Hotel con spa a Cam Lam

We spent 4D3N at JW Marriott Cam Ranh Resort & Spa and overall had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, largely thanks to the wonderful service from the staff. The resort itself is still relatively new and it shows — the grounds were well kept, clean, and thoughtfully maintained throughout our stay. The pools were in great condition, and the slow river was a highlight, especially drifting along on a float in such a peaceful setting. The location, however, is something to plan for. The resort is about a 40-minute drive from Nha Trang city, so it’s best to plan your days properly to maximise time spent within the resort rather than commuting back and forth. We were assigned a ground-level room, which was convenient for access, but it came with a few drawbacks. Every morning, we experienced noticeable footsteps from the room above, along with cleaning noises from the corridors and sidewalks outside. The bigger issue was the shower drainage — it was consistently poor, often overflowing and spilling water outside the shower stall. I had to manually remove the drain cover to allow water to flow. Given the visibly wet area outside the shower and the removed drain cover, I would have expected housekeeping to notice and address it, but unfortunately this issue persisted throughout our entire stay. Where the resort truly shines is its people. The ground staff were incredibly helpful and efficient — not once were my partner and I delayed or told to wait. Buggies arrived promptly whenever we needed transport around the resort. Despite some language barriers, everyone was full of smiles and genuinely eager to help. One gentleman (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) remembered my name from the breakfast manifest and greeted me warmly whenever we crossed paths elsewhere in the resort — always with a smile. Special mentions: • Hau was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Her impeccable service made us feel relaxed from the start, and even on check-out day, she remembered my name, greeted me warmly, and checked in to see how our stay had been. • Bryan was proactive and enthusiastic, offering thoughtful recommendations to enhance our experience. He also consistently checked in with us whenever we bumped into him. • Linh and Andrew at the front desk were excellent — check-out was smooth, and all our questions were answered clearly and efficiently. Dining-wise, the seafood grill restaurant was just alright. We enjoyed some dishes, but others missed the mark. The steak, in particular, was overcooked and grainy, even for a striploin, and our preferred doneness was not checked beforehand. While we provided feedback, it was merely acknowledged without any follow-up, which was disappointing given the brand and pricing. The spa experience was very enjoyable. The therapists were skilled, the singing bowl was a lovely touch, and combined with the serene surroundings, it made for a truly relaxing session. That said, for the price paid — even with the Bonvoy discount — it may be worth exploring other spa options around Cam Ranh. Overall, this was a nice and relaxing stay. We would definitely return for the outstanding service and the genuinely warm and attentive staff. Next time, however, we would likely skip the resort restaurant and opt for a spa in town instead.

Ho soggiornato al Mia Resort in Vietnam e ne sono ancora profondamente colpita! 😍 I giardini dell'hotel sono semplicemente magici: curati nei minimi dettagli, con vegetazione ovunque, sentieri ordinati e angoli accoglienti perfetti per scattare foto e rilassarsi. Ci si sente come in un'oasi tropicale, dove tutto è pensato per l'armonia e il relax. Il mare è vicino: pulito, calmo e facilmente accessibile. Ogni giorno iniziava con una passeggiata lungo la riva, creando l'atmosfera perfetta per tutta la giornata. I due ristoranti mi hanno piacevolmente sorpresa per la loro varietà. Voglio sottolineare in particolare quello italiano: la pasta sembrava uscita direttamente da Roma, la pizza aveva quella stessa crosta sottile e croccante, e i dolci... mmm, un motivo in più per tornare! Anche l'altro ristorante era di altissimo livello. Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff: mi hanno accolta con un sorriso, mi hanno spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli e mi hanno aiutata con ogni mia domanda, sempre con discrezione e premura. Mi sono sentita più di una semplice ospite, una persona benvenuta, sinceramente coccolata. Il Mia Resort è sinonimo di atmosfera, cura dei dettagli e quella vacanza speciale che ti fa dire: ”Sì, è proprio così che dovrebbe essere”. Lo consiglierò sicuramente ai miei amici e ci tornerei volentieri! 😊

Отличный отель!!!! Нам всем очень понравилось, бронировали на 3 дня , и ещё при заселении пожалели что так мало надо было бронировать на подольше. Полный релакс. Отель большой, красивая территория, море и песок просто обалденные, а самое главное нет такого количества людей как в Нячанге, люди конечно есть, но их не видно что с утра на море тишина свободные лежаки и удобные мешки кресла что после 15.00. Есть 2 бассейна на территории с детскими горками, душ, завтраки обеды не брали так как готовили сами на вилле. Вилла полностью соответствует картинке, всё чисто, постельное полотенца хорошего качества, кровати удобные, мебель не ушатанная всё новое. Кухня полностью оборудована холодильник, микроволновка, мультиварка, набор белоснежной посуды, кастоюли, сковородки, стаканы, кружки , столовые приборы, есть всё что нужно для комфортного пребывания. В ванных комнатах хорошая косметика, огромные бутылки с шампунями и гелями фирмы Watson , щетки и т.д. Уборка за 3 дня была 1 раз, пришла девушка убиралась на совесть я засекла по времени 2,5 ч всё очень тчательно мыло, хотя у нас было чисто мы сами поддержали порядок. На вилле есть свой бассейн это просто класс!!! Персонал очень отзывчивый . Спасибо Phi Toan всё рассказал показал где ,что , как, всегда на связи. Можно передвигаться на багги по территории, но мы пользовались 2 раза при заезде и выезде. Огромная благодарность хозяевам отеля за поздравления моей мамы с юбилеем, указывала при бронировании что будет день рождения думала принесут какой то комплимент, но это был огромный букет из роз!!! Очень приятно такое внимание и отношение. При выезде разрешили выехать позже на 2,5 часа бесплатно. Вообщем мы очень довольны проживанием на вилле уже мечтаем вернуться, но уже подольше. Если можно было бы поставить 100 баллов я бы поставила. При бронировании можно поймать очень хорошую цену на эту виллу , всем рекомендую!!!!

