The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. It is not surprising that suddenly reconstruction and equipment for a new tourist facility (hotel, shop, restaurant, etc.) can begin in neighboring buildings, but we must pay tribute to the fact that the silence regime is still observed. This is Saturday and Sunday, a complete ban, repairs are possible only from 8:00 to 11:00 from 13:00 to 17:00. HL Melody in the neighboring block is completing reconstruction for its own apartments, that is, it is expanding its offer. It is said that everything will be finished by March 2026. But I repeat, it's everywhere on the island and on Khem in particular. If you think that hotels such as La Grotta, All Sand, Paralia, ANN and others of this class of hotels will be better, then you are mistaken. Construction and reconstruction are going on everywhere. Unlike these hotels, the location of HL is much better, far from the noise of the crowd of vacationers, the noise of passing cars and bikes. Khem Beach is a 10-minute slow walk away. The windows of rooms 101, 201, 301, and so on overlook the rainforest. At night, we turned off the air conditioner and slept with the windows open in complete silence. In the morning, we were only bothered by the roosters of the neighboring village and the forest birds. Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something. HL Melody service: very good. The Ngoan concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect. Rooms: new and clean. Cleaning was carried out every day. Towels are changed every day. The linen is all snow-white and dry. Please note that there is an error in the description of one of the rooms. There is only one kitchen for self-catering and breakfast on the ground floor. In the lobby there is a stove, refrigerator, dishes, professional coffee machine, water, drinks, Two bicycles in free use. Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes. There's an elevator in the hotel, but you can't hear it at all. In general, the sound insulation is good. We recommend this hotel. The price is fair and affordable, and the service corresponds to the hotel class. I repeat that the problems of reconstruction are a problem of Phu Quoc in any new location of tourist clusters - Marina, SunSetTown, Khem, and etc.

I had an amazing stay at Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort! The resort is beautiful, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was one of my favorite parts—it was spacious, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind. What made my stay even more special was the thoughtful surprise on my birthday. The team left a delicious birthday cake in my room, which was such a wonderful and unexpected gesture. It truly made my day and showed how much they care about their guests. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality and for making my birthday so memorable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phu Quoc, and I look forward to staying here again!

Si è presa tutto il tempo necessario per rispondere a tutte le nostre domande e si è assicurata che tutte le nostre richieste fossero soddisfatte. La sua energia positiva e il suo eccellente inglese hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Durante il nostro soggiorno, all'inizio abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il servizio in camera: abbiamo provato a ordinare tramite l'app, poi il telefono non ha funzionato e in qualche modo abbiamo ordinato due volte. Ma ancora una volta, il servizio è stato eccezionale: Robert, il direttore, si è preso personalmente cura della situazione, ci ha mostrato come usare correttamente l'app e si è assicurato che il problema con il telefono fosse risolto immediatamente. È stato gestito rapidamente, professionalmente e con un grande sorriso: davvero impressionante! Abbiamo festeggiato il nostro anniversario di matrimonio al Radisson Blu e, sinceramente, è stato come un sogno che si avverava. L'intero resort è pulitissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli e tutto funziona alla perfezione. La colazione a buffet è eccellente, con un'ampia scelta, e la spiaggia è pulitissima e dotata di numerosi e comodi lettini. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il comodo servizio navetta per raggiungere la struttura. Il Radisson Blu Phu Quoc unisce il lusso a un'atmosfera calda e familiare. Ci si sente accolti, apprezzati e coccolati in ogni momento. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel a chiunque, che si tratti di un'occasione speciale o semplicemente di rilassarsi e ricaricarsi. Прекрасное тихо, уютное и очень зелёное место. Встретили, привезли до виллы. Все было чисто, красиво, уютно. Есть нюансы, количество открытых спален зависит от количества заявленных людей. Это странно. Просто уточняйте этот момент. Белье роскошное, полотенца свежие. Вид шикарный. Тишина вокруг. Пожалуйста, покупайте новые губки для посуды для новых жильцов. Я думаю Вам это не накладно, а впечатление будет лучше

La camera era impeccabile, spaziosa e confortevole. Il punto debole, però, è che avevo prenotato una camera con piscina... ma la piscina era praticamente inutilizzabile. L'acqua arrivava a malapena alle ginocchia, buona giusto per rinfrescarsi i piedi, impossibile nuotarci. Mi sono sentito piuttosto deluso, dato che avevo scelto questa camera proprio per la piscina! In compenso, l'ambiente generale dell'hotel era gradevole. La spiaggia privata non era affollata, forse perché faceva un po' freddo, e di conseguenza non c'erano molte persone in acqua.

