Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Le camere erano spaziose e pulite, e ho percepito la loro attenzione dal momento del mio arrivo fino alla mia partenza. Le aree comuni erano pulite e ordinate, e le camere calde e confortevoli.

I stayed at Hilton Yantai for 8 nights and overall had a very pleasant stay. Check-in was around 3pm and was smooth and straightforward. As I was staying for a longer period, the hotel kindly upgraded me to a room on the top floor, which was a very nice gesture and much appreciated. The concierge staff were also very friendly and polite. They helped with my luggage and brought it up to my room, which was really helpful after checking in. The room itself was spacious and was kept clean throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a good job every day, with the room being cleaned properly, fresh water provided and even the carpet kept clean. I was happy with the standard of housekeeping during my 8-night stay. The breakfast was good overall, and one of the nicest things was the view. The restaurant has large windows overlooking the park, which creates a really nice atmosphere in the morning. The service was also good and the staff were attentive. However, as I stayed for 8 nights, I did notice that the breakfast selection was quite repetitive. There wasn’t a huge variety of hot food, and the choices were largely the same each day. For a five-star hotel, I would have liked to see a little more variety, especially for guests staying for several days. The TV in the room was another area that could be improved. The picture quality looked a little blue and not as sharp as I would expect from a modern five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a wider selection of international channels, particularly for international guests staying for longer periods. I also used the gym during my stay. One small thing I found a little inconvenient was being asked for my room number every time I went to use the gym. I understand the hotel needs to make sure the facilities are being used by guests, but for someone staying for 8 nights and using the gym regularly, being asked the same question each time felt a little unnecessary. Perhaps there could be another way of checking hotel guests in, such as using the room key. I completely understand checking room numbers for access to the swimming pool, but for the gym, a key-card system might be a little more convenient for regular guests. The lobby looks nice, although interior look old fashioned , and during busy periods it could take a little longer to queue, especially when there were conferences being held at the hotel. The lifts could also be quite busy and take some time during peak breakfast hours. As room was on the 24th floor, did occasionally hear some noise from the corridor, including people speaking loudly, as well as some construction noise. It wasn’t constant, but it was noticeable at times, especially when trying to rest. We had a good stay at Hilton Yantai. The spacious and clean room, helpful staff, good housekeeping, nice park view and smooth service were all positives. With a little more variety at breakfast, better TV picture quality and more international channels, I think the experience could be even better for longer-staying and international guests.

We recently stayed at this resort and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is just outside the city, about a 40-minute drive, and the drive there is beautiful. The resort was also very easy to find. Check-in was simple and smooth, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The room was large and clean, although it does show some signs of age. The hot springs, pool, and slides were a lot of fun and were kept clean, which we really appreciated. That said, some areas, especially the roof and floor surfaces, also show visible signs of aging and could use some maintenance. Our room did not have coffee or tea available when we arrived, but the staff provided it very quickly after we asked, which was great service. Breakfast was average, but for only a slightly higher price, it is worth including with your stay for the convenience. Overall, this is a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you are looking for a getaway just outside the city.

Ho soggiornato da un amico per tre notti e quattro giorni durante il mio viaggio a Qingdao e, a dire il vero, è stata la scelta migliore. Innanzitutto, le condizioni della camera erano impressionanti. La camera era complessivamente molto pulita e lussuosa, e la vista dalla finestra era spettacolare, lasciandomi soddisfatto ogni volta che iniziavo o finivo la giornata. Anche la biancheria da letto e la qualità generale della camera mi hanno trasmesso il senso di sicurezza e comfort in stile Westin. La colazione ha superato le mie aspettative. La varietà di opzioni ha reso divertente decidere cosa mangiare ogni mattina. La qualità era così alta che non mi sono mai stancato, anche dopo aver soggiornato per più notti. Il menu offre un mix equilibrato di cucina locale e internazionale, quindi penso che chiunque sarebbe soddisfatto. Ma l'aspetto più memorabile di questo hotel è stato senza dubbio il servizio. Nicky, il direttore dell'hotel, in particolare, ha reso questo soggiorno un'esperienza speciale. È stato sempre cordiale e attento, sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza, e il suo servizio genuino ha reso il mio soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. Non era solo un ”buon hotel”, era il tipo di persone presso cui avrei voluto tornare.

good location to have direct access to the seaside for a stroll, however the maintenance of the facilities in room, restaurant or lobby doesn’t match with the room rates, perhaps the higher rate was for the location only. However, the services of the dining is good and friendly.

La vista sul mare dalla camera è un po' laterale, ma è molto vicina alla spiaggia. La spiaggia è proprio al piano di sotto dell'hotel, il che è molto comodo per portare i bambini in spiaggia. Accanto c'è anche la sala espositiva della città ad esso, rendendo molto facile per genitori e figli viaggiare. Grazie mille Mandy per averci aiutato a coordinare due camere comunicanti con vista sul mare il giorno successivo, il che era più conveniente per i nostri genitori. C'è un pasto al Donghai 88 direttamente in hotel. I membri dell'hotel possono anche ottenere uno sconto del 25%, il che è un ottimo affare. 

La suite doppia camera ha un design molto bello e moderno con una vista meravigliosa. Molto deludente è come l'hotel gestisce la politica di non fumare. Le camere che dovrebbero essere non fumatori avevano un odore molto pesante di fumo. La gente del lavanderia fumava apertamente. Ci era anche un sigaro in bocca davanti all'ascensore. Uno dei funzionari del fronte ci ha detto che non c'è alcuna regola antifumo negli spazi pubblici che è assolutamente sbagliata: l'hotel e la gestione devono applicare la politica di non fumare. Il colazione era medio, dopo le 10:00, il cibo non era più caldo e spesso non era più sostituito. La palestra ha una vista fantastica, ma non ha nemmeno un matto per la strettatura e nessun piccolo apparecchio.Tutte queste cose hanno fatto il nostro soggiorno deludente, anche se abbiamo ricevuto frutta e piccoli regali in check out per la nostra inconvenienza.

Ottima posizione, ma l'hotel è un po' datato e le strutture non sono all'altezza. La piscina è piccola e la disposizione della camera è un po' angusta. Tuttavia, per il prezzo, è un affare, non si può chiedere di più. Il merito va principalmente ad Abby, che ha fornito un servizio meticoloso fin dal check-in. Appena entrati, c'era qualcuno ad aiutarci con i bagagli e ad assisterci nel check-in. Avevo letto alcune recensioni negative e un po' mi preoccupavo, ma forse essendo bassa stagione l'esperienza è stata molto migliore. Hanno anche gentilmente acconsentito a un late check-out dato il nostro volo serale. La colazione potrebbe migliorare. La varietà e la qualità della cucina occidentale non sono eccezionali, e le posate predefinite sono bacchette e cucchiaio. Le forchette devono essere prese al bancone della frutta. L'ingresso è molto fumoso, la ventilazione non è buona, suggerisco di migliorare.

The hotel is extremely luxurious and designed beautifully. But the service is TERRİBLE. No one speaks english… there is no food available for room service. İ wanted to drink a beer and they told me to go to the supermarket. İ wanted to order room service after 20.30 they told me no english and hung up on my face. After 10 mins 2 people came to my room telling me they dont have room service, after 20.30 even though the menu said 24 hours. The next day i tried to order at 16.00 and they told me it starts at 18.30… the design and the quality of the hotel is maybe the best ive seen in my life but the service is 0/10 … no cola to drink no food to eat .. i would not reccomend if you want to spend a lot of time in it.
