isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the center area, it is within easy walking distance to everything. The subway is just around the corner but we prefer walking for observation. The surrounding area is packed with great local dining options. Plus, the hotel's own restaurant is quite a great choice for a great dinner. A Small Note for Improvement: The only thing I missed was the ability to slightly crack open a window. As someone sensitive to room temperature during sleep (especially in winter), having a bit of fresh air would have made the stay even more perfect. Verdict: Highly recommended for those who valure cleanliness, modern aesthetics, and top-tier service. We would definitely stay here again next time.

After spending six days in MGallery Hotel Sapporo, I can safely say this is not an ordinary hotel. Reception at 5 pm was professional, efficient and friendly. I didn’t have to wait. Well done. Takako and Cindy provided a warm, informative and professional service. The concierge was helpful and welcoming. Very useful in a freezing outdoor climate - thank you Alex.  My room was as requested, 524. I booked a king room and it met my expectations. The design is lovely.  The bathroom is not huge, but is well appointed with a bath and a separate shower. The room is very quiet and I had a very pleasant sleeping experience.  The hotel and my room are in excellent condition, with a high standard of decor and presentation. Clearly recently renovated. The design is first class. It combines a beautiful Japanese style, with classical and traditional designs. The result is very pleasant - Chic! WiFi worked well. The room airconditioning was a little too hot for me, so I turned it off, and that was fine for me. The two guest’s lifts are fast and worked well over the six floors.  House keeping is also of a high standard as you would expect from a high end Accor hotel. This is especially so in Japan where service is an art form.  I had access to the executive lounge.  It was a good experience. It provides a comfortable and cosy atmosphere, and the food quality is nice. The chefs are friendly and caring, thank you James. The lounge staff are first class. Thank you very much to Yokiku, Kaumini and chief Minoru for your attentive and excellent service. I appreciated your kind service.  The only negative I am sorry to say is the occasional noisy foreigners who don’t appreciate the quiet, polite, refined and subtle Japanese culture.  The location is convenient, and is about 15 minutes easy walk from the main Shinkansen station. Being in a built up area there aren’t any views of parks etc, but rather the city landscape. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to a variety of wonderful shopping areas.  Additionally, there are major shopping malls in the Shinkansen station area. Nearby, you can find many restaurants that should suit most people’s cuisine, budget and type of food.  Taxies are available at the hotel entrance. Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30-60 minutes of the hotel such as temples, museums and regional attractions. Ms Takako provided excellent suggestions.  To be fair, I read the Hotel’s web reviews. I noticed that the negative comments were from years ago, before the hotel became an Accor hotel two years ago. I noticed most of the more recent reviews are positive.  A special thank you to all the other warm staff for their excellent and polite hospitality. Having experienced hotels in every continent, this one stands out. The service and attention to detail is in a class of its own. Clearly, this is a special Hotel - undoubtedly, due to the hotel’s leadership.   Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the General Manager, Mr Ted Kitahara, and his management team. Mr Ted introduced himself to me by chance. He made me feel very welcome, and was most kind to enlighten me about the hotel’s design and its interesting history. I hope to meet the Japanese architect one day! Overall, an extremely pleasant and first-class experience. I look forward to visiting again.  Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Have been to this airport 3 times, 1st time using this hotel to catch the early morning flight out. It’s ambience quite an eerie experience, a bit difficult to find the hotel initially 😄 Altrimenti la stanza era grande, il bagno e le amnistie erano grandi! Il personale era molto utile e amichevole. Avrei consigliato molto questo posto se volesse riposare bene prima di partire.

Exceptional Private Onsen & Hokkaido Flavors. Overall Impression: A perfect blend of convenience and cozy. Despite the bustling atmosphere and classic, dark decor, the private onsen and dining experience make this a standout choice in the area. Hightlights: The room: Spacious with beautiful wooden floors and a private outdoor onsen. Soaking in the heat while snow falls is pure magic. Features like the ”His&Her” sinks and an in-room massage chair make our stay more comfortable. All complimentary in the room adds a thoughful touch. Dining: The buffet offers and impressive variety of local dishes alongside beautifully plated mains. Even when busy, the staff sustematically managed the seating, ensuring we enjoyed the stunning winter views comfortably. The Hokkaido cheese pizza and dessert are absolute must-tries. Location and Service: Perfectly situated in the heart of the sightseeing district, with famous sweet shop right nearby. The complimentary valet parking and polight, perfessional staff made our stay seamless. Observations: Atmosphere: The common areas can feel a bit crowded due to its popularity. Design: The room interiors are a bit outdated and lean toward very dark tones, and notably, Netflix is not available on the in-room TV. Note: Windows are fixed; ventilation is managed via the onsen balcony door. Verdict: Highly recommended for foodies and onsen lovers who want to be the center of the action.

