L'hotel è nel complesso del centro commerciale. Così si può ottenere le vostre cose più facilmente. Il traffico vicino all'hotel è ok, ma quando la grande pioggia si precipita, è meglio non andare da nessuna parte. Perche' la strada sarà inondata. L'hotel ha una bella piscina e un tubo caldo. I bambini lo ameranno. Non ho avuto colazione, ma il loro colazione è abbastanza buona.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay. However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience. Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.

Arriviamo in una serata, la sicurezza ha una buona conoscenza del servizio, ci aiuta a chiamare il campanello e portare il nostro bagaglio al lobby. il servizio clienti molto amichevole e utile. Ho avuto molta convenienza e il servizio più alto da loro. la stanza La piscina è piccola ma non preoccupati i bambini hanno molto di felicità. La scelta non è tanto quanto me, ma è sufficiente per gustare un cibo acido fino a dolcezza.. Forse la prossima volta che torno a Palembang, scelgo questo hotel Agai.. I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Il check-in era semplice, il servizio era grande, il personale mi ha preso cura di veloce. E il cibo è davvero delizioso! Rimarrà a Zuri quando ritornerà a Palembang!

Un buon hotel strategico che offre camere con 3 letti. A pochi passi dall'hotel c'è una stazione MRT e davanti all'hotel c'è un fermo di autobus. La zona Bugis può essere raggiunta anche camminando a circa 20 minuti dall'hotel.
