Ho scelto questo hotel perché offre una dimensione più grande con una tariffa più conveniente rispetto ad altri. La ricezione è molto utile soprattutto durante il mio tempo c/in quando ho chiesto piano superiore, amici che si trovano vicino / vicino alla mia camera e nello stesso piano (progresso considerato veloce). Gt diverse scelte di f & b nel ristorante durante la mia pausa. Bellboys molto utile. Ricorda di affermare il vostro drink benvenuto ya ....enjoy ~

Camera Comfort & Design Le camere confondono l'eleganza minimalista con le moderne strutture, offrendo caratteristiche come una TV LED 32”, sicurezza in camera, desk, aria condizionata, tende di sfondo e letti premium. Le strutture della camera da bagno comprendono bidet, shampoo, mutandine, asciugacapelli (su richiesta), doccia a piedi e servizi igienici complimentari, che assicurano un soggiorno pulito e confortevole. 2. Localizzazione e strutture Situato strategicamente sul Jl. Diponegoro No. 215 a Wonokromo, è vicino a grandi attrazioni come il parco coreano, Thor Square, il centro commerciale Ciputra, la Plaza Tunjungan e la BG Junction. Le strutture comprendono una terrazza sul tetto e un salone celeste per rilassarsi con vista panoramica della città, un ristorante in loco (Zhang Restaurant), 24-hour servizio in camera, servizi spa, camere di riunione e parcheggio gratuito.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Swiss-Belinn Tunjungan Surabaya. All the staff members at the hotel were approachable, professional, and accommodating. I would have been more satisfied if the floor in the shower booth was more clean, but I say this only to nitpick at what little problem they might have there. On the flip side, from airport pick up service to room cleaning, laundry service, or receptionist’s customer engagement were very professional. I would not only recommend the place to those who want to visit Surabaya, bur I myself would use this place again.

Questa è la mia seconda volta qui. Se siete a Surabaya, soprattutto con bambini, soggiornare qui è la soluzione migliore. Non c'è bisogno di uscire dall'edificio; è tutto a portata di mano perché è collegato direttamente al centro commerciale Pakuwon e al PTC. La colazione è super abbondante e deliziosa.

This is my second stay at Batiqa. I’d like to share a balanced review for fellow travelers. Pros: Great City View: Staying in Room 809 was a treat because of the city view. It’s a much better experience compared to Room 910, which unfortunately only faces the wall of another building. If you prefer a view, try to request a room on the side that faces the city. Cons: Technical Maintenance: I noticed some issues in Room 809 that weren't present in 910. The shower door doesn't close properly, the water pressure is quite weak, and the hot water isn't hot enough (I had to turn the lever fully to the left just to get a decent temperature). Privacy Disturbance: A bit disappointed with the unsolicited promotional calls. Both during my first and second stays, the hotel staff called the room around 18:00 WIB to offer massage or restaurant services. This is quite intrusive when you're trying to rest after a long day. Verdict: The hotel is decent, but they really need to improve their room maintenance and stop the promotional calls to ensure guest privacy. If you stay here, Room 809 has the view, but check the bathroom fixtures immediately.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!

È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

La camera d'albergo è semplice con un bel personale. L'hotel elenca una piscina e un tubo caldo come strutture, ma è uno e lo stesso. Va bene se vuoi solo raffreddare in acqua di piscina o giocare ma non è adatto per nuotare.

Il servizio è stato di prima classe, molto cordiale e disponibile. La prima camera che ci hanno dato era accettabile, ma purtroppo c'erano scarafaggi e formiche. Ho chiesto un'altra camera per la notte successiva, il che non è stato un problema. La seconda camera non ha avuto questi problemi, ma purtroppo non era nemmeno perfettamente pulita. I servizi dell'hotel sono ottimi, con un bar sul tetto, karaoke, spa, ecc. La colazione è buona e gustosa, ma niente di speciale. La posizione a Surabaya è ottima.
