La stanza è molto confortevole per 2 persone e il bagno è molto confortevole con grandi strutture igienico-sanitarie. È possibile bere l'acqua di copertura direttamente come è dal crep naturale sotterraneo di vari minerali sani, anche se forniscono acqua di neve bottigliata gratuita ogni giorno.
Amore i servizi di autobus da e a hotel su un orario giornaliero molto frequente facile per noi di raggiungere il festival della scultura di ghiaccio a Odori, e la stazione JR per il trasporto.
Il loro buffet è caldo, ma delicato.
In generale abbiamo un buon soggiorno e consigliamo i viaggi a Sapporo.

La posizione è molto conveniente, con una fermata a tram e un negozio di comodità vicino. E' facile andare in giro, e anche fornire una navetta gratuita alla stazione Sapporo, che era un salvatore di vita, trascinare bagagli nella neve non è divertente. È anche molto facile arrivare all'aeroporto, poiché la fermata dell'aeroporto è proprio davanti all'hotel. In generale, una scelta fantastica per chiunque visita Sapporo!

This hotel is excellent, great location, friendly staff, and there's a Seicomart (convenience store) right next door. It's only a 5-minute walk to Sapporo Station, which has a shopping mall with plenty of dining and shopping options. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Sapporo Hotel by Grandbell for four nights and had a lovely overall experience. The hotel is quite new, and the view from the room was beautiful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
One of my favorite parts was the onsen — they have several different baths to choose from, and it was a great way to relax after a long day out in the cold.
The convenience is also a plus, with both FamilyMart and Lawson located just downstairs.
The only downside is that the hotel is not very close to the JR station. It’s still walkable, but can feel a bit far, especially in winter. One night, I had trouble finding the correct exit at the station and ended up walking quite a long distance to get back to the hotel.
Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its comfort, facilities, and relaxing atmosphere — just be prepared for a bit of walking.

We came back to this hotel after the journey of Hakodate. The location is idealistic to catch the train early in the morning to the airport.
Excellent staff service, they help to arrange sending the luggage’s to Tokyo and explain clearly to us.

Esperienza overall buona. Andiamo in ordine.
Posizione: siamo arrivati a sera tardi ed abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà nel trovare l’ingresso dell’hotel - in quanto è dal 4to al 13mo piano di un edifico/ centro commerciale. Una volta trovato l’ingresso il self check-in (ed anche il check out) stato veloce e funzionale.
Stanze: piccoline ma con tutto il necessario
Colazione: davvero ottima. Buffet molto ricco + scelta di un piatto dal menu.
Punto di attenzione: l’hotel dovrebbe fornire indicazione sul dove parcheggiare!! Hotel vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni. Noi siamo arrivati in macchina e trovare parcheggio - capendo tutti i dettagli delle tariffe non è stato semplice perché le tariffe sono soggette ad un calendario vista la vicinanza del Field e delle partite. Conclusione: non parcheggiate se non vedete tante macchine nel parcheggio altrimenti vi costerà un buongiorno fatto di qualche 0 ok in più.

Si trova proprio accanto alla stazione ferroviaria (connessa alla stazione Susukino), rendendola incredibilemente accessibile per coloro che arrivano dall'aeroporto o viaggiano intorno a Hokkaido. Insieme a un centro commerciale, si trova intorno a zone commerciali e ristoranti senza fine, che vi permetteranno di spostare facilmente i bagagli e di tornare indietro per più.
Il buffet del colazione è un must. Ha una vasta gamma di opzioni locali e internazionali fresche. Un'attrazione per molti è la macchina di servizio morbido, che serve delizioso crema di latte di Hokkaido perfetto per iniziare il vostro giorno.

This is definitely a gem in Furano, the room is incredible but it will be better with bathtub! I was given a warm welcome by the staff, her smile was just so warm that it could melt the snow and ice outside the hotel.
The hotel's onsen is fantastic according to my wife and I don't have time to visit Onsen as I spent my time with my daughter inside the kid room, very clean and spacious kid room it has.
The internet speed is also blazing fast compared to other hotels in Hokkaido (Have to work while travelling).
Looking at the price and the room I'm getting, it is really worth every single cent!

