The hotel is located conveniently at Ave Paulista with a nice restaurant next door. I tried to order room service on my first night but my call to the restaurant was hung up and when I asked the reception for help they didn’t bother to help and transferred me to the restaurant where I got hung up all because they don’t understand English. If it is just a stay then it’s ok, don’t even try ordering room service. The chairs in the room are stained. Lighting is insufficient in the room. Breakfast was good with a wide selection.

As a parent travelling with my 4-month-old, I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities provided by the hotel. They provided a cot for my baby, which was not only of excellent size but also incredibly comfortable. It's always a relief to find accommodations that cater to the needs of families and Sleep in Guarulhos exceeded my expectations in this regard. Of course, one of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered an impressive array of options to suit every palate. From continental favourites to hearty breakfast dishes, there was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Overall, my experience at Sleep in Guarulhos booked through Trip.com was nothing short of excellent. From the exemplary customer service at the reception to the comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfast options, every aspect of my stay was memorable and enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers looking for a wonderful experience in São Paulo.

very pleasure experience with Allure Moema Apartment. I am here for the Sao Paulo Expo, and THIS APARTMENT HOTEL IS AMAZING. First, the location is very great, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, you can easily shop within 5 minutes of walking to a very big shopping mall. Second, the room and hotel are super professional. they have a gym and working zone that can quietly work inside. and all hotel are very clean and no noise during my trip. Third, I love the staff here. and they are sooo patient and soooo nice. If I can back to Sao Paulo again, I definitely will choose this hotel again. At first, as foreigners, we don't have local currency to pay the bill and they are willing to give us time and solutions to solve the problems. And, unfortunately, my backpack was stolen in a restaurant and I lost all my belongings. They were very concerned about my condition and comforted me thoughtfully. They even helped the kind people find my passport and help me return to my country as soon as possible. I am so grateful I chose this hotel and I am so grateful that I met all these great people in Sao Paulo. Definitely, a Great choice if you want to visit Sao Paulo Expo!

Perfetto posto, personale molto bello, buona sicurezza. Ma tutti questi appartengono all'appartamento, non alla gestione dell'hotel. Nessun servizio in camera. Nessuna tovagliola, pulire la camera, ho chiesto un cappello extra per molti giorni, ma nessun risultato. Anche se è un posto pulito e grande.Se vuoi prenderti cura del tuo personale, è un buon posto per restare.

La posizione è molto buona. Ci vuole 15-30 minuti per la maggior parte dei punti di vista. La stanza era pulita, ma era un po' piccola. Il personale era amichevole e gentile. Poiché non è così vicino alla Avenida Paulista, è molto più tranquillo di altri hotel. There’s a drug store about 5 minutes from the hotel and Le Pain Quotidien is 7-minute walk (if you’re looking for a place to have brunch).
