Canada: hotel con bar nella provincia di Québec

La camera assegnataci al secondo piano era rumorosa e si affacciava sul cortile interno, senza alcuna vista. Abbiamo subito chiesto di cambiarla e il direttore dell'hotel ci ha offerto gratuitamente un upgrade a una camera executive d'angolo all'ultimo piano. La vista era decisamente migliore! 👍 La camera era pulita, il letto era abbastanza grande da ospitare quattro adulti senza problemi e il bagno era stato appena ristrutturato e pulito. Tuttavia, l'edificio è piuttosto vecchio, quindi non possiamo essere troppo esigenti su altri aspetti! Il parcheggio costa 40 dollari canadesi al giorno e c'è un servizio di parcheggio dedicato!

Il servizio è stato davvero meraviglioso il personale era caldo, attento, e ha reso l'intera permanenza senza difficoltà e rilassante. Il piccolo negozio all'interno dell'hotel è anche un bel bonus bellissimo curato con oggetti locali di qualità, perfetto per i souvenir o piccoli trattamenti.

Il soggiorno è stato incredibile. I punti di miglioramento sono la preparazione della bottiglia d'acqua e di articoli sanitari come la spalla, la pasta dentale e gli slip per la stanza. Il luogo era pulito e confortevole.

First time staying here and I'll definitely be back. Big comfortable rooms, super friendly staff and a really convenient location. The decor is a little dated but that shouldn't sway your opinion as it's in good condition and spotlessly clean. I was given my room as soon as it was available (around noon), which was appreciated after arriving on a red eye flight.

Questo è un hotel più comodo di quanto immagino. Il personale è molto amichevole e la stanza dell'hotel è molto pulita.Considerato che il colazione è gratuito, penso che sia un prezzo molto ragionevole. Ma quando ho usato il fango, l'acqua calda non usciva, l'ultima era l'acqua (due giorni).Sono un po'delusionato perché vivo molto freddo. Ma in generale, penso che sia un ottimo hotel.

Il tipo della FD che ci ha controllati era molto carino. Era molto utile che quando abbiamo notato che non abbiamo una caldaia in camera, è andato al nostro piano e ci ha portato una nuova. L’unico lato inferiore era la pulizia della stanza, i capelli erano trovati accanto alla finestra e la copertura del duvet era un po’ di colore. Ma nel complesso ci è piaciuto il soggiorno. :)

Samesun Montreal is hands-down my go-to hostel in the city. Every stay has been consistently great — welcoming staff, a fun atmosphere, and a layout that makes it easy to meet other travelers. The rooms and common areas are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the vibe is exactly what you want in a hostel: social but still relaxed enough to get a good night’s sleep. Whether I’m visiting Montreal for a quick trip or a longer stay, Samesun is always my first choice. Highly recommended!

Servizio amichevole. Prendici cura di noi. La nostra stanza era molto pulita. Il servizio clienti era di prima vista. La posizione è anche conveniente - vicino alla Place Bell e oltre dal bus e metro. Sicuramente ritornerò. Grazie!

A single issue can significantly detract from the overall experience, overshadowing the hotel's positive attributes, such as its location and the city's appeal. The room's cleanliness did not meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment. Despite presumed cleaning efforts, the room exhibited persistent uncleanliness. Evidence of this is readily apparent; for example, personal items left on surfaces, such as an iPad, mobile device, or dark-colored clothing, quickly accumulated dust or grime. Photographic evidence further substantiates this claim. Upon departure after a two-night stay, we attempted to address this concern with the reception. However, instead of offering an apology, the staff questioned our delay in reporting the issue and offered a complimentary coffee as compensation. How funny.

Whilst the rooms are of a good size and the beds comfortable, the rooms need a lot of updating. The blinds did not fit the windows properly therefore letting in a lot of light at night, the safe did not work, the iron board leg had snapped leaving a sharp burr at one end and the toilet was not fixed properly to the wall. And because there are staff strikes ongoing, reception is regularly left unattended.  In the plus side, the restaurant in the lobby (which is not run by the hotel) is very good!
