We stayed at this hotel as a family. We rented two rooms. The hotel is new. No more than two years after the opening. The description of the hotel and rooms fully corresponds to the website. I must say right away that the hotel can be rated five out of five, everything else is not the fault of the hotel and its service. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. It is not surprising that suddenly reconstruction and equipment for a new tourist facility (hotel, shop, restaurant, etc.) can begin in neighboring buildings, but we must pay tribute to the fact that the silence regime is still observed. This is Saturday and Sunday, a complete ban, repairs are possible only from 8:00 to 11:00 from 13:00 to 17:00. HL Melody in the neighboring block is completing reconstruction for its own apartments, that is, it is expanding its offer. It is said that everything will be finished by March 2026. But I repeat, it's everywhere on the island and on Khem in particular. If you think that hotels such as La Grotta, All Sand, Paralia, ANN and others of this class of hotels will be better, then you are mistaken. Construction and reconstruction are going on everywhere.
Unlike these hotels, the location of HL is much better, far from the noise of the crowd of vacationers, the noise of passing cars and bikes. Khem Beach is a 10-minute slow walk away. The windows of rooms 101, 201, 301, and so on overlook the rainforest. At night, we turned off the air conditioner and slept with the windows open in complete silence. In the morning, we were only bothered by the roosters of the neighboring village and the forest birds. Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something.
HL Melody service: very good. The Ngoan concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect.
Rooms: new and clean. Cleaning was carried out every day. Towels are changed every day. The linen is all snow-white and dry. Please note that there is an error in the description of one of the rooms. There is only one kitchen for self-catering and breakfast on the ground floor. In the lobby there is a stove, refrigerator, dishes, professional coffee machine, water, drinks, Two bicycles in free use.
Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes.
There's an elevator in the hotel, but you can't hear it at all. In general, the sound insulation is good.
We recommend this hotel. The price is fair and affordable, and the service corresponds to the hotel class.
I repeat that the problems of reconstruction are a problem of Phu Quoc in any new location of tourist clusters - Marina, SunSetTown, Khem, and etc.

UUtente ospiteFrom the moment I was collected at the airport to the seamless check-in experience, everything at the Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc was first class. As a VIP member, I was delighted to be upgraded to a beautiful King Suite with as sea view of the Gulf of Thailand, and enjoyed complimentary half board throughout my stay, which made the experience even more special.
What impressed me most was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone worked hard to ensure my stay was comfortable, relaxing and completely stress free. A special mention must go to George and Vitia, who were exceptional throughout my visit. They are outstanding ambassadors for the Radisson brand and their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression.
The resort itself is stunning. The enormous swimming pool and pristine private beach make this a must-visit destination when travelling to Phu Quoc. The food was excellent throughout, with the breakfast buffet being particularly impressive, offering an incredible variety and quality.
This was my first stay at the Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc, but it certainly won’t be my last. I look forward to returning soon with my family, and I know they will absolutely love it just as much as I did.

Le camere sono effettivamente un po' datate, ma comunque spaziose.
Ci hanno regalato una borsa di tela dell'hotel, molto pratica e carina!
All'esterno ci sono semplici strutture per bambini e anche la piscina è ottima.
L'hotel ha una sua spiaggia privata, molto bella e perfetta per rilassarsi.
Gli ospiti dell'hotel sono principalmente russi e coreani, con pochi cinesi.

We stayed at this villa as a family.
We liked the villa very much, we rate it 10/10. The house's design is thoughtful. The rooms are well thought out and well equipped. The bathrooms are very nice. The landscaping with tropical trees and flowers is great. Bougainvillea is great. The night lighting of the villa is very impressive. Every three days there is a complete cleaning and replacement of all towels. The linen is new, dry and spotlessly white. There is a washing machine. It helped a lot with rinsing beach clothes, T-shirts, and beach towels. Everything was dry in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but I would advise the manager to change one of the pans, add 8 earthenware cups instead of plastic ones and 10 pieces of small teaspoons and add 8 large plates for the main course. In this case, there will be nothing to complain about. Our extended family was comfortable staying in this villa. Everything is completely consistent with the description. The location is in a quiet location in the complex of the same Sun Tropical Village villas. Security with a barrier around the perimeter, video cameras and more. Everything is great, but take into account one very important point. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. And not all the villas in this complex are ready for operation. At the moment, only 30% are involved. The rest are being put into operation very quickly. With us, one of the neighboring villas was fully equipped by about 40 workers, from concrete to complete furniture and landscaping in 12 days. The pace is impressive. So, if your villa is nearby, then you will have noise problems. I talked to one of these residents, who complained that he had a villa for rent for a month, and nearby repairs. Fortunately, during our stay with Evelyn, preparatory work was just beginning.

