We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

This was truly one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in China. The moment you arrive, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. They did a superb job showing me around the floor and where all the key spots were. The room was spacious and beds are comfortable. I’m grateful for the soft towel they provided. I loved the location, which was near the Line 1 metro and a 10 minute walk to the Yingtanmien Gate (must see at nightfall). I also loved the study/quiet room which a bonus in the hostel. Everything went smoothly during my 3 night stay. The washing room was easy to use and very affordable. It was fun to see their movie and karaoke night. I highly recommend this place!

Mi e la mia ragazza sono state date gratis caffè, un cocktail gratuito ciascuno, e gratis frutta/cucumber. Il BBQ era grande. Potrei darle una valutazione 11/10.Più di 5 stelle.Ho viaggiato in Cina quasi 3 mesi.Nessun altro hotel ha avuto servizio clienti come questo. Spero di avere la possibilità di visitare di nuovo qualche volta.

All in all we are quite satisfied with our short stay. We haven't used any of the hotel amenities like swimming pool or restaurant, so it's impossible to comment upon them. However, we'd like to say thank you to the stuff that is available any time. It turned out that one faucet didn't work properly and we only found it out at around 11 p.m. We called service number and the problem was solved within 10 minutes. One more pleasant thing is the pillow menu) The beds are generally very comfortable (unlike in many other Chinese hotels), but you still can choose an orthopedic pillow to your liking. That was very nice! Location is good (around 15 min to the mountain park entrance and to the bus station). Unfortunately, we are not very happy with the view. (It was a mountain view room). Yes, we saw a pagoda and the mountains, but also the construction site right below our windows. Workes started their day at around 7 a.m., which was clearly heard in our room. In addition, there's some soft music constantly playing in the corridor. Definitely not for those who are sensitive to extra sounds.

Enjoy the stay in this hotel as the hotel staffs are friendly, helpful and provide excellent services. Our room face the park and it is beautiful. Hotel breakfast is excellent with great variety of choices. I will surely come back to this hotel again.

È stato un bel soggiorno in hotel. Il proprietario e il personale sono persone ospitali, hanno aiutato ad acquistare i biglietti per lo spettacolo e a ordinare il taxi. Capiscono l'inglese. Kaifeng was the first city we visited in China some time ago, and we come back from time to time because it is a very special place for us. This time we stayed at this hotel, and it is clean, spacious, with friendly and attentive service. We really enjoyed our stay and will most likely come back here next time. The only thing that could be improved to make it truly perfect is the breakfast buffet. No one seems to be in charge of closing the lids of the trays, so the food is cold when you take it. Aside from that, everything was excellent.
