La struttura ha mantenuto ciò che si aspetta dall'ospitalità del TAJ. Da check-in all' check-out è stata un'ottima esperienza. Il servizio ricevuto da ogni membro del personale è stato molto cortese, professionale e personale. I ristoranti hanno un'ottima esperienza di cibo, mentre l'attenzione è stata eccezionale.
Il mio collega di Singapore, che mi ha accompagnato anche in questa visita, ha condiviso la stessa opinione e è stato anche molto impressionato.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Hotel Chandigarh, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the lovely reception team, who made check-in a breeze. A special shout-out to Duty Manager Ramandeep Kaur and her incredible team of ladies at the reception—they were all fantastic at their jobs! Their warm smiles and professionalism set a positive tone for my stay.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a comfortable atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, ensuring a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day.
The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Ramandeep and her team were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their attention to detail truly made a difference.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. But please be mindful of room selection while booking, a single bed room is very small which may disappoint you. I did mistake selecting one bedroom, however on my request the owner of the hotel upgraded my room to a complimentary double bed.
