Se non siete in camera, il maggiordomo ve li porterà in camera con il vostro consenso. La colazione al mattino è a buffet. Sebbene non ci siano molte varietà, è buona e deliziosa. Ci vogliono 2 minuti per raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana A1 di Luoyi Ancient City. Uscire e camminare a sinistra per 15 minuti per raggiungere Cross Street Lijing Gate e così via. L'hotel è tranquillo e confortevole. Se guidi in auto, puoi raggiungere lo Shenzhou Eye Hospital, parcheggiare l'auto davanti alla porta e poi camminare per 1-2 minuti attraverso la piccola strada fino all'hotel.

We had the absolute best time here! The hosts were incredibly kind and made sure we felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was always delicious — and vegetarian, which was a huge plus for my husband since he doesn’t eat meat. Before our trip, I had asked if they could help me arrange a small birthday surprise for my husband, and they went above and beyond. They got us the cutest cake, and it made the day extra special — we were so touched. The room was spacious, spotless, and had plenty of storage, so it never felt cluttered. We also appreciated the room service and bottled water, which made everything even more comfortable. The room was so spacious we were able to practice yoga in the room at the same time! The location couldn’t be better — just a one-minute walk to the geopark bus stop and ticket office, and equally close to snack street and local shops. Truly perfect! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This lovely family really goes the extra mile to care for their guests. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know! Thank you so much for everything!

All in all we are quite satisfied with our short stay. We haven't used any of the hotel amenities like swimming pool or restaurant, so it's impossible to comment upon them. However, we'd like to say thank you to the stuff that is available any time. It turned out that one faucet didn't work properly and we only found it out at around 11 p.m. We called service number and the problem was solved within 10 minutes. One more pleasant thing is the pillow menu) The beds are generally very comfortable (unlike in many other Chinese hotels), but you still can choose an orthopedic pillow to your liking. That was very nice! Location is good (around 15 min to the mountain park entrance and to the bus station). Unfortunately, we are not very happy with the view. (It was a mountain view room). Yes, we saw a pagoda and the mountains, but also the construction site right below our windows. Workes started their day at around 7 a.m., which was clearly heard in our room. In addition, there's some soft music constantly playing in the corridor. Definitely not for those who are sensitive to extra sounds.

La stanza è molto spaziosa con finestra massima e grandi finestre anche veranda. La vista sulla montagna dalla finestra è magnifica! . La colazione è semplice ma deliziosa e mi piace. La stanza è pulita, ma per la posizione sulla strada principale è un po' polvere, quindi non darò 10 per il rating. Rimarrò qui se vengo in futuro alla zona di Mount Song.

Kaifeng was the first city we visited in China some time ago, and we come back from time to time because it is a very special place for us. This time we stayed at this hotel, and it is clean, spacious, with friendly and attentive service. We really enjoyed our stay and will most likely come back here next time. The only thing that could be improved to make it truly perfect is the breakfast buffet. No one seems to be in charge of closing the lids of the trays, so the food is cold when you take it. Aside from that, everything was excellent.

I absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. If you can believe it I think it might have been the highlight of our trip so far. We were picked up at the station by a car, and taken to the hotel. On arrival Feng Yi, the bellboy provided us with warm towels and tea whilst we checked in. We were on the 17th floor, facing the peony plaza. The room was spacious, and with water, tea, fruit and even bags of candies, as a personalised note welcoming us. Then as if it could get any more lovely at night we were provided with yogurt and Li tang before bed. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse. My only point to note, and this is really something we have noticed on this trip to China, is that very few staff, including the desk staff speak English. Luckily, I was able to communicate through wechat and voice translator. That said, I speak some Mandarin so that also helped. But the staff we attentive, kind, welcoming, warm and it was thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time in Luoyang.
