Impeccable location - everything is walking distance Rooms are good sized! New, clean, extremely comfortable. The room even has a LD player with tons of music options - a nice touch The laundry room was also very easy to operate Best part is the lounge on 18F where you can enjoy the city view with free flow drinks and the SPA room - make sure you get the room with the lounge access, it's worth it

They served public baths, payment of ¥500 per pax per visit which is super reasonable, cleaned laundry room, wonderful breakfast. Downside is the size of the rooms which are typical of all Japan hotels. Some restaurants McD Sukiya and Yoshinoya & Lawson are all situated nearby so it’s truly great choice for fams to stay. Saw many tourist groups arriving too so it might get busy at lobby. Overall it’s recommended

It is located right next to JR Kitahiroshima station. In fact, there’s a link bridge from the station that you can walk to Level 2 of hotel. Then you can take elevator up to lobby for check in. One thing that Trip.com need to fix, we need a 4 digit number for self check in but it was not the PIN from Trip.com. Ended up need the staff to help.

Very close to JR Sapporo Station , just 200meter from the north exit (about 5 minute walk) , near subway exit gate no.9 The property is clean and new , surround with restaurant and convenience store , full facility like onsen , free locker reom , free drink , fitness , ice dispenser in every floor The room size is not big but comfortable , well equipped The price is little high but worth it Overall is great , I will come back for next trip , recommended

What a lovely stay to sum up our travel in Hokkaido! We booked a night at this Hotel as our flight was first thing in the morning and it didn’t disappoint! Everything was perfect! The room has a lovely Japanese vibes to it. It is spacious, very clean, the bed was huge and the mattress so comfy. The window overlooks the runway. The personnels’ service was tip top! And the onsen was the icing to the cake. The room provided bath robes, yukatas and lovely pairs of japanese slippers. My girls utilised the gym too! The Airport is lively and has many stores selling all kinds of things including souvenirs and food! It’s just convenient! We just wished every hotel is like this one. Thumbs up Portom!

This Hotel is so awesome and will recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy luxury and privacy. Stayed for 5 nights. It is so clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They even made your birthday special when they came to know about it by placing gifts in your room. Breakfast is awesome, please book it. Walking distance to susukino the shopping and FnB belt of Sapporo. Beautiful view. Room was spacious and bathroom was so spacious and convenient with all amenities. Shuttle bus to sapporo station is there and buses available infront of the hotel. No regrets very satisfied.

Great location and decent room size, but staff were not very helpful. I made a reservation at a restaurant via google, but then I found that this restaurant has several locations and I made the reservation at a wrong location.The only way to cancel the reservation was to call the restaurant. Since most people in Hakodate could not understand English, I seeked help from the hotel staff and asked them to make a call and cancel the reservation on my behalf. However, the staff refused

Molto deluso per il standard di buffet rispetto alla mia visita nel 2023. La selezione di cibo è inferiore alla media. Stazioni televisive in tutto il Giappone, non c'è considerazione per gli ospiti internazionali. Lo shampoo è vicino a vuoto e non è in alto e sembra molto incollato come un hotel 5 stelle. Nessuna custodia per gli ospiti per 2 giorni. La maggior parte del personale non ha potuto parlare inglese e rendere la comunicazione molto difficile. Bell Boy che ci accoglie sono molto amichevoli
