Il frigorifero è molto piccolo, non c'è attrezzature da cucinare, la superficie è molto piccola, ho prenotato sulla prima foto della pubblicità, ho viaggiato a luna di miele, e ho scoperto che c'era una stanza molto piccola, e la risposta postale è molto lenta. Ho chiesto a 9:45 se posso ritirare un po' tardi, 10:25 prima di rispondere non può superare 10:30, Non l'ho visto, e poi mi ho chiesto di ritardare il costo di partenza di 40🔪 (in seguito perché la macchina della carta di credito è rotta, non ha pagato il successo).In realtà, un po'di disegno non è conforme alla falsa pubblicità, prenotazione.

Il check-in era smooth. La camera era grande ma il letto avrebbe potuto essere più grande. Il parcheggio è gratuito ma con riserva di disponibilità. C'è un parcheggio pubblico vicino all'hotel in caso di assunzione di tutti i posti. Circa 10$ per notte

Really nice looking room and a very good price performance ratio. And you even get a complimentary drink. Room was nice and warm upon arrival. I didnt really understand the self checkin for a second, cause i didnt know the rooms were directly at the parkinglot, where the whiteboards and the name are written. Really easy and useful for a fast checkin and checkout. I would stay there again.

Very nice, new, clean and modern units with underfloor heating, HVAC, etc. staff is friendly and there are apparently communal services which I didn’t visit. It is in an industrial estate so I’m not sure how the noise levels will be during the week. The rooms are new so hopefully well insulated.

La stanza era pulita e il letto era comodo.
Short su sacchetti di tè e la luce esterna rimane tutta la notte che ha bisogno di una luce sensoriale o una cortina nera fuori sulla porta
Il sedile del bagno è libero ma tutto è stato pulito il personale di servizio fa un lavoro fantastico grazie

Front desk staff was friendly, but they closed at 4 PM and that made it a little difficult. The rooms are cleaned, but the bathrooms could use a little more Cleaning.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The place was super clean, which is always a big plus. It’s in a great location – easy to get to nearby sights and attractions without much hassle. Having parking available made things even more convenient, especially since we were driving around a lot. One of the best parts was the view from the room – absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. Overall, it was a super comfortable and hassle-free experience. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area. Great spot for a relaxed and easy trip.

This apartment is so clean and comfy, with a great kitchenette available. Also, nice outdoor dining table with excellent Mountainview. The good location to reach supermarket about 5 mins drive.

##MoonIt was a excellent Hotel with good location and excellent lakeview. Its breakfast was very good and services of restaurant were very good. It also had a very large carpark for the free parking for the customer. The overall CP was very high.

UUtente ospitebooked by my partner but not checked at check in so I paid for breakfast when the booking included it. Awaiting a refund after pointing it out later. Room was really clean and comfy. Bathroom really nice. Weird smell in the hallway. TV useless. Reception dodgy and after 10 minutes lost all signal. Could hear the neighbours talking at normal volume through the wall so I guess they could hear us too. Not great when they got up early. Breakfast disappointing. Assumed buffet but cooked option only from three choices and was pretty average. No refill option. Not worth $39 that's for sure Asked for sugar for coffee and were told there was no sugar. Great for cereal selection.... Eventually they found some in the kitchen. The bread wasn't fresh for the toaster. Not much fruit selection. Continental choices well below expectation for over $300 a night. Much better places with much better breakfast for less money in Queenstown. Have stayed at numerous hotels here and wouldn't stay again. Room was really comfortable though.

NNicholas 511I'd say the lake view with ”The Remarkable” backgroundfrom the room is definitely worth the money. Staff are generally friendly but the cleanliness and wear&tear has quite some room for improvement in order to claim themselves a 5-star hotel. Overall, I'm pleased with the stay, the location is considered convenient if you drive as it's only takes 5 minutes drive to downtown.

Il tempo che abbiamo visitato (may) significava che era un po' troppo freddo per uscire sul balcone per troppo tempo, ma le viste che ci piacevano dalla finestra erano magnifiche.
Quando la prima arrivava, la signora era molto gentile e utile.
Abbiamo chiesto un letto doppio e avevano ricevuto due letti singoli, e lei ha contattato rapidamente le signore della casa e si sono mosse molto gentilemente per aiutare a correggere la situazione.
Il personale di custodia era bello e piacevole, e la posizione era giusta per uscire e visitare alcune delle attrazioni locali come il parco avicolo Kiwi.
Il grande plus per stare nei appartamenti di alta vista era di avere un parcheggio. Quando si visita la città delle regine scoprirà presto che in alcuni luoghi trovare un parcheggio è come polvere d'oro.

VVivienneI am not happy with the type of beds in the apar**ent. The booking clearly stated that it was one king size with 2 single beds but I found out the apar**ent arranged 2 double beds instead. The next day I called the front desk and he told me because I didn’t requested for 2 single beds so 2 double beds were arranged. When I checked out I showed my booking photos to the staff and he told me I sent an email to them and specifically requested to have a double bed instead of 2 singles. I have never requested for that and I was very upset with these responses. Could trip.com investigate what has been gone wrong in my booking? Thank you.

MMichael V.We were in the“Seabreaze“ apt, which was very clean and had the exact great views over the beach as described. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our breakfast. While it was cold outside, the heating inside kept us warm and cozy. Parking in the garage underneath, or right beside the building for a larger car. Important to mention the Italian restaurant just 100m away at the corner, which is our absolute favourite when coming to Dunedin! We highly recommend staying at the Esplanade Apartments and will book again in the future.
