Indonesia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Aceh

Abbiamo avuto una bella stanza con vista diretta sul mare assolutamente incredibile! Il personale era molto amichevole e sempre utile. Era un soggiorno meraviglioso, e sicuramente saremmo tornati indietro.

Traveled with a family of 2 kids. Booked a big family room. Upon check-in, the hotel informed us that the room was without air conditioning, which was not clearly indicated in the booking room details. The hotel refused to change the room and the hotel was fully booked on the second day. I was forced to top up double my initial booking cost, from IDR 800k increased to IDR 2.2 mil. My friend booked the suite room with air conditioning for half of what I was forced to pay.

Staffs are nice , the amenities not bad but quite old. I appreciated the design of this hotel , with beautiful plants and water. The room is relatively basic , there’s coffee maker in the room but they don’t provide coffee grind. Breakfast gots quite a large variety of choices. With this price in Aceh , I’m happy to have had stayed in this hotel.

Il soggiorno nel palazzo Hermes in novembre era molto soddisfacente. La stanza era pulita e confortevole, il personale era amichevole dall'inizio dell'ingresso all'uscita. Il colazione era molto diversa e il gusto era buono. La posizione è strategica, quindi è facile andare da qualsiasi parte. La piscina è anche pulita. l'unico svantaggio è che il wifi a volte è lento a notte.il soggiorno complessivo è comodo e vale la pena ripetere

Hotel is nice and secluded. Beautiful view, friendly staffs. Room is big. But the toilet is dirty and moldy. Not suitable for wheelchair