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s architecture, environment, interior design, and lighting design were all truly wonderful. We were consistently impressed by the excellence of service, which made our visit even more memorable. The food and beverage service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The front desk and transportation team were outstanding in assisting us with our trip activities and transport arrangements. Additionally, the housekeeping department did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean and tidy. It is evident that the hardware and software (the staff) at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono are perfectly matched. We are so glad we chose to stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono We look forward to returning in the future!

Per noi è la seconda volta in questo meraviglioso hotel e ogni volta che è come vivere un sogno: si sente come essere in una bolla grazie a tutto il benessere in cui siete immersi. Il cibo è semplicemente divino e vorrebbe avere un stomaco più spazioso, per poter gustare sempre più. La natura è insormontabile, ogni giorno si incontrano creature spettacolari, anche se si spostano a poche distanze. Non troverete un posto simile in tutto il Giappone, dove l'uomo incontra la natura in una perfetta combinazione di equilibrio, armonizzazione e profondo rispetto. Spero di poter tornare una terza volta e rilanciare questo bel sogno. Grazie per tutto il Kitakobusi Shiretoko Hotel!

This hotel is the best hotel in out trip for Hokkaido!! The onsen is really good and view are stunning. The dinner is a must!!!! There are many varieties of food for dinner. Overall is the good experience for me to stay !!

Le basi di ogni hotel cittadino: posizione, posizione, posizione...!!! E l'Hotel Stream si trova proprio nel cuore di tutto ciò che Sapporo ha da offrire, a meno che non preferiate un posto più tranquillo e silenzioso, nel qual caso questo hotel NON fa per voi. Le camere sono piuttosto standard in termini di dimensioni e servizi, è silenzioso ed è ottimo per passeggiare per la città. Se intendete usare questo hotel come base per escursioni giornaliere a Furano e Biei, alla Collina dei Moai del Buddha o alla famosa Otaru (che purtroppo non offre molto a meno che non siate appassionati sfegatati di carillon e lavorazione del vetro), questa è la SCELTA MIGLIORE fino all'apertura dell'Hyatt House nell'ottobre 2026 (me l'ha detto un uccellino - per i globalisti là fuori). Oh... un consiglio IMPORTANTE a proposito (se avete letto fino a questo punto): chiedete una camera con vista diretta sulla ruota panoramica di Sapporo (non che io ne sia una fan, eh!) o con vista sull'insegna pubblicitaria della Nikka che vedete nella foto allegata: ne vale la pena. È fantastico addormentarsi con una vista così mozzafiato e svegliarsi con la stessa vista... (guardate le foto scattate dalla mia camera). Nel caso vi stiate chiedendo se quella foto in cui sono vicino al vetro con vista sull'insegna della Nikka è ambientata nel ristorante principale dove farete colazione ogni giorno, ma dovete arrivare presto per prenotare un posto, altrimenti potete rimanere seduti fino alla chiusura e poi scattare foto per tutto il tempo che volete... Ok ok ok... lo so che mi sono dilungata un po'. Ma ehi... ah sì... dovete sapere che potete prendere un autobus navetta dall'aeroporto internazionale di Chitose (CTS) a Susukino, che impiega circa 50 minuti a tratta per 1500 JPY a persona. Facile e comodo. Dalla fermata dell'autobus di Susukino, dove la maggior parte delle persone scende, l'Hotel Stream è a soli 5 minuti a piedi. L'insegna non è poi così facile da trovare, perché non è proprio sull'edificio. Dovete cercare un edificio con la scritta ”Coco-qualcosa” (ops, ho dimenticato il nome dell'edificio) e la hall dell'hotel si trova al settimo piano di quell'edificio, che ospita anche un centro commerciale, un cinema e numerosi ristoranti. Se state ancora leggendo, lasciatemi un like e non siate avari con i clic, ok? Lol. Prossimamente recensirò i miei hotel a Noboribetsu, sul Lago Toya, a Hakodate e infine al Waldorf Astoria di Osaka. Fate attenzione alla mia barra spaziatrice. Alla prossima, vi auguro ogni bene e che la Forza sia con voi.

Ho avuto il piacere di rimanere all'Hotel Windsor, e devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative in ogni modo. Dalla mia arrivo, il personale mi ha fatto sentire davvero benvenuto con il loro servizio caldo e attento. La stanza era ben mantenuta, pulita e concessa con pensiero, offrendo conforto e un senso di lusso tranquillo. Tutti i dettagli, non importa quanto piccolo, riflettevano un alto livello di cura. Quello che mi ha colpito più è l’esperienza generale, l’esperienza, il relax, e veramente piacevole. Non è solo sulle strutture, ma le persone e l’atmosfera che creano. In tutta onestà, ho soggiornato in molti hotel ben noti in tutto il mondo, ma il livello di servizio qui si presenta in modo unico. Windsor Hotel è sicuramente un posto che ritornerò di nuovo.
