Indonesia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Sumatra Meridionale

Rimaniamo in 2 diversi tipi di camere, prima abbiamo avuto la stanza 2011 e poi la terza notte ci trasferiamo a 1902, ma abbiamo trovato tessuto usato sul nostro letto nella stanza 1902.

Questo hotel è all'interno di un superblocchio con centro commerciale, negozi (ruko), ospedale. Questo hotel è uno dei migliori a Palembang.

Hotel in Palembang.. Arriviamo in una serata, la sicurezza ha una buona conoscenza del servizio, ci aiuta a chiamare il campanello e portare il nostro bagaglio al lobby. il servizio clienti molto amichevole e utile. Ho avuto molta convenienza e il servizio più alto da loro. la stanza La piscina è piccola ma non preoccupati i bambini hanno molto di felicità. La scelta non è tanto quanto me, ma è sufficiente per gustare un cibo acido fino a dolcezza.. Forse la prossima volta che torno a Palembang, scelgo questo hotel Agai.. Grazie a tutti i membri del personale l'eccellente più successo e famoso!!!

Strength : reasonable price, delicious breakfast, room service also great, kindness, near from downtown or airport Weakness : can be noisy because of other guests and music, a little messy(but bearable)

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay. However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience. Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The service was very good, with friendly staff. A variety of selections of the nice breakfast. Clean environment and good service in terms of security.

The hotel room is huge and clean, all the staff polite and humble, I think need to improve only the shower 🚿 Thank you 🙏

Stains exists on freshly washed bed sheets. The hotel's laundry somehow couldn't get rid of such stains leading to perception of unwashed / unchanged bedsheets Bath towels have fermented smell like they have not been sunned / dried enough after washing

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.
