Very comfortable apartment for an overnight stay in the desert. It had everything we needed. Tje kingsize bed was so comfortable and had even a washing machine for our laundry! Water pressure was awesome!!! Great shower. We highly recommend anyone travelling through this amazing city to book a room with them. They even offered us a free upgrade!. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Il mio soggiorno presso Benzrt Serviced Apartments è stato eccellente e molto confortevole. Una speciale gratitudine alla receptionista è stata estremamente utile, amichevole, e ha superato e oltre durante il mio soggiorno. In generale, una grande esperienza e io consiglio molto questo posto!

The place is acceptable but there is one annoying Sudanese worker, he is not cooperating well and hard to understand the guests. The Saudi managers are amazing. We liked the quietness. The bed is not very much comfortable. We wish they improve and we would give a it another chance.

The hotel reception needs more training and more authority to deal with customers. He couldn't print out my receipt and asked for permission from his manager, which he received on the next day!! Also they couldn't find my booking through trip.com.
