Im afraid to write all this because this place because when we want to go back here, it will get too busy. We travelled with a baby and the hotel provided a high chair and crib which made a huge difference for us. They even upgraded our room. The staff is very responsive and would respond to my queries prior to arriving. They would help me with any questions at the front desk. Bernardo, Joal, and Claudio were excellent help. They had great recommendations for tourist things to do that met the needs of our family. The hotel and apartment were immaculately clean and staff were so friendly and thorough. We enjoyed the continental breakfast everyday. Some people complained in previous reviews its the same items each day but we found there was a new item each day. I also appreciated the consistency because I knew what to eat the next morning. The woman who does the breakfast has a wonderful spread. The fruit, coffee, eggs and everything were fantastic.

Beautiful apartment with ocean view! Sat out on the lanai in the eve listening to the waves! Just lovely! We only stayed one night and wish we could have stayed longer! Ana was so friendly and provided a video ahead of time with clear instructions on how to get into the unit as we were arriving later in the eve. She was very welcoming and also gave me info on what to see in our short stay on the island. We will be back! Thank you Ana

Una camera e una sala hanno 40-50 piazza di metri quadrati, ci sono cucina.La caldaia elettrica, la microonde e il frigorifero dovrebbero essere interi.Abbiamo comprato una pizzeria di verdura al supermercato, abbiamo iniziato da soli, e il gusto è più adatto di un ristorante esterno.L'hotel offre colazione e buona qualità. La stanza è dotata di un sistema audio blu dente, una finestra elettrica e molti punti di vendita.Noi noleggiamo autovetture in passato, il garage sotterraneo dell'hotel è parcheggiato gratuitamente.Un soggiorno molto soddisfatto.

Customer service is excellent. Responded quickly to inquiry and very helpful. We had a unit downstairs with a small private garden. Bed felt as if we were in 5 star hotel. Very satisfied with this accomodation.

Come ogni volta che vengo qui, sono molto ben accolta sia dai receptionisti che dalle signore della zona di pulizia che sono sempre pronte ad aiutare. Tutto l'appartamento impeccabile, con odore e pulizia molto piacevole.

E' particolarmente buono.

像開盲盒一樣，沒有想到這家酒店位置這個麼好，門口1佰多米就是幾公里的海岸線，非常漂亮，有幾個觀景台，看了山看了湖，再看了海，真是完美的旅程！昨天早上十點左右到店，前台接待非常優秀，在看了有房的情況下，提早幫我們辦理入住。還介紹了酒店的設施。酒店的設施很好，有土耳其按摩浴池，乾濕桑拿房。房間也足夠大，開放式廚房的設備齊全，陽台面向大海，說真的，這是我們這一趟旅程最满意的酒店，值得推薦及5星的評價。

Abbiamo affittato l'appartamento per un soggiorno. L'appartamento era molto ben attrezzato con frigorifero/congelatore, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, cucina, ... L'appartamento era grande e aveva una piccola terrazza. Prezzo/prestazione è stato eccellente. Inoltre c'è un super ristorante (giapponese) vicino (5mn a piedi).