Notti consecutive per una persona a partire da domenica 17 marzo 2024. È da un po' che mi interessa l'isola di Phu Quoc e, dato che a marzo avevo un giorno libero, ho deciso di andarci. Dato che amo la cucina coreana, ho scelto Korea Air, che ha voli diretti da Incheon, così ho potuto trascorrere una notte in Corea. Sono arrivato a Phu Quoc intorno alle 20:00, quindi ho inviato un'e-mail in anticipo per richiedere di essere prelevato in hotel. Dato che l'altro gruppo diverso da me non sarebbe venuto, abbiamo effettuato un trasferimento privato. A proposito, al ritorno mi hanno portato all'aeroporto, ma ero l'unico sull'autobus di medie dimensioni (lol). *Credo che ci vogliano circa 15 minuti dall'aeroporto all'hotel. Il check-in è stato gestito educatamente da un giovane membro dello staff maschile (abbiamo comunicato tra loro in un inglese semplice). Mi è stato offerto un drink di benvenuto, ma volevo entrare presto nella mia stanza, quindi sono andato direttamente in camera mia. La stanza era una bella stanza che non sembrava un uomo sulla cinquantina (lol). Era una stanza con vista sulla città, ma potevo rilassarmi. È famoso per i suoi splendidi tramonti, quindi ci siamo presi del tempo per goderci il tramonto dalla piscina. La piscina era piccola, ma mi piaceva perché sembrava [IL resort]. C'è una spiaggia privata di fronte alla piscina, ma ci sono molte zone rocciose quindi non penso che sia adatta per nuotare. La colazione era meravigliosa. C'erano anche una stazione di uova e una di noodle, e abbiamo mangiato molte cose diverse ed erano deliziose. *Il pane potrebbe essere normale. Anche il mercato notturno è raggiungibile a piedi, quindi ho fatto una passeggiata dopo aver visto il tramonto. *C'è anche un famoso negozio Banh Mi nelle vicinanze. Era così delizioso che l'ho comprato due giorni di seguito. L'isola stessa è tranquilla. A Ho Chi Minh, anche solo attraversare la strada può essere pericoloso per la vita (lol), ma qui è perfettamente sicuro. Questa volta mi è piaciuto l'hotel e i suoi dintorni, quindi la prossima volta mi piacerebbe fare un po' più di visite turistiche sull'isola. Anche se è un hotel a 4 stelle, è stato pulito anche se avevo impostato su ”nessuna pulizia richiesta” (quando mi sono messo il costume da bagno, ho visto i miei pantaloni di 50 anni sul letto [vergogna]), e la chiave della mia camera (carta) è stata lasciata incustodita. Ci sono stati momenti in cui la mia chiave ha smesso improvvisamente di funzionare e l'autobus che mi ha portato all'aeroporto non è arrivato all'orario specificato, ma immagino che sia [qualità asiatica]... (lol) Nel complesso è stato un hotel soddisfacente. grazie per l'aiuto.

State in Ocean faccende suite per 3 notti. Grande camera, super bella vista sull'oceano, spazioso balcone. Hotel fornisce aeroporto gratuito pick-up, noleggio biciclette, servizi di bug e spa ecc. La più impressionata è la piscina infinita e la swing frontale della spiaggia. Così rilassante! Puoi semplicemente scansionare il codice QR per ordinare buone bevande e bevande in piscina o in spiaggia e godere del sole lì. Vorrei tornare con la famiglia e provare il resort con piscina la prossima volta. Spero che il servizio del personale possa essere più coerente.

I enjoyed my time in Mövenpick hotel. Beautiful territory, amazing beach and clean seawater. I like chicken liver on breakfast and coffee which they made was good. Also was nice to have some yoga classes at morning, really gave more power for the day. But also I want to mention some disadvantages which I hope management can change in future. The place for bread in the breakfast didn’t have towel for carting bread, so if guests wanted to cut bread they used there hands to touch the bread!!!! It’s totally not normal for any hotel, and can bring more bacteria!!!!! Moreover I think should add salmon for breakfast. Kitchen makes Benedict eggs only with bacon , and no choice for people who doesn’t eat pork. Was a kinda sad about that. We was living in the second building, to go to beach need to wait for the car and something need to spend 5-10 min on waiting, could be nice to manage it better to not make guest wait for a long time. In conclusion, I would like to come back again but to the first building not second building!

Da tutte le mie viaggi, questo hotel è uno dei migliori, e parlo esattamente della nostra stanza. Assicurati di avere la stanza con la vista del fuoco perché è magico. Prova anche il Sakurakyo Spa e avrai il massimo del tuo senso di vacanza. La prossima cosa è trovare il ristorante Sakurakyo per godere della sushi, provare la mango, Philadelphia e California. Il salmone è delizioso. Il personale è molto amichevole e bello.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 2 notti in gruppo di 13 (inclusi i bambini), e la gestione e il servizio clienti complessivi sono stati profondamente deludenti. 🚗 Trasferimento aeroportuale Chaos & Safety concerns Nessuna scusa: abbiamo prenotato e confermato il pick-up dell'aeroporto una settimana prima via email e abbiamo fornito il nostro contatto WhatsApp. Quando siamo arrivati, nessuno era là, e nessun messaggio è stato inviato. Quando abbiamo chiamato l'hotel, hanno sostenuto di aver già preso un altro gruppo con lo stesso nome e il numero di volo. 15–20 minuti di ritardo: siamo stati lasciati in attesa all'aeroporto fino all'arrivo di un pilota di sostituzione. Trasporti insicuro e convulsionato: nonostante sapesse che eravamo un gruppo di 13 con bagagli, hanno mandato un unico veicolo 16-seater senza spazio per i bagagli. Il bagaglio si è concluso prendendo posti passeggeri, costringendo diversi bambini a sedersi sui braccia degli adulti durante la guida. 🏠 Errore nella gestione dei trasferimenti in camera Promessa rotta: abbiamo prenotato due tipi di camera diverse per le nostre due notti. Quando arrivato, il ricevitore ci ha assicurato che non avremmo bisogno di controllare dopo una notte e potremmo rimanere nella nostra prima villa fino a quando la prossima stanza non era pronta. 15-minute evizione: A circa il tempo di check-out standard, il personale improvvisamente si è ritirato e chiese di lasciare la villa immediatamente, dando a un gruppo di 13 persone solo 15 minuti per imballare e muoversi. 💡 Verdict Poco comunicazione, caos organizzativo, e una totale mancanza di considerazione per la sicurezza e il comfort degli ospiti. Se viaggiate come famiglia o grande gruppo, essere preparati per malcomunicazioni e gravi fallimenti di servizio.
