While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. Good food, but room towel and bed sheet/cover were not good enough. It will be better to change the towel and bed sheet when it tore or the color change

Arriviamo in una serata, la sicurezza ha una buona conoscenza del servizio, ci aiuta a chiamare il campanello e portare il nostro bagaglio al lobby. il servizio clienti molto amichevole e utile. Ho avuto molta convenienza e il servizio più alto da loro. la stanza La piscina è piccola ma non preoccupati i bambini hanno molto di felicità. La scelta non è tanto quanto me, ma è sufficiente per gustare un cibo acido fino a dolcezza.. Forse la prossima volta che torno a Palembang, scelgo questo hotel Agai.. Grazie a tutti i membri del personale l'eccellente più successo e famoso!!!

Around the hotel there is a lot of places to eat. There is also a really good pempek place just 10 minutes walking. The service is good.

We had a pleasant stay and the breakfast was fantastic. I bought lumpia separately during my checkout and all the staff were polite & helpful. I will definitely recommend my friends and relatives to the ALTS🤩The rooftop swimming pool is clean and the view was 👍🏼 Near for karaoke 🎤 and Near for food hunting😋

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay. However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience. Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Arista Palembang—clean rooms, plenty of breakfast choices and a strategic location in the heart of the city. Will surely come back next time! 😊
