UUtente ospiteIl servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Vorrei ringraziare in particolar modo una ragazza nella sala colazione. Ha tenuto i soldi che abbiamo perso per sbaglio, ci ha trovati per confermarli a colazione il giorno dopo, e poi ci ha dato i soldi il giorno in cui siamo partiti. RRoger PhilipFantastic new hotel conveniently halfway between upperclass Gulshan and old ( Puran) Dhaka. Manager Rony really made it a great stay. I had a small medical issue and he insisted on personally accompanying to the hospital and followed everything up. Absolutely the best. Has a rooftop pool and sauna/steam room and a massive breakfast.

NNicolaas Maria BosÈ un buon hotel, ma stavano facendo la riparazione durante il giorno che era alto e mi hanno dato mal di testa, mi hanno dato un'altra stanza, ma non mi ha aiutato... dovevo fare un lavoro e chiamare era impossibile. Ma il personale e il manager erano molto amichevoli. Suggerisco se non vuoi deludere i tuoi ospiti chiudere il posto per qualche giorno e fare la riparazione 24/7 fino a quando non è finita.perché non si evita gli ospiti arrabbiati che rimangono lontani la prossima volta. Perche' pagano il prezzo più alto per il soggiorno inconfortabile in Pearl Hotel .

The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was truly outstanding. The hotel offers a wide variety of dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there's something for everyone. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests or dietary preferences.
The hotel staff, including the front desk and security personnel, were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities.

UUtente ospiteToo much mosquito even in higher floor. I booked this hotel for my Parents. They stayed 3nights on 12th floor room number 16. Overall facilities is okay,clean but not really clean.1st night they could not sleep at all because of mosquitoes. They informed reception next morning was was told they will spray but same thing happened 2nd night as well, when called reception said they sprayed which was not true.after requesting 3times they sprayed and finally there was no mosquito.they need to give more attention.
Visitors are not allowed, bathroom is too small and bidet is too short to reach.

PRO: posizione, personale, colazione e ristorante sono abbastanza buoni, camera è spaziosa e bagno anche bello
Per migliorare: la chiave della stanza ferma funzionando spesso, penso che nel mio soggiorno (8 notti) sono stato al desk front per ottenere nuove chiavi almeno 15 volte .... le strutture possono essere migliori, la stanza ha bisogno di una piccola rigenerazione per lanciare questo hotel a un prezzo più alto
