Cina: hotel con bar nella provincia di Henan

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Servizi: Nuovissimo ed eccellente, con piscina, centro fitness e ristorante. L'arredamento è elegante e autentico, una vera esperienza Marriott a cinque stelle. Ringrazio il personale della reception e del centralino per la loro ospitalità e disponibilità a soddisfare tutte le mie richieste e domande. Sarebbe ancora meglio se avessero un'area di asciugatura self-service.

Molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, ma bisogna cambiare per la metro, quindi consiglio di prendere un taxi o l'autobus. L'ascensore va direttamente al 7° piano. Il check-in è puntuale alle 14:00 e vengono forniti spazzolini monouso. Il letto è molto morbido e comodo, anche se il letto inferiore è un po' basso. Il tergivetro del lavandino funziona benissimo. Ci sono sia il WC all'occidentale che quello alla turca, e il WC all'occidentale ha una copertura monouso. Suggerirei solo di sostituire il cestino del bagno con uno senza coperchio, perché quello con il coperchio è troppo scomodo.

El acceso es un poco extraño, ya que entras por un bar/tienda y subes al primer piso, pero la ubicación para visitar esta maravillosa ciudad es inmejorable. La habitación está limpia y tiene un buen tamaño, dispones de agua embotellada accesible 24h y el personal es muy amable y atento, como en casi toda China, ¡son adorables! La cama es muy cómoda y no es nada ruidosa. Una gran opción para visitar Luoyang (ciudad imperdible).

Il miglior hotel che io abbia soggiornato in Cina. Se stai visitando yuntaishan, ti prego, scegliere questo hotel non la rimpiangerai. Mi e la mia ragazza sono state date gratis caffè, un cocktail gratuito ciascuno, e gratis frutta/cucumber. Il BBQ era grande. Potrei darle una valutazione 11/10.Più di 5 stelle.Ho viaggiato in Cina quasi 3 mesi.Nessun altro hotel ha avuto servizio clienti come questo. Spero di avere la possibilità di visitare di nuovo qualche volta.

All in all we are quite satisfied with our short stay. We haven't used any of the hotel amenities like swimming pool or restaurant, so it's impossible to comment upon them. However, we'd like to say thank you to the stuff that is available any time. It turned out that one faucet didn't work properly and we only found it out at around 11 p.m. We called service number and the problem was solved within 10 minutes. One more pleasant thing is the pillow menu) The beds are generally very comfortable (unlike in many other Chinese hotels), but you still can choose an orthopedic pillow to your liking. That was very nice! Location is good (around 15 min to the mountain park entrance and to the bus station). Unfortunately, we are not very happy with the view. (It was a mountain view room). Yes, we saw a pagoda and the mountains, but also the construction site right below our windows. Workes started their day at around 7 a.m., which was clearly heard in our room. In addition, there's some soft music constantly playing in the corridor. Definitely not for those who are sensitive to extra sounds.

È stato un bel soggiorno in hotel. Il proprietario e il personale sono persone ospitali, hanno aiutato ad acquistare i biglietti per lo spettacolo e a ordinare il taxi. Capiscono l'inglese. La posizione del posto è buona, vicino alla montagna, così ti sveglierai e ascolterai i cinguettii degli uccelli e godrai della vista montuosa. Le camere erano pulite, il bagno aveva abbastanza articoli da toeletta.

Kaifeng was the first city we visited in China some time ago, and we come back from time to time because it is a very special place for us. This time we stayed at this hotel, and it is clean, spacious, with friendly and attentive service. We really enjoyed our stay and will most likely come back here next time. The only thing that could be improved to make it truly perfect is the breakfast buffet. No one seems to be in charge of closing the lids of the trays, so the food is cold when you take it. Aside from that, everything was excellent.

Un'ottima esperienza di alloggio👍🏻La camera è pulita e ordinata, la vista dalla terrazza è stupenda👍🏻Anche il cortile è confortevole e l'ascensore è necessario solo quando si viaggia con gli anziani👍🏻Gli anziani sono molto soddisfatti della locanda nel complesso! La signora alla reception e la signora alla terrazza sono molto gentili. Le patatine fritte e il mojito sono fantastici👍🏻Starò di nuovo con noi quando andrò a Luoyang.

Hotel e servizio eccellenti. Han Pei Pei è stato molto disponibile nell'organizzare il trasporto in auto privata per la stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità e nell'indicarci come raggiungere il Giardino Nazionale delle Peonie. La colazione dell'hotel è un ricco buffet con 6 diversi tipi di tè. Per quanto riguarda la frutta, offrono frutto del drago, fragole, melone e molti altri.
