Australia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Queensland

We couldn’t fault the point hotel. The staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful even at busy times like New Years. The rooms are clean, well equipped and very comfortable and the roof top bar and restaurant were lovely. We will absolutely stay again. The only feedback I’d mention is the toiletries provided (soap/ hand wash and shampoo/conditioner combined were pretty average and not what was pictured in the advertisement. Otherwise this was an incredible stay.

Ho soggiornato qui perché era vicino all'aeroporto, ma ho trovato l'hotel molto confortevole e il servizio ottimo.

Darei un solido 9,5/10 a questo ostello. Tutto è fantastico, il personale è fantastico, molto cordiale e accogliente, ogni giorno c'è un evento ed è sempre gentile, la posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi da tutti i punti principali della città e molto vicino ai trasporti pubblici (fermata degli autobus Greyhound e stazione ferroviaria per l'aeroporto). Anche gli ospiti sono fantastici e questo è un ostello molto socievole, ma fortunatamente non un posto per fare festa. Perfetto per fare nuove amicizie ma anche per dormire bene in un posto tranquillo. I bagni nelle camere sono un po' vecchi e la pulizia non è eccellente, ma comunque buona. Altamente consigliato se volete trascorrere un bel soggiorno a Brisbane in un ottimo ostello sociale.

Booking online with Trip was simple. The Dorsett have clean rooms and staff are lovely, plus it's attached to the Gold Coast ******. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel is equipped for people with disabilities or use a wheelchair. This includes self opening and closing doors, shower and toilet set up with aids that can be pulled out to accommodate needs and there are wheelchair touch buttons for opening the door. I showered before going out and it flooded the bathroom, luckily there were 2 infloor drains. Within 2 mins or asking for maintenance they had a lovely young man up to fix it, then another minute later housekeeping arrived with fresh towels. The maintenance man also gave me a good rundown and recommendations on the restaurant's at the ******. 2 negatives - 1st, it is hard to work out where to park as you use the ****** parking, the carpark directs you where to go but there is no clear signage on where the hotel lifts are. I only knew this from a past visit over 2yrs ago. This is something that needs sorting out. 2nd, the entrance address for the hotel foyer is actually on the ****** entry side, so you drive around looking for it. I now know that instead of turning off onto The Darling Ave, as gps instructed, you take the slip road before The Darling Ave exit. This takes you past the residential tower and to the front of the hotel

Great location and secure no need at ease breakfast is yum coffee is hot can sit back and relax and enjoy the weekend and they have it covered the rest of your stay . Thanks guys 10/10 Best part I loved was the balcony room 1502 pretty sure because this is right in the 0ath of fresh air . And room service quick and affordable.

It was great stay. Clean room, quiet, peaceful ambiance plus the beach itself. Professional staff. In short we love it ❤️

Bella vista, bella posizione, distanza a piedi da crociera al porto e al centro della città. Spero che un giorno possa rimanere di nuovo

Dopo aver letto le recensioni molto miste, abbiamo proceduto e ne abbiamo prenotato. La posizione era bella, le visione respirose, gli animali adorabili, ma quando si è arrivato a spendere tempo, non c'era molto da fare. Siamo arrivati in una navetta più tardi, quindi sapevamo che non avremmo avuto molto tempo per goderci il sole dopo l'arrivo, ma a causa di una miscela, i bagagli sono andati per un'ora per farci perdere ogni possibilità di entrare nella piscina mentre era caldo fuori. Dopo, siamo andati a cena. Ci sono solo 2 ristoranti disponibili, e senza fare una prenotazione prima della mano, è un po' difficile andare quando vuoi. Il cibo era ok, ma costoso come si aspetta da un posto come questo. Una volta terminata la cena, il divertimento serale (Alice in Wonderland screening) era già in corso e abbiamo trovato nulla da fare alle 9:00. La notte presto per noi. Il giorno successivo abbiamo pianificato un giorno di snorkelling, di alimentazione di strisciatori e di kayaking. Apprezziamo l'attrezzatura di snorkeling gratuita, nonché le chiare istruzioni e raccomandazioni di sicurezza del guardiano di vita. L'esperienza di mangiare Ray era sorprendente e era chiaro che il personale sapeva di cosa parlavano e che erano affettuosi per gli animali. Tuttavia, i caiacchi e altri sport acquatici sono stati cancellati a causa dei venti alti, lasciandoci ancora una volta senza nulla da fare. Prima cena (un momento molto divertente con i wallabie che cercano di rubare il nostro cibo e di essere super cuddly), una passeggiata intorno alla spiaggia, un film nella stanza e letto presto. Quindi, in tutto, bella posizione con grandi esperienze meteo consentite, assicuratevi di portare qualche intrattenimento se l'acqua è troppo fredda per nuotare nella piscina o il tempo diventa amareggiato. Forse un libro o qualche gioco di tavolo? Inoltre: se si desidera cibo alla fine della sera, assicurarsi di portare qualche snack, poiché c'è una selezione limitata.

Really lovely hotel, it was a little out from Airlie beach centre but the shuttle bus was perfect and not very expensive! The only thing was it wasn’t always that frequent but this is not the hotels fault! It was a great stay, really friendly staff and clean throughout.

AMAZING location! Right in the center of everything: food, events, fine dining, river bank, beautiful gardens - very convenient to get around from here. Cool style, old-school colonial building. A few rough patches that could use a face-lift, but can defo still feel the wealth and power behind the design. Really comfy beds that you just melt into. Great AC and wifi. Beautiful marble and colonial style. Very helpful staff with lots of ideas and recommendations. Thank you, loved the stay
