Italia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Sardegna

It is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari. If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. A pochi passi dalla fermata ARST di Santa Gallura, nel centro di Olbia, si trova l'hotel. È moderno, pulitissimo, confortevole, con una bella piscina e una spa. Era vicino alla stazione ferroviaria per prendere il treno per Cagliari. Il personale dell'hotel era cordiale, disponibile e parlava un inglese eccellente, in particolare una ragazza di nome Sofia. Abbiamo gustato un'ottima colazione a buffet in un'ampia e insolita sala da pranzo adibita a auditorium. La presenza di un bollitore per tè/caffè avrebbe reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Consigliatissimo. Mi piacerebbe condividere delle foto, ma non so come inviarle dal telefono al tablet. Lesley

The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area. Everything is clean and pleasant, and the beach and the sea are absolutely wonderful. The natural surroundings are definitely one of the strongest points of this hotel. The rooms are clean, but the standard rooms are extremely small. There is hardly enough space even to put your suitcases somewhere. As far as we know, the hotel will soon close for renovation, which is probably a good idea. Overall, I would say that the hotel deserves its four-star rating. The service is good, as are breakfast and dinner, although sometimes the food presentation feels a little overcomplicated. What really disappointed us, however, were all the additional charges. For example, if you want bacon with your eggs at breakfast, you have to pay an extra €3. If you want three eggs instead of two, you have to pay another €1 for the additional egg. For a hotel in this price category, this feels unnecessary and is quite surprising. The same applies to the beach. Even though the hotel has its own beach, guests still have to pay for the sunbeds. We were told that two sunbeds cost around €50 per day. Considering that we paid more than €400 per night for the room, we found it very disappointing to be charged extra for so many basic things. At this price level, breakfast extras and sunbeds should simply be included. The location is fantastic, the beach is beautiful, the water is wonderful, and the hotel itself is clean and pleasant. Unfortunately, the constant additional charges significantly affected our overall experience.

Il nuovo hotel è bello e si trova in una posizione isolata nel nord-ovest della Sardegna. Ci sono stati amanti degli interni moderni, della piscina e del letto super comodo. Il personale di lobby dell'hotel è stato utile e accogliente. In generale abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso, ma ci sono poche cose che l'hotel potrebbe fare per migliorare l'esperienza degli ospiti, soprattutto per un hotel 5 stelle: 1. Notammo molle nei corni della doccia e sulla testa della doccia. Forse il personale di pulizia non si cura di fondo o pensa di affrontare il problema di molle che è deludente per un nuovo hotel; 2. Il menu della piscina e del servizio in camera è prezioso e molto limitato con solo poche opzioni. Non ci importa pagare i prezzi dell'hotel, ma il menu non è come appetito e finito di mangiare fuori dall'hotel tutto il tempo, tranne per il colazione. Data la posizione lontana dalla città, l'hotel può offrire oggetti semplici come la pizza per tenere gli ospiti all'hotel. Il colazione era grande con molte opzioni di pasticceria dolce, tuttavia aveva limitato cibo caldo come uova, salsicce e bacon solo; 3. La stanza che ci sentivamo come un terremoto ci ha attaccato ogni volta che gli ospiti sotto di noi entravano e uscivano dalla loro stanza.

Siamo rimasti per 2 notti perché avevamo prenotato un tour in catamarano dal porto turistico: ci è piaciuto l'interno arancione e blu della Junior Suite, che era immacolato e ben arredato. Per quanto riguarda i porti, è un bel porto da cui ammirare la vista dal balcone (sopra il parcheggio). Era ottobre e non abbiamo avuto problemi a parcheggiare direttamente di fronte all'hotel nel parcheggio pubblico per 12 € al giorno, quindi è stato anche un sonno tranquillo. La reception è stata molto cortese ed efficiente nel registrarci e consigliarci i ristoranti dopo aver scoperto che La Gritta aveva già chiuso per la stagione. La posizione non potrebbe essere più comoda per bar, ristoranti e negozi, il che ci andava molto bene dato che eravamo in viaggio e a volte è bello abbandonare l'auto all'arrivo. Il buffet della colazione era abbondante, soprattutto la varietà di dolci, ma c'erano anche uova strapazzate e bacon che non avevamo visto in altri hotel. Il caffè della colazione era fatto da una macchina e non era buono come quando viene preparato da un barista durante il servizio di colazione altrove.

T Hotel is a typical business-oriented hotel, well suited for corporate travelers, conferences, and short stays. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are adequate, and the overall experience is generally satisfactory. However, I would recommend avoiding the hotel during peak periods, especially when large conferences or events are taking place. During these times, the property can become extremely crowded, which negatively impacts the guest experience. The breakfast service is the area that most needs improvement. While the selection is acceptable, the breakfast area struggles to cope with high occupancy levels. When the hotel is full, the dining room becomes noisy, chaotic, and overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxed start to the day. Better organization and additional staffing during busy periods would significantly enhance the experience. Overall, T Hotel is a decent business hotel, but it performs best outside peak conference seasons, when guests can enjoy a quieter and more comfortable stay.

Veramente tutto perfetto poi la colazione è superba, solo una pecca che non mi hanno fornito di una bottiglia giornaliera, il che non mi è mai capitato e poi delle lampadine da sostituire.

We absolutely loved our stay at Il Nuovo Gabbiano. The location is fantastic, right next to the port and in the centre of everything. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away! The view from the balcony was incredible with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Despite it being right next to the port, noise was minimal. Breakfast was extra at €14pp each day however we chose to buy juice and pastries from the nearby supermarket to have out on the balcony every morning. The room was fairly big and contained a mini bar (only containing bottles of water) and coffee/tea making facilities. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful. There’s no parking, however we parked in the port across the road for €6 per day. We came later in the day so we managed to find a spot, it gets quite packed early morning. The hotel restaurant does great food, I would recommend the Sardinian ravioli with potatoes and cheese!

The hotel is very clean and the staff at the reception is very welcoming and helpful! Breakfast is average. Parking is 15 euros per day but you can find free parking on the street nearby. The hotel is about 1.3km away from the port and there is a shuttle bus taking you there every hour from 9:30am to 7pm. It is walkable, but you have to climb up the hill when you walk back. Our room is facing the main road and some motorbikes were very noisy. It’s also interesting that they charge (around 2 euros) for refilling your water bottle, claiming this is to help the environment while you can buy a bottle of water less than 1 euro in a shop. We stayed in a different hotel and they have similar policies. I feel this is making money in the name of environmental protection. If it’s really for environment protection, I would suggest to offer free refilling.

Mio figlio di 9 anni e io abbiamo soggiornato in questo resort a metà ottobre. Il tempo era appena accettabile per prendere il sole e nuotare, ma non caldo. Il resort è in un bel posto, ma non c'è niente altro nelle vicinanze. Il resort e le camere sono molto belle e fuori stagione hanno un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Trip.com aveva un prezzo molto buono. La nostra camera aveva un suo giardinetto privato che era incantevole. Il ristorante era ridicolmente caro. In realtà non mi importavano i prezzi, ma il cibo era nella media. La bistecca in realtà presentava un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. La colazione a buffet (inclusa) era abbondante ed eccellente. Il servizio era molto buono. In generale un soggiorno molto rilassante. Sebbene non ci sia niente nelle vicinanze per mangiare (San Teodoro è stata una delusione), Olbia è a soli 30 minuti di distanza.
