BBrad mannI stayed in room 3 on the ground floor and I thought the experience as a whole was alright, gets the job done if that’s all you need.
There were some things I thought were a bit strange however.
The shower was the main thing, it was stuck on full power which was crazy fast. It also didn’t stay in place because it was so powerful and kept turning into the wall. When I had pointed it facing out, it would point to the window (which was in the shower) and begin to fill up the window sill. Additionally, the sliding door had broken and it was replaced with a flimsy shower curtain which Barry managed to cover the gap.
The room was a little dark but other than that was fine. The bed was fine too.
Dinner is room service or you can have it in the bar area if you’d like. There isn’t a restaurant however and the bar area isn’t incredibly suitable for a meal with a family, fine on my own though. The menu consisted of pub food and each item was between £11-15 for the majority. There is a pizza and alcohol deal for £15 which is what I had, which was fine.
Breakfast was £11.75 I think and was a buffet in one of the service rooms and was pretty good.
Overall I think my experience was pretty poor but the room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo prenotato questo hotel per poter utilizzare la stanza a vapore e il tubo caldo, ma entrambi erano fuori ordine per 3 giorni, che era la durata del nostro soggiorno. Il cibo in hotel - il servizio era appassionante ho aspettato 1.5 ore per un vegano beef Wellington per poi essere portato un risotto caulifore che non ho ordinato e è stato dato il scusa che il cuoco non aveva abbastanza tempo / ci sarebbe voluto troppo tempo per fare un Vegan Wellington - anche se era un pasto di sabato, e sapevano che non mangio carne 4 ore prima del pasto e mi fu detto che all'inizio dovevo aspettare 10 minuti per il mio Wellington dopo aver salito nella caverna - così tutto quello che dovevo mangiare era a parte. La stanza era grande e l'hotel immaculato

UUtente ospiteBreakfast should have been served until 10 am. We got into the restaurant 9.15 and there was hardly anything left, One spoonful of scrambled egg which I had to gather from around the pan for my husband - none for me, no bacon, no sausage, no hash brown or tomato. They did have beans!! Having asked and waited, we got a bit of bacon and some sausages that were so hard we could hardly cut them!! Then , at 10am they asked us to leave the room because they had to get it ready for something else. Our bedroom was ok but there was a skylight in the roof and the sun came flooding in just after 4 am so I didn’t sleep. Waste of time having black out curtains at the window when you don’t cover the skylight. The teaspoons on the dressing table had not been washed. The shower was nice but the water came out all over the floor - our friends had the same in their room. All in all not a good experience and I wouldn’t stay there again. I did mention all of this to the reception guy but he just smiled at me. Not sure if he spoke English!

L'hotel stesso è situato in un luogo incredibile, offrendo un tranquillo ritorno dalla resistenza e dalla resistenza. La nostra camera era bellamente presentatapulita, comoda e ben attrezzata per un soggiorno rilassante. E' chiaro che l'attenzione ai dettagli è stata data priorità.
Uno dei punti di vista è stato il bagno. Le strutture erano eccellenti, e l'atmosfera era tranquilla, perfetta per la calma. La zona della piscina era senza spot, e i trattamenti erano di prima classe, lasciandoci sentire rinfrescati e rigiovaniti.
Il pranzo all'hotel è stato anche una fantastica esperienza. Il cibo è stato bellamente preparato, pieno di sapore, e servito con un sorriso. Evidentemente la squadra si è molto orgogliosa della qualità del servizio.
In generale, sono lieto di dire che Voco Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa si è rimborsato più che in me stesso. Lo consiglierei molto a chiunque cercasse una camminata rilassante con servizio di top-notch. Non posso aspettare di tornare!

IItsJimHo scelto questo hotel perché è molto vicino al Terminal Nord di Gatwick, a soli 2 minuti a piedi.
Ho fatto il check-in e mi è stata assegnata una stanza, sono entrato e non era stata pulita per niente, asciugamani sul pavimento, letto non rifatto e bottiglie aperte sul tavolo. Sono tornato alla reception e sono stati molto gentili e si sono scusati, mi hanno gentilmente detto che avevano fatto un upgrade della mia stanza e si sono scusati per l'inconveniente. La nuova stanza che mi è stata assegnata assomigliava molto alla stanza per cui avevo pagato, non so cosa fosse l'upgrade, ma almeno questa volta era pulita.
In termini di prezzo, è molto costoso ma ciò che manca all'hotel in termini di pulizia, lo compensa con la posizione. Probabilmente risparmierò i miei soldi la prossima volta e soggiornerò al Premier Inn dall'altra parte della strada.

MMuraliRThe hotel is in a central place and very close to the bus station and not far from the Guildford Railway station (walking distance - 12 min or so). Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only difficulty was that we had our room on the first floor and at the further end and as there were no lifts (it is a heritage building so they cannot make any changes to the structure) we had to carry our luggage upto the first floor and navigate other steps to the room. There was no other option. We did have help when we arrived but had to carry the luggage by ourselves when we left. This is, though, a very small issue as the property itself was one of the better ones we stayed during our trip. The rooms were certainly larger room than some of the other hotel rooms I have stayed in London or Guildford.

SSteiger_UKThis was my second time staying at the property. It’s a very convenient place to stay as it’s joined onto the Gatwick North Terminal. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious, however, the floorboards do need replacing as they’re starting to creak. The breakfast is nice which offers a good selection of food including fresh pastries, tea/coffee and a fry-up. However, on the day I stayed, they only had vegan sausages with no other option of pork sausages. I questioned the management why this was, but gave me a very lame excuse of why they didn’t have any. This was the only downside throughout my stay however. Will stay again.

YYvetWe booked to stay, as we were attending a 60th Birthday party at the Hotel.
We booked and paid online so checking was very easy.
We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very spacious with a large king size bed. Which was extremely comfortable!
We were impressed with the newly renovated bathroom, with lovely soft fluffy towels. The room has all the amenities that we needed ie iron, hairdryer and extra pillows.
We booked a room with breakfast - which was excellent and was available till 10.30 which was great. A good array of hot food included quality sausages and bacon.
All the breakfast staff were very helpful and genuinely cheerful, as were the reception staff and the bar staff and food servers at the evening function.
We really enjoyed our stay.

NNamrathaLa stanza era molto comoda, anche se le strutture non erano simili a Holiday Inn. Camere molto pulite e pulite. L'ospitalità del personale era molto buona. In generale, era molto buona stanza, poiché la zona del corso di Epsom è anche molto bella. Solo il punto meno è che le strutture occupate non sono molto vicine all'hotel.
