Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti ed è stato un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Gli addetti alla reception sono stati molto disponibili. La posizione è ottima, vicino a tutte le attrazioni turistiche, con negozi di alimentari e chioschi gastronomici locali. La metropolitana è a circa 10 minuti a piedi e l'autobus è proprio dietro l'angolo. L'hotel è un edificio storico, ristrutturato. Gli interni dell'hotel ricordano l'età dell'oro dell'antica Cina, e ne apprezziamo gli arredi tradizionali. L'ascensore è un vecchio macchinario con spazio limitato (circa 2 persone, che mi ricorda l'ascensore di un vecchio palazzo di Manhattan). Ma non è un problema per la vita moderna.

Per la prima volta rimasi qui. L'hotel era molto ben situato nel centro. Il personale del dipartimento frontale mi ha dato un aggiornamento alla loro camera esecutiva con vista uccidevole. La stanza era pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. Digita davvero la vista del lago e dei quartieri finanziari sotto, preferirei un giorno più soleggiato per una migliore visibilità, ma durante il mio soggiorno, era sconvolto e la vista disgustosa era piuttosto fredda. La colazione è finita un po' presto, ma ha avuto alcune opzioni alimentari decenti. Il personale del bar non conosceva le carte di credito o Apple Pay, ma in realtà la loro manutenzione lavorava con il mio Amex su iPhone. Ho dovuto lavorare con lei e il suo manager, quindi ricordatevi se si usano queste opzioni. Raccomanderò di scegliere CNY sulla macchina POS e avere la vostra banca fare il cambio di valuta. Le loro tariffe di dispositivo POS 5.5% commissione se si sceglie Dollaro o equivalente.

Dato che viaggiavamo fuori stagione, c'erano molte opzioni di hotel!! Abbiamo scelto questo, ed era molto meglio di quanto pensassi. Il servizio della ragazza alla reception dell'hotel è stato davvero ottimo, anche nel cuore della notte!! È stata molto paziente, ma si è dimenticata di chiedermi il nome~ Dato che c'era una stanza libera, la ragazza mi ha dato un upgrade a una camera mansardata. La stanza era molto grande, con stereo, detersivo per il bucato, kit medico e tutto il necessario!! In breve, il servizio è stato davvero buono, ma l'unico inconveniente è stato che l'hotel non aveva un parcheggio privato🅿️, quindi siamo arrivati ​​tardi e non c'era posto auto, quindi abbiamo potuto parcheggiare solo davanti all'ingresso. Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel, le camere erano pulite e confortevoli, e l'atmosfera generale era tranquilla e lussuosa. Un grande grido al team di custodia 11th-floor erano incredibilmente pensanti, attrarre attenzione ai piccoli dettagli che mi hanno reso ancora meglio. Raccomando molto questo hotel e sicuramente rimarrò qui!

The location is simply ideal for exploring the city on foot. The hotel itself impresses with excellent service, a high level of cleanliness, and a modern, welcoming atmosphere. Everything feels well-organized and comfortable. A special highlight is the breakfast. It is truly remarkable, offering a wide range of options. There are plenty of European choices such as toast, butter, jam, cheese, and sausages, along with freshly prepared eggs just the way you like them. In addition, there is a rich selection of Chinese dishes, all presented in a very pleasant and stylish setting. One small area for improvement is the English capability of the in-room AI system. While it is innovative and clearly trying to assist, it does not always fully understand commands, which can occasionally lead to minor frustration—for example when adjusting the temperature, controlling the TV, or opening the curtains. However, given the pace of technological development in China, this will likely improve very quickly. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone visiting *****, combining comfort, location, and quality at a very high level.
