The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. It is not surprising that suddenly reconstruction and equipment for a new tourist facility (hotel, shop, restaurant, etc.) can begin in neighboring buildings, but we must pay tribute to the fact that the silence regime is still observed. This is Saturday and Sunday, a complete ban, repairs are possible only from 8:00 to 11:00 from 13:00 to 17:00. HL Melody in the neighboring block is completing reconstruction for its own apartments, that is, it is expanding its offer. It is said that everything will be finished by March 2026. But I repeat, it's everywhere on the island and on Khem in particular. If you think that hotels such as La Grotta, All Sand, Paralia, ANN and others of this class of hotels will be better, then you are mistaken. Construction and reconstruction are going on everywhere. Unlike these hotels, the location of HL is much better, far from the noise of the crowd of vacationers, the noise of passing cars and bikes. Khem Beach is a 10-minute slow walk away. The windows of rooms 101, 201, 301, and so on overlook the rainforest. At night, we turned off the air conditioner and slept with the windows open in complete silence. In the morning, we were only bothered by the roosters of the neighboring village and the forest birds. Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something. HL Melody service: very good. The Ngoan concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect. Rooms: new and clean. Cleaning was carried out every day. Towels are changed every day. The linen is all snow-white and dry. Please note that there is an error in the description of one of the rooms. There is only one kitchen for self-catering and breakfast on the ground floor. In the lobby there is a stove, refrigerator, dishes, professional coffee machine, water, drinks, Two bicycles in free use. Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes. There's an elevator in the hotel, but you can't hear it at all. In general, the sound insulation is good. We recommend this hotel. The price is fair and affordable, and the service corresponds to the hotel class. I repeat that the problems of reconstruction are a problem of Phu Quoc in any new location of tourist clusters - Marina, SunSetTown, Khem, and etc.

The hotel has a really nice design for a relaxing holiday. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was very good and the food was tasty. I had a poolside order and they still brought it over when the rain suddenly came. My kid loved the pool! The room was spacious and I like the design how there’s two basin and large area for hair drying. But may not be the best selection for families especially if you have a sensitive toddler or else it’s hard to use the sink or the bathtub since it only uses a blind for separation. The spa was great but we had another spa at another comparable hotel, their spa was just at another level. The kids playroom was a bit worn out and the toys looks stained. But we didn’t really need the playroom because my child was obsessed with their pool. We enjoyed our stay a lot !

Vogliamo in particolare menzionare Alex alla reception: è stata incredibilmente professionale, attenta e gentile. Si è presa tutto il tempo necessario per rispondere a tutte le nostre domande e si è assicurata che tutte le nostre richieste fossero soddisfatte. La sua energia positiva e il suo eccellente inglese hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Durante il nostro soggiorno, all'inizio abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il servizio in camera: abbiamo provato a ordinare tramite l'app, poi il telefono non ha funzionato e in qualche modo abbiamo ordinato due volte. Ma ancora una volta, il servizio è stato eccezionale: Robert, il direttore, si è preso personalmente cura della situazione, ci ha mostrato come usare correttamente l'app e si è assicurato che il problema con il telefono fosse risolto immediatamente. È stato gestito rapidamente, professionalmente e con un grande sorriso: davvero impressionante! Abbiamo festeggiato il nostro anniversario di matrimonio al Radisson Blu e, sinceramente, è stato come un sogno che si avverava. L'intero resort è pulitissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli e tutto funziona alla perfezione. La colazione a buffet è eccellente, con un'ampia scelta, e la spiaggia è pulitissima e dotata di numerosi e comodi lettini. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il comodo servizio navetta per raggiungere la struttura. Il Radisson Blu Phu Quoc unisce il lusso a un'atmosfera calda e familiare. Ci si sente accolti, apprezzati e coccolati in ogni momento. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel a chiunque, che si tratti di un'occasione speciale o semplicemente di rilassarsi e ricaricarsi. Un sentito ringraziamento a tutto il team, in particolare ad Alex e Robert per il loro servizio eccezionale e la loro gentilezza. 🌺

Прекрасное тихо, уютное и очень зелёное место. Встретили, привезли до виллы. Все было чисто, красиво, уютно. Есть нюансы, количество открытых спален зависит от количества заявленных людей. Это странно. Просто уточняйте этот момент. Белье роскошное, полотенца свежие. Вид шикарный. Тишина вокруг. Пожалуйста, покупайте новые губки для посуды для новых жильцов. Я думаю Вам это не накладно, а впечатление будет лучше

Ci hanno regalato una borsa di tela dell'hotel, molto pratica e carina! All'esterno ci sono semplici strutture per bambini e anche la piscina è ottima. L'hotel ha una sua spiaggia privata, molto bella e perfetta per rilassarsi. Gli ospiti dell'hotel sono principalmente russi e coreani, con pochi cinesi.

In this case, there will be nothing to complain about. Our extended family was comfortable staying in this villa. Everything is completely consistent with the description. The location is in a quiet location in the complex of the same Sun Tropical Village villas. Security with a barrier around the perimeter, video cameras and more. Il bracciolo del divano nella stanza è crollato, ma nel complesso era comunque ok. Ho prenotato una stanza a prezzi scontati, quindi non avevo esigenze così elevate. Non ho chiesto di cambiare stanza quando ho visto la stanza all'angolo della villa. Se sono più di 2.000, la vista qui non vale comunque la pena. Il ristorante ha un sapore mediocre. Non ordinate il maiale brasato. Sembra delizioso nella foto. Non ha un sapore molto buono. Ma la colazione è piuttosto deliziosa. Ci sono troppi coreani.

I enjoyed my time in Mövenpick hotel. Beautiful territory, amazing beach and clean seawater. I like chicken liver on breakfast and coffee which they made was good. Also was nice to have some yoga classes at morning, really gave more power for the day. But also I want to mention some disadvantages which I hope management can change in future. The place for bread in the breakfast didn’t have towel for carting bread, so if guests wanted to cut bread they used there hands to touch the bread!!!! It’s totally not normal for any hotel, and can bring more bacteria!!!!! Moreover I think should add salmon for breakfast. Kitchen makes Benedict eggs only with bacon , and no choice for people who doesn’t eat pork. Was a kinda sad about that. We was living in the second building, to go to beach need to wait for the car and something need to spend 5-10 min on waiting, could be nice to manage it better to not make guest wait for a long time. In conclusion, I would like to come back again but to the first building not second building!

Vinpearl Wonderworld Phu Quoc, una famiglia, ha una splendida esperienza, ha offerto un alloggio in stile villa, un'atmosfera molto tranquilla, rilassante, perfetta per viaggiare con i bambini. Il resort è ben paesaggiato con un sacco di verdure, grandi piscine e facile accesso a una spiaggia privata pulita. Un grande vantaggio è la posizione – VinWonders, Safari e Grand World sono tutti vicini, con autobus convenienti. Il personale è stato amichevole e utile, e l'ambiente generale si è sentito sicuro, comodo e ben organizzato. Molto raccomandato per le famiglie che cercano un soggiorno tranquillo ma divertente in un resort a Phu Quoc.
