We recently stayed at this hotel for a staycation, and I was very satisfied with my experience. The area was very clean and well-maintained, which made the atmosphere comfortable and relaxing. The staff were very accommodating and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The service was smooth, and everything I needed was provided promptly. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with great service when they want to Go to Boracay also a walking distance at the beach.

Prima volta a Citadines Iloilo. La stanza stessa era spaziosa e confortevole, e la posizione è di alto livello nel cuore della città centrale di Ililoilo. Non mi aspettavo una vista fantastica, perché ho prenotato una stanza a basso prezzo, ma la luce naturale è un comfort fondamentale. Purtroppo, non potevo nemmeno aprire le mie tende perché la gente fuori, dalla piscina, poteva vedere direttamente nella mia stanza. 4.E la parte peggiore: mentre mi riposavo, un altro ospite mi apriva la stanza con la loro carta chiave. Il personale del Front Desk deve ancora essere addestrato per gestire correttamente le richieste degli ospiti e garantire la sicurezza della stanza soprattutto la sicurezza. Dovrebbe un ospite davvero dover pregare l'hotel non è pieno solo per evitare queste questioni? Nonostante tutto, sono disposto a dare loro un altro tentativo. The place was good. However, accomodation wise, it was stressful. The owner of the unit did not provide us the room number so the front desk personnel had to scour all sources to find the right unit. It was not organized properly and owner did not communicate prior to our arrival. We had to get the keys from a locked mailbox. So imagine the hassle and difficulty of reaching out those keys and keycard which were not inside the pouch. It was stressful. The first thing that greeted us upon entering the unit is a broken mirror on the table, incorrect wifi password and complicated door locks. We had to ask the receptionists downstairs for the owner's contact number so that we can have a wifi access. Lastly, we hate it that the pool is only open from 6am-9pm. I mean, can't you make it accessible until 11pm at least for some guests prefer to swim late in the night. Overall, it was an okay experience. Will come back but will not rent tge same unit because the owner is irresponsible and inconsiderate. We wanted to de stress but checking in was not smooth sailing given the fact that it was expensive but paid beforehand. P.S. Please tell the owner to be give extra care to the guests and not be a burden.

Great quiet isolated location, away from the buzzy stations of Boracay. Breakfast options were very limited, understandable for a small apartment. The pictures were accurate, what you see is what you get. However there was no hot water in the unit. We stayed there for three days and the hot water was only ”turned on” on our last day.

Il servizio è abbastanza buono ma non si può collegare il loro WiFi in avanti quando si arriva al luogo, le strutture sono buone, la stanza è buona, ma sotto la cucina si immerge l'acqua è influsso, Anche gli utensili sono molto vecchie, soprattutto il riscaldatore d'acqua per fare acqua calda per il caffè non funziona, il cuoco di riso è molto vecchio.

Ottima soluzione nel centro di Boracay! Il posto è davvero vicino alla spiaggia e alla strada principale. Ci servivano due cuscini ”più sottili” perché quelli iniziali erano davvero grandi per dormire e ce li hanno portati subito. Acqua calda e frigorifero disponibili. L'aria condizionata funziona correttamente. L'unico aspetto negativo è il letto, che non è un vero letto e non è il massimo se si soggiorna per più notti. :/ Anche la luce naturale è scarsa, il che non è un grosso problema.

The receptionists are really nice and kind. They even helped me with transportation. Price is okay. The room is comfortable and clean. Hot water always available. The wifi is stable. Location is from beach area, and you have to ride e-trike to go there, or the mall. But overall, great stay. Value for money!

From booking to check-in, throughout our stay, and all the way to checkout—everything was seamless. It was by far the smoothest booking experience we’ve ever had. But the real highlight was the place itself: packed with amenities and thoughtful extra touches that made us feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel, yet at a very affordable price. We’ve officially found our go-to spot whenever we have an event. Kudos to the owners for such an outstanding experience!

The staff was very accommodating! Our family trip was made more enjoyable because we got to use the kitchen and other amenities. Whatever we needed, the staff would provide us with these things. The rooms were also very cozy and the location at Station 2 was great! We were able to explore all other stations, D-Mall which was right in front, and Balabag Beach. Grateful to Caleo Station 2 for the wonderful experience ＜3