AAhmad MostafaAfter spending six days in MGallery Hotel Sapporo, I can safely say this is not an ordinary hotel. Reception at 5 pm was professional, efficient and friendly. I didn’t have to wait. Well done. Takako and Cindy provided a warm, informative and professional service.
The concierge was helpful and welcoming. Very useful in a freezing outdoor climate - thank you Alex.
My room was as requested, 524. I booked a king room and it met my expectations. The design is lovely. The bathroom is not huge, but is well appointed with a bath and a separate shower. The room is very quiet and I had a very pleasant sleeping experience.
The hotel and my room are in excellent condition, with a high standard of decor and presentation. Clearly recently renovated. The design is first class. It combines a beautiful Japanese style, with classical and traditional designs. The result is very pleasant - Chic!
WiFi worked well. The room airconditioning was a little too hot for me, so I turned it off, and that was fine for me. The two guest’s lifts are fast and worked well over the six floors.
House keeping is also of a high standard as you would expect from a high end Accor hotel. This is especially so in Japan where service is an art form.
I had access to the executive lounge. It was a good experience. It provides a comfortable and cosy atmosphere, and the food quality is nice. The chefs are friendly and caring, thank you James. The lounge staff are first class. Thank you very much to Yokiku, Kaumini and chief Minoru for your attentive and excellent service. I appreciated your kind service.
The only negative I am sorry to say is the occasional noisy foreigners who don’t appreciate the quiet, polite, refined and subtle Japanese culture.
The location is convenient, and is about 15 minutes easy walk from the main Shinkansen station. Being in a built up area there aren’t any views of parks etc, but rather the city landscape. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to a variety of wonderful shopping areas.
Additionally, there are major shopping malls in the Shinkansen station area. Nearby, you can find many restaurants that should suit most people’s cuisine, budget and type of food.
Taxies are available at the hotel entrance. Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30-60 minutes of the hotel such as temples, museums and regional attractions. Ms Takako provided excellent suggestions.
To be fair, I read the Hotel’s web reviews. I noticed that the negative comments were from years ago, before the hotel became an Accor hotel two years ago. I noticed most of the more recent reviews are positive.
A special thank you to all the other warm staff for their excellent and polite hospitality. Having experienced hotels in every continent, this one stands out. The service and attention to detail is in a class of its own. Clearly, this is a special Hotel - undoubtedly, due to the hotel’s leadership.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the General Manager, Mr Ted Kitahara, and his management team. Mr Ted introduced himself to me by chance. He made me feel very welcome, and was most kind to enlighten me about the hotel’s design and its interesting history. I hope to meet the Japanese architect one day!
Overall, an extremely pleasant and first-class experience. I look forward to visiting again.

Welcome puddings were very yummy and yet the buffet in there was very insipid. Frankly speaking, the only two good foods there are sashimi and rice, what a shame.
Others: Very close to the lake, 1-2 minutes walk; a large and cozy lobby with good jazz music from an antique JBL sound system; live music performance every night; lots of books; fireplace and roasted marshmallows; lovely shop on the 3rd floor (prized reasonably). All is well except the buffet. Did not try the Japanese one (needs to book and pay a lot) hence a bit regretted.

KKellyPark Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s architecture, environment, interior design, and lighting design were all truly wonderful. We were consistently impressed by the excellence of service, which made our visit even more memorable.
The food and beverage service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The front desk and transportation team were outstanding in assisting us with our trip activities and transport arrangements. Additionally, the housekeeping department did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean and tidy.
It is evident that the hardware and software (the staff) at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono are perfectly matched. We are so glad we chose to stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono

UUtente ospiteThe Windsor Hotel at Toya may boast its status as a premier 5-star luxury destination and its historic role as host of the 2008 G8 Hokkaido Toyako Summit, but our recent stay fell far short of expectations.
Despite the grandeur of the location and its breathtaking views, the service quality was surprisingly poor for a hotel of this caliber. English communication was inconsistent and below the standard expected at an international luxury property. Housekeeping was careless—leaving a used cleaning towel on the bed after daily room service, which is simply unacceptable.
When I drove to the main entrance to pick up my family, I was abruptly asked to leave immediately, even though only a few cars were present. This lack of hospitality was jarring. Additionally, being charged for extra bottled water—something even 3-star hotels offer complimentary—felt petty and out of touch with luxury norms.
The most troubling experience came during checkout. Two of our international credit cards failed to process, and although we successfully paid with a third, the staff’s attitude was unprofessional. We were met with a sour expression and the word “FINALLY” once the transaction went through—an unacceptable remark that left a lasting negative impression.
While the hotel’s setting is undeniably beautiful, the overall service and treatment we received did not reflect the standards of a true 5-star experience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both staff training and guest relations.

MMsBeh94We had a good overall stay at Daiichi Takimotokan, a large traditional ryokan-style hotel. While the property is a little dated, it is well maintained and kept clean. The hotel itself offers plenty to do, including restaurants, a souvenir shop, simple arcade games, karaoke, massage services, a public onsen, and even a small reading area with Japanese books. You can easily spend time exploring the building without needing to go out.
The location is very convenient. It is just outside the main (short) shopping street and within walking distance to Jigokudani, making it easy to explore the area.
Our stay included breakfast and dinner buffet. Dinner had a wide variety of options, including popular sashimi selections and steamed snow crabs, along with both Japanese and Western dishes. Breakfast was a simpler spread but still satisfying.
We stayed in a Japanese-style room and found the futons comfortable to sleep on. As we visited during winter, the room had central heating only. At times, we cooled the room by slightly opening the window to let in some cold air.
Yukata robes are provided in the room (or you can choose one that fits you at the lobby), and you can wear them around the hotel when heading to the onsen, restaurants, or arcade.
The public onsen area is spacious and features many different pools with various functions, so you can take your time and enjoy the experience. Just remember to wash yourself thoroughly at the shower stations before entering the onsen pools. Unfortunately, we did not try the outdoor onsen despite it being open — we were a little intimidated by the winter cold!
Overall, we would recommend this hotel, especially for first-timers who want to experience staying in a traditional ryokan.
Tip: There are direct buses to and from the hotel from New Chitose Airport and Sapporo. The bus stop is only about 50 metres from the hotel entrance, which made walking in the snow much easier for us. However, the service runs only once a day, so be sure to check the schedule and plan your itinerary accordingly.
