Indonesia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Giava Orientale

Batu has been one of my favorite destinations in Indonesia and this is mainly thanks to this hotel. The place was magnificent, the breakfast incredible but more than that all the staff were super nice and welcoming the servers, the cooks, the security, the room staff and the reception staff!!! Thank you very much for you’re kindness !😊

È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

Location is excellent, right smackdab in the middle of Surabaya's tourist center, the Old City or ”Kota Lama”. Cleanliness wise its okay, the bedsheets is the only thing that needs more cleaning. Service is excellent. And facilities wise, the only thing lacking is a hairdryer.

Setiap ke Sidoarjo selalu nginap di hotel ini… lebih worth it dibanding yang lain harga dan fasilitas sesuai… dekat mall pastinya dan recomended lah buat yang ke Sidoarjo

Easy access to Surabaya biggest tourist spot, the Jalan Tunjungan.Very nice location, no noise. But I felt that the hotel was a bit dark. It was just my preference. I like bright alleys and rooms.

very recommended for family trip, the room clean, friendly staffs with great services, the breakfast delicious with many variations menu, will be back again once we visit banyuwangi

The location was very good. The hotel is quite clean, but the facilities are limited to basic necessities. The food was okay. The service of the staff is very good. I think overall it's worth the price.

Hotel is nice and quite central placed to all attractions and malls in Surabaya. Service was top notch and I love how there are water dispensors near each floor's lift lobby to help eliminate plastic waste and encourage reusable bottles. The only critique I have is that the towels and toilet seat look quite old. The fibers are sparce and thin, and the seat is visibly glued back after it broke). Hairdryer is also available only on request. Otherwise, it is a really nice hotel and I will definitely still come back here the next time I am in Surabaya.

Ho scelto questo hotel perché offre una dimensione più grande con una tariffa più conveniente rispetto ad altri. La ricezione è molto utile soprattutto durante il mio tempo c/in quando ho chiesto piano superiore, amici che si trovano vicino / vicino alla mia camera e nello stesso piano (progresso considerato veloce). Gt diverse scelte di f & b nel ristorante durante la mia pausa. Bellboys molto utile. Ricorda di affermare il vostro drink benvenuto ya ....enjoy ~

Words can't describe the kindness, attention to detail and, politeness of the staff. The breakfast was simply delicious and offered a lot of variety. We had the most amazing stay. Extremely clean. Close enought to the airport :)