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo bellissimo hotel vicino a Nha Trang. Le camere erano spaziose, pulite senza spot, e avevano un design unico ed elegante. Tutto quello che ci serviva era fornito anche un tavolo di ferro con un ferro, nonché bicchieri per vino e altre bevande. La stanza ha anche profumato molto приятный e fresco, rendendo l'intera esperienza ancora più confortevole. Ci sono stati accolti con un bel complimento dall'hotel, un piatto di frutta e tutte le bevande al bar sono state incluse, che è stato un fantastico bonus. La colazione e la cena sono stati inclusi nel nostro soggiorno e serviti come buffet, ci sono state molteplici cibi per diversi gusti, e tutto quello che abbiamo provato è delizioso. Il territorio dell'hotel è grande e ben mantenuto, con diverse piscine, accesso diretto al mare e un grande giardino. In generale, questo è un hotel davvero fantastico con un grande servizio. Ci siamo davvero goditi del nostro tempo qui e sicuramente torneremo di nuovo!

what an amazing holiday for both me and my kids. Resort was beautifully kept, clean and practical. done up right and organised nicely. Beautiful villas, great spaces. Restaurant was super good for the buffet breakfast. The pools were super good and also the beach so well kept! Hoping to come back soon!

Questa è la mia seconda visita e ogni foto che scatto è come un dipinto con lo scenario esotico e il bellissimo paesaggio. È un ottimo resort per rilassarsi e sentirsi davvero guariti‼️ Senior duty manager – Min è stato molto gentile e professionale durante il check-in. Si è preso cura di me non solo durante il mio soggiorno, ma anche fino al giorno in cui ho lasciato il resort, il che ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole.😊 Le condizioni della camera erano buone e sono rimasta stupita dalla splendida vista sull'oceano dalla terrazza non appena ho fatto il check-in con mio marito.😄 Di recente ho utilizzato la piscina appena aperta, Axi Pool, ed era spaziosa e confortevole. L'erba verde e il mare erano proprio di fronte a me, quindi ero davvero felice di sdraiarmi sul lettino e rilassarmi. 🥰 Questa volta ha piovuto e quindi non ho potuto partecipare, ma in base alla mia esperienza dell'ultima volta, Sunrise Yoga è davvero professionale e istruttivo, quindi provatelo sicuramente. Il menù della colazione non ha molti piatti, ma nel complesso era delizioso. Per cena, siamo andati al ristorante del resort ed era davvero delizioso. (L'Anam Burger, le Linguine ai Frutti di Mare, il Banh Xeo, il Bun Cha e l'Iced Coconut Coffee sono deliziosi!)🥹 Sono rimasto così soddisfatto di questa visita che penso che tornerò la prossima volta che visiterò Nha Trang.🧡

An absolute stunning resort- in a beautiful location- we were outstanded just how lovely the basic rooms were, all of the staff were polite and the massages were lovely. Our biggest issue “all inclusive spa” according to the hotel it was just one free spa treatment but this is not how it is worded on trip- “all inclusive” is not just one but multiple- this is a let down and why we booked the hotel to begin with

L'ambiente è buono. Rispetto ai grandi hotel resort sulla spiaggia di Hainan, è più piccolo ma ha meno persone, per lo più coreani. L'hotel è lontano dalla città, non ci sono attrazioni nelle vicinanze e non c'è niente di delizioso. L'hotel è nuovo e i camerieri sono giovani, in genere sui 25 anni, e privi di esperienza di gestione. Alle 7:10 del mattino, qualcuno stava diserbando con un tosaerba e tutti si sono svegliati completamente. Il direttore dell'hotel non ha alcun controllo su tali dettagli e non ha esperienza. La sera nel villaggio vicino c'era gente che cantava al karaoke, ma per fortuna la festa è finita alle 23. Lo sentivo chiaramente nell'hotel e la zona circostante non era ancora stata completamente demolita. Non c'era moquette nella stanza ed era spoglia. Una coppia con due bambini viveva al piano di sopra rispetto a noi e la corsa e i salti dei bambini creavano una risonanza molto forte, proprio accanto alle mie orecchie. La reception ha detto che avrebbero potuto inviare un piatto di frutta come scusa, ma alla fine non l'hanno fatto. Immagino che i giovani manager se ne siano dimenticati.

Le camere sono tutte ville e ogni villa dispone di molte camere da letto. Tuttavia, se prenotate una camera da letto, le porte delle altre camere saranno chiuse. La stanza è carina, abbastanza grande, sala da pranzo in stile americano e tutti gli elettrodomestici sono disponibili. Anche la spiaggia privata è pulita, ma le onde sono troppo grandi per nuotare. Anche la spiaggia è molto pulita. Il cibo nel ristorante è ok, ma il prezzo è alto. La piscina ha acqua dolce, ma tutto il resto è buono. Sceglierò comunque questo hotel per il mio prossimo viaggio in famiglia.
