Overall: 4/5 stars – Great stay with amazing views, though some areas could improve.

I recently stayed at Wake Up! Sydney and had a great experience overall. The hostel is conveniently located right across from Central Station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The location is perfect whether you’re exploring the city on foot or using public transport. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and they were always available to answer questions or give recommendations. I stayed in a [insert your room type – e.g. 6-bed mixed dorm/private room], and it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Each bed had its own power outlet and reading light, and the lockers provided were secure and spacious. The bathrooms were regularly cleaned and always stocked. One of my favorite things was the social atmosphere. There were plenty of events going on, and the common areas made it easy to meet other travelers. The Side Bar downstairs was lively and a great place to grab a drink or join the nightly events. I also appreciated the on-site café – perfect for grabbing a quick coffee or breakfast before heading out. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Wake Up! Sydney to any traveler looking for a vibrant, clean, and well-located place to stay in Sydney.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure Parramatta. The location is super handy—close to everything I wanted to see and do. My room was comfy and clean, which made winding down after a long day easy. The pool was a nice bonus, and the food at the hotel was tasty. Everyone on staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. All in all, a great spot to stay if you’re visiting Parramatta. I’d definitely come back!

Ho detto al personale dell'hotel W il mese scorso che sarei tornato e qui sono io! Questa volta ho prenotato una stanza di vista della città invece della vista del porto. Adoro ancora l'atmosfera, bello e tranquillo. Hanno accolto la mia richiesta, così grato. La stanza è davvero tesa e pulita. Grazie, W Hotel. Sarei sicuramente tornato!

I really enjoyed my stay! We were able to check in early for an additional $50 AUD, and we were also granted a room upgrade! We had a wonderful view of the Harbour Bridge, Sydney Opera House, and the city. The hotel is at the center of everything, making most attractions a 15-20 minute walk away. If walking isn’t your jam, there are also several bus stops nearby that can take you where you want to go.

Maxime, the front desk staff was friendly and  helpful. Recognise me again when we met at the lift the next day. Helpful to advise to deduct the payment from the deposit for the buffet breakfast on the second night, so facilitate me to do express checkout, email me receipt so that it is also environmental friendly and saving time to catch the next morning flight.  Facilities are ok with pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna (though small pool and close at 8 pm) while gym 7/24 good and many equipment.  room with good view of the opera house.  Breakfast was good with fresh orange juice and many varieties like Parma ham

Rooms were clean. Bed was average. Bathroom had a strong smell of bleach. Service by owner was very friendly.

Ho prenotato questo hotel per rilassarmi dopo aver viaggiato ”in tutto il mondo” e arrivato a Hawaii e per cercare di evitare il ritardo dei jet. L'hotel è stato il migliore che abbiamo soggiornato per 4 settimane durante il viaggio all'estero. È stato un piacere vedere la spaziosa camera e il bagno per poter rilassarsi e godere mentre vicino all'aeroporto per il nostro volo a casa il giorno successivo. La colazione era fantastica, e non preoccuparsi di chiamare un taxi era anche grande, perché hanno una navetta per un piccolo costo per portarti all'aeroporto che era a 10 minuti di distanza.

Viaggi d'affari e familiari. Viviamo nella parte occidentale di Sydney e abbiamo deciso di passare una serata fuori in città con qualche famiglia. Il mio partner lavora in città, quindi la posizione dell'hotel è comoda per l'ufficio e tutti gli altri negozi e ristoranti principali. Praticamente tutto a portata di mano. La nostra camera era pronta entro le 12 di sera, quindi io e mia figlia abbiamo potuto fare il check-in, il che era utile per poter lasciare i bagagli. Per noi è stata la prima volta in assoluto ad avere un minibar gratuito rifornito con le bevande che ci piacciono, quindi ne abbiamo approfittato appieno! È stata una bella sorpresa, grazie Grace Hotel! Abbiamo prenotato una camera con 2 letti matrimoniali in modo da poterli unire in modo da avere un letto grande da condividere con il piccolo che dorme in mezzo a noi. Semplicemente più facile che usare una culla. Direi che è più a suo agio. Se fossimo rimasti più a lungo avremmo utilizzato gli accappatoi, le pantofole e la sala da pranzo. Non è la prima volta che soggiorniamo al Grace e sicuramente non sarà l'ultima. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel! 👌 ⭐️👌⭐️👌

Our room did have very basic tea & coffee but no biscuits or snacks. We dined at Restaurant 2640 and the Main meal which was a prawn and bug pasta was extremely disappointing. Prawns tasted either on verge of being off or had been washed/soaked in tap water. Dessert was also a sickly sweet disappointment . Menu prices were set at a rate where expectations are of a good food quality so this experience was very disappointing.
