Austria: hotel con bar nella provincia di Burgenland

The place is nice. Well located, walk-in distance from the outlet centre. The staff is nice and the views from the room are nice. The design of the place is business style, looks nice but very simple. The breakfast is also very good and with large variety of food, replenished constantly. I didn't get the chance to see the fitness room but it seemed to be special, as it is located on the top floor with and amazing view. The room is spacious and clean and the bathroom is nicely designed. I recommend this hotel.

My family (me, my wife and our lovely 11 months old baby daughter) visited the hotel restaurant for the first and the last time on Sunday 30.10.2022 to enjoy a lunch and time together. We knew that the hotel was totaly new and we expected there at least a good and tasty food. Unfortunately the new hotel's restaurant on the ground floor next to the lobby needed only one thing. Hospitality! Nobody noticed us after entering the restaurant and we had to ask waiters for their attention. When we sat down at the table we heard the complain from one woman sitting behind us with her friend (they were the only other guests in the restaurant apart from us) that her pasta sauce was extremely salty and with hair in it! The waiter appologized her and she changed her order to Caesar salad. Based on her experience and very limited Sunday menu we ordered two Caesar salads. We waited 45 minutes and that was really weird because only 3 eating guests were in that time in the restaurant (the older lady behind us, me and my wife). The artifical lemon taste in our ordered water was terrible but that was nit the highlight. When the waiter came after long waiting he brought only the one salad for me and my wife! I still do not understand how this sutuation could happen in 4* hotel because immediately after our order I asked the waiter one more time to make BOTH salads with chicken and not vegetarian. During the time we waited for salads the other three couples came to the restaurant but nobody from waiters paid attention to them so they left. One other pair eas special becouse they asked waiters about possibility to sit down next to the window and the waiters left them wait 5 minutes for ”Sorry it is no possible” answer. The problem I currently see in this hotel restaurant is missing hospitality hand in hand with open eyes and ears. If the restaurant cannot handle 3 ”eating” (the older lady behind us, me and my wife) guests and a few questions it will be even bigger dissaster with higher number of guests. Me and my wife left the restaurant without paying (we drank half of the water only) and eating - we didn't touch the salad. We complained to the waiter that we wouldn't wait for other portion other 45 minutes. During leaving we were hungry and we heard the waiters discussiun wheter they shiuld have forced us to pay us for water or not.

Volevo davvero dare più stelle perché mi piace davvero il concetto e l'hotel in generale, ma c'è un aspetto importante che non ho mai vissuto in un hotel in tutto il mondo prima e penso sia necessario essere consapevoli prima di prenotare questo hotel. Ho preso mio figlio per una notte per il suo terzo compleanno. L'hotel stesso è nuovo, splendidamente progettato e ben decorato. Ti fa sentire come sei su un'isola. Tutto il personale è giovane e motivato. Tutti noi interagiamo con erano molto amichevoli. La piscina è deliziosa, anche se troppo fredda (anche in luglio), poiché la posizione è molto ventosa. Come ho detto prima di dettagliare, tutti dovrebbero essere consapevoli e ciò che è molto strano è che si può utilizzare la piscina all'hotel solo fino a quando non si verifica il tempo del giorno di partenza, che è 11:00. Mi hanno detto che possiamo usarla fino alle 4:00 per un onere aggiuntivo. Non l'ho mai mai visto in nessun hotel.

NICHT EMPFOHLEN, KOSTET MEHR ALS EIN VIER STERNE HOTEL AUCH WENN ES KEINS IST  Schlechte Familienpolitik für eine dreiköpfige Familie, Ehefrau, Ehemann und achtzehnjähriger Sohn, zwei nicht miteinander verbundene Zimmer für drei Personen am Wochenende 608,70 € inklusive Garage (9 Euro) und ohne Frühstück, wir sind auch am Sonntag und am Montag geblieben, damit meine behinderte Mutter nicht das Hotel wechseln musste, zum Preis von 411,00 Euro inklusive Garage (9 Euro) und wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, mussten jedoch bei der Buchung 8 Euro mehr für die zweite Nacht zahlen auch wenn uns an der Rezeption mitgeteilt wurde das die Zimmer den gleichen Preis für die beiden Nächte hatte.Leider haben wir zu spät erfahren, dass es in der Nähe ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel liegt, das anscheinend immer günstigere Preise als IBIS Styles hat und im Preis sind auch  Frühstücksbuffet, Sauna, Infrarotkabine und Fitnessraum inbegriffen. Im IBIS Styles kostet das Frühstück nur 17,00 Euro pro Person. Es ist ziemlich lächerlich, wenn man schon für vier Nächte 1.020,00 Euro bezahlt hat, dass man der Rezeption auch mitteilen muss, dass das eigene Zimmer täglich gereinigt werden soll, das führt dazu, dass wir im Zimmer in einer Ecke eine Spinnwebe und Barthaare (nicht unsere) in den Gläsern im Badezimmer gefunden, zusätzlich fehlt ein Kleiderschrank, ein Bidet und eine Duschtür und auch ein Kleiderschrank. Wir hatten auch Probleme mit den Karten, um die Garage zu öffnen und um Hotel betreten zu können. 

Very spacious room. High ceiling. Huge bedroom with boxspring Bed. Separate room for toilet and shower. Excellent breakfast buffet with fruit salat, veggies. Müsli. Also glutenfreie. Joghurt. We got fresh made ham and eggs 🥚. Very attentive and friendly personnel.

Habe das Hotel seh kurzfristig gebucht und war positiv überrascht über das über aus freundliche Personal. Die drei Damen an der Rezeption waren wirklich sehr sehr nett und freundlich. Wir dürften dann ein sehr tolles vier Gänge Menü am Abend genießen und auch hier waren wir von der über aus freundliche Bedienung überrascht und sehr zufrieden. Sehr gute Küche, tolles Frühstücksbüffet, herrliche Aussicht vom Wintergarten Der Wellnessbereich ist klein aber fein mit tollen sauberen Saunen. Lediglich das Wasser im Pool könnte für mich etwas wärmer sein! Ich würde der Hotelleitung empfehlen über einen Outdoor Whirlpool nachzudenken, dann wären nasch Leute wie ich glücklich wenn es dort richtig warmes Wasser gäbe … Platz wäre ja genug auf der Terrasse oder weiter links im Grünen Auch dass das Hotel ein ausgesprochenes Hundehotel ist freut mich sehr, meine Lilly wird sich über einen neuerlichen Besuch im Hotel sehr freuen, den ich sicher machen werde.
