Canada: hotel con bar nella provincia di Québec

Friendly service.  Took good care of us.  Our room was very clean.  Customer service was top notch.  Location is convenient as well - next to Place Bell and across from the bus and metro.  Would definitely return.  Thank you!

The guy at the FD who checked us in was very nice. He was very helpful that when we noticed we don’t have a kettle in room, he went up to our floor and got us a new one. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. Hair was found beside the window and the duvet cover was a bit stained. But overall we enjoyed the stay. :)

A single issue can significantly detract from the overall experience, overshadowing the hotel's positive attributes, such as its location and the city's appeal. The room's cleanliness did not meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment. Despite presumed cleaning efforts, the room exhibited persistent uncleanliness. Evidence of this is readily apparent; for example, personal items left on surfaces, such as an iPad, mobile device, or dark-colored clothing, quickly accumulated dust or grime. Photographic evidence further substantiates this claim. Upon departure after a two-night stay, we attempted to address this concern with the reception. However, instead of offering an apology, the staff questioned our delay in reporting the issue and offered a complimentary coffee as compensation. How funny.

La posizione è molto buona. Ero molto tardi quel giorno, quindi la mia stanza era sul bordo del frigorifero. Mi sento molto stupefacente a dormire, perché senza una stanza supplementare ho speso i soldi per aggiornare altri tipi di camera. Il tipo di camera di base è ancora molto piccolo, ma se la spalla è dormire non importa, Inoltre, ci vuole un trappolo e un po' di acqua calda per chiedere alla reception

Well located, near the old Quebec area, service was good, and food at the restaurant was great

Ci siamo ripresi meravigliosamente dopo un lungo volo. L'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto. Il servizio è eccellente. Tutti quelli con cui abbiamo parlato alla reception sono stati cordiali, accoglienti e disponibili. Sebbene inizialmente avessimo programmato di fermarci solo un giorno per riposarci e poi proseguire il nostro viaggio per Ottawa, abbiamo prolungato la permanenza di un altro giorno perché ci è piaciuto molto lo spazio. La colazione era molto buona. Non c'erano posti dove mangiare raggiungibili a piedi, ma nella hall offrono alcuni piatti adatti al microonde. La piscina era ben tenuta e pulita, ma troppo piccola per fare qualche vasca. Il nostro viaggio in treno per Ottawa era in tarda serata, quindi dopo il check-out ci siamo rilassati nella hall con i bagagli e abbiamo lavorato un po' sui nostri computer portatili, apprezzando la disponibilità di tutti.

The location was great as it was close to Notre Dame Cathedral and just a short walk to the bus stop for the airport. It was also only 5 seconds away from Chinatown, so finding a late-night meal was never an issue. However, the hotel itself was very outdated, and the room assigned to me had a small window, making the space feel dark and a bit claustrophobic. I accidentally left my AirPods in the room after checking out, and at first, they couldn’t be found. Thankfully, the lobby staff were very helpful, and the housekeeper eventually returned it to me. thanks to the kind security and lobby staff for their assistance!

L'hotel è bello e il personale è grande, è in una posizione fantastica e alcune camere hanno una bella vista come quella che abbiamo avuto fortuna di ottenere. La prima volta che ci siamo fermati, abbiamo usato il valletto, che erano grandi, ma abbiamo finito di parcheggiare lungo la strada nel parcheggio multistrada per il resto dei giorni, mentre il valletto è intorno $45+tax e il punta così funziona molto costoso. Abbiamo trovato un posto molto bello intorno all'angolo per colazione anche chiamato L’Antiquaire Buffet, hanno un fantastico colazione e molto buono, bellissimo staff! L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica e facilmente camminabile a molte viste e ristoranti grandi.

Staff was very nice and efficient. Check in and out went quickly.Rooms are clean bed and pillows were comfortable. Well located right beside highway to go to Québec city. From our room window we could see the highway but didn't hear it inside the room. The complimentary breakfast was delicious alot of variety ( scrambled eggs sausages cereal fruit etc.). They also cater to dietary restrictions. It was alot more than you're typical 1 toaster and dried muffins and bananas you get at other places. Will be going again when back in th area.
