UUtente ospiteHotel is excellent room and views are lovely. Location is excellent and majority of staff were nice. Only a few issues they give and charge you for doubles in the bar when the menu only gives single prices. The response from the barmaid was you never specified a single when that should be as standard. Also take 50 pound a night for cover in case you spend in the hotel but only refunded 97.60 for the 2 nights. Although we didn’t spend anything on the room. The hotel is super but just those 2 things took the shine of a really great stay.

NNayomikLoved my stay at this Hotel. It was my third time staying at this hotel. The aesthetics of the Hotel are really nice. The spaces in the hotel are modern with a touch of luxury. The front desk ladies that I met during my stay were welcoming, friendly and had good vibes.Nothing beats a warm welcome.
Check in was quick and easy and very professional. I forgot the name of the lady that checked us in but she was fabulous. We checked in on September 4th 2024 between 12:20-12:50 so the lady that was sat on the right side of the main desk at that time did really well n checking us in.
The breakfast was okay , but it kinda left me wanting more in terms of selection. Maybe beef sausages or even chicken sausages could be added???
But it was still good nevertheless.
The location of the hotel is also pretty good as you are able to go to access many restaurants… and shopping points.
Distance from the Machester Piccadilly Train station from this hotel is super convenient as well.

UUtente anonimoCouldn’t be more pleased with our stay at Tribe - excellent room and facilities. The restaurant is well above average and the food was excellent. It made our early morning start much better than would otherwise have been the case. Highly recommended to all.

UUtente ospiteThey sold our room and tried to make us rebook and pay again!! We booked 2 x double rooms for 3 nights and paid in full when booked (12th - 15th April). I requested adjacent rooms. Our flight got cancelled so 2 of us were unable to stay the first night. Our daughter travelling from elsewhere and arrived at the hotel the first night, 12th April, checked into one room and told them the situation and confirmed that we would be arriving the next day, 13th April. We arrived, tried to check in and the lady on reception said that our booking was for 12th and this was 13th so we would have to make a new booking and pay again!! I said no, I booked and paid for 2 rooms for 3 nights. She said because we didn't arrive on 12th our booking was cancelled. I said no it was not as our daughter checked in and told them the day before. I insisted I would not be rebooking and asked to speak to a manager. She eventually checked with a manager and said we could have a room. This was 3 floors down from our daughter and not what I'd booked. They had basically resold my room. I was glad to get a room but not impressed with their service. It was atrocious that I had paid £500+ for the booking but due to circumstances outwith my control - the flight being cancelled - they did not keep our room for us. They were informed of the situation and my daughter was staying there as part of the booking.
They are not to be trusted. I wouldn't stay there again.

Typical man, partner didn't take any photos.
He was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room and said reception couldn't have been more helpful or friendly.
My 9year old thought his stay was 10 out of 10. He loved his breakfast and he would stay every time he goes to watch his team 😊

UUtente ospiteLa prima volta a Midland, si è trascorso una notte e era una bella stanza. La stanza non aveva una vista, ma era solo una notte, quindi non era troppo disturbata. La doccia era decente, ovunque era pulita e il letto era molto comodo. Abbiamo pagato anche per colazione e molte scelte disponibili, e ancora una volta molto gentile e ci siamo riempiti per il giorno.

Ccindy0072I discovered this hidden gem by accident. I had almost given up on finding a hotel that was close enough to the airport as well as to local shopping and had ac. There are only two things I have a problem with in regards to this place. Please note there is not an elevator or lift as the UK states. The other draw back is there is no way to shield the light in the bathroom area. It is hard to describe. There is a beautiful glass door to the right and left in the bath area with a sink in the middle of the space. If one has to get up to use the facilities the light being turned on glares in the face of the other one in bed. One other note is to be careful when closing the glass door. When I closed the door, my finger got closed in the door and it actually cut my finger below the cuticle. After 3 days, my finger is blue and sore.
While the hotel is directly under the local airport's flight pattern, we never heard planes unless we were outside.
The grounds are astounding as is the building itself. Make sure to check out the artwork throughout the place. If you like hidden staircases, watch out.
The place appears to be kid friendly. There is a fabulous playground adjacent to the property. Make sure to purchase duck food for the locals.
The bar, while somewhat limited in its offerings, was suitable for us. As to cost, the prices were comparable if not better than other bars/pubs we have visited..
We did not dine in the restaurant, but from what I say, the food looked amazing. The young man working reception was so very nice to help with our luggage as well as anything else we may have needed. The young ladies working in the bar were also very nice. In fact, they were so embarrassed by my asking to take their photo. They said no one had ever asked to take their photo.

UUtente ospiteQuando siamo arrivati c'erano molti parcheggi disponibili, che ci ha dato un punto di più.
Ci siamo avvicinati alla ricezione per accedere, e loro erano molto benvenuti. Forse c'era una piccola questione con la nostra prenotazione. Non sono sicuro che cosa fosse la nostra stanza non era pronta, ma è stata risolta rapidamente e siamo stati aggiornati in una stanza di Re con vista sul fiume. Ho chiesto come vorrei pagare per la nostra visita, ma ho dovuto informarli che è già stato pagato online.
Dopo cena abbiamo fermato il contatore per bere una bevanda calda e una bevanda dolce. Il server era davvero bello e lei era adattata alle nostre esigenze.
La stanza stessa era spaziosa e moderna. Ci piaceva la TV intelligente, perché ci ha dato più opzioni per guardare qualcosa.
Il bagno era bello, ma il bagno era un po'tagliato.
In generale, il nostro soggiorno è stato divertente.