L'ordine ti verrà inviato all'orario previsto Poiché il volo era di mattina presto, la camera forniva anche un servizio di sveglia e veniva fornita una colazione gratuita (una grande quantità di pane, sandwich, acqua e frutta). La colazione in camera viene solitamente pagata fino alle 5 del mattino. anche se hai voglia di uno spuntino a tarda notte. Tutto sommato è stato un viaggio soddisfacente.

UUtente ospiteIl bracciolo del divano nella stanza è crollato, ma nel complesso era comunque ok. Ho prenotato una stanza a prezzi scontati, quindi non avevo esigenze così elevate. Non ho chiesto di cambiare stanza quando ho visto la stanza all'angolo della villa. Se sono più di 2.000, la vista qui non vale comunque la pena. Il ristorante ha un sapore mediocre. Non ordinate il maiale brasato. Sembra delizioso nella foto. Non ha un sapore molto buono. Ma la colazione è piuttosto deliziosa. Ci sono troppi coreani.

VViktoriiaweikI enjoyed my time in Mövenpick hotel. Beautiful territory, amazing beach and clean seawater.
I like chicken liver on breakfast and coffee which they made was good.
Also was nice to have some yoga classes at morning, really gave more power for the day.
But also I want to mention some disadvantages which I hope management can change in future.
The place for bread in the breakfast didn’t have towel for carting bread, so if guests wanted to cut bread they used there hands to touch the bread!!!! It’s totally not normal for any hotel, and can bring more bacteria!!!!!
Moreover I think should add salmon for breakfast. Kitchen makes Benedict eggs only with bacon , and no choice for people who doesn’t eat pork. Was a kinda sad about that.
We was living in the second building, to go to beach need to wait for the car and something need to spend 5-10 min on waiting, could be nice to manage it better to not make guest wait for a long time.
In conclusion, I would like to come back again but to the first building not second building!

包包姆L'hotel comprende 2-4 villa da letto e il paesaggio ha una vibrazione televisiva drammatica suburbana. Le villa sono spaziali, ma l'igiene era giusta. I nostri bambini svilupparono rash dopo frequente contatto con i divano, che sembravano piuttosto date. Le strutture erano così, nessuna lozione corporea / insetti rifugiati come la maggior parte degli hotel avrebbe fornito. L'acqua della piscina era anche un po' sporca, con un sacco di bug morti in essa. La piscina principale era anche piccola per un hotel su questa scala. In generale, direi che era tutto a posto per il prezzo e per i miei figli di vivere una villa di piscina, ma l'intero complesso Vinpearl è data e un bel po'di aria. Il personale è stato utile e bello. Ma l'hardware e la manutenzione erano davvero tre stelle max.

UUtente ospiteLa villa è stata ben mantenuta e decorata, e il cibo del ristorante offre una buona selezione. Ci piaceva il bar di Pho e il bahn mi al mattino, e potevamo ordinare un menu completo di barista al colazione.
Alcuni punti di miglioramento:
- formazione per il personale. Molti di loro non parlavano inglese o non erano disposti ad aiutare. Jenny al ristorante era grande, e la custodia era in tempo e utile.
- la spiaggia era incredibilmente sporca, piena di tacchi di sigarette e di schermo di plastica generale. Era qualcosa che era stato ignorato e non mi sentivo confortevole tornare con i miei figli dopo il primo giorno.
- si apprezzerebbero alcune scelte più sani per il tavolo dei bambini al colazione: tutti gli zuccheri: noci, marshmallows, uova di cioccolato e muffin con salsa di cioccolato e giovenche.
- il club dei bambini era piuttosto triste e anche se avessimo due figli con noi (6 e 4 anni), non ne abbiamo nemmeno visitato una volta. Sembrava solo una parte del hotel completamente ignorata, e non si sentiva nemmeno pulita.
Il nuovo campo era bello (quando il sole scendeva) e è evidente che stanno cercando di migliorare costantemente il resort (con la costruzione della nuova piscina amica e il paesaggio).
Non crediamo che torneremo a meno che non ci siano più attività destinate ai bambini.
