UUtente ospiteL'hotel è certamente il migliore a Dacca, negli ultimi 7 anni ho provato molti e questo ha tutto il potenziale di diventare un'istituzione di alta qualità. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e confortevoli. La decorazione generale è bella.
Il personale è attento, professionale e sorridente tutto il tempo (molto importante).
Spot sul direttore del desk front Mr. Galib, una persona davvero passionata e professionale che sicuramente porterà questo istituto a successo con la sua atteggiamento e il suo duro lavoro.
Apprezzo anche l'onorevole Rubel dal ristorante principale, molto gentile e molto gentile.
Poiché una nuova istituzione è ancora molto da pulire, il personale deve essere addestrato più sui dettagli (come essere più presente nel ristorante per lavare l'acqua e pulire le tavole più velocemente ...), problemi di mosquito sul ristorante sul lato della piscina. Inoltre, i menu ”a la carte” hanno bisogno di più selezione e varietà! Solo pochi dettagli ma importante per spingere questo hotel in alto.
Tutto il potenziale è là, lo farai!

DDin I.My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights. The experience was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were professional and attentive, with strong attention to detail.
I would like to clarify one issue related to room service. One night I ordered soup due to stomach discomfort. While ordering, I clearly stated that I needed absolutely no spice, not even mildly spicy. Despite this, the soup delivered was very spicy, with visible spices on top. After the first sip, my lips were burning. The staff immediately offered to replace the dish. In the meantime, my girlfriend exchanged meals with me, which resolved the issue.
Breakfast was exceptional. The view from the room window was very pleasant. One minor observation is that the barrier around the pool felt quite high.okay
Special thanks to Ishteaque Mohammed, Executive Sales and Marketing. He assisted me before the booking process. I had many questions and concerns prior to confirming the reservation, and he provided clear, helpful information that made the booking decision easy and reassuring.

NNicolaas Maria BosIt's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .

PPrakash MunuswamyThis is not hotel and it's just a hostel for the Chinese travellers. It will not suit for any business travellers from other countries. This facility doesnt have toilets. There's only one toilet for 5 rooms. it's a shared toilet and it was shocking for the amount they charged. Even a kitchen has been converted in to a room. only advantage is that it's nearby to the airport. gates of this apartment will get closed by 10pm. lifts will be switched of by 10 pm. Rooms are in the 8th floor. Then imagine what happens if the lifts are switched off and especially you are carrying the heavy luggages. Moreover they dont have a card swiping machine and you need to make the payment through local currency. if you are budget traveller who dont need any amenities then you can go for it. Otherwise staying at this place will give you lots of frustrations. Actual rooms are completely different from the pictures shared on trip.com. Breakfast starts by 8 am and if you have to start early this place will not work again. Even towels are not provided. just a couple of hand towels were provided. I will not suggest this hotel for any business travellers or for families.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport. The garden, swimming pool, and other outdoor areas are well maintained, making it nice for a walk, and the playground is great for kids—perfect for family travelers. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. However, some of the facilities felt a bit outdated, and there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, but I did see a cockroach in the breakfast area, which was disappointing. Overall, I understand that this is considered a good hotel by Bangladeshi standards, but from an international traveler's perspective, it's not quite perfect.
