The room was very spacious and offered a nice view, which was a highlight of the stay. Free parking was also convenient for guests travelling by car. However, the property feels quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations, with some areas not as well maintained as they should be. Another downside was the shower pressure, which was very weak and made showering less enjoyable. The hotel is within walking distance of Queenstown City Centre, but the walk is a bit longer than expected, especially when returning uphill.

booked by my partner but not checked at check in so I paid for breakfast when the booking included it. Awaiting a refund after pointing it out later. Room was really clean and comfy. Bathroom really nice. Weird smell in the hallway. TV useless. Reception dodgy and after 10 minutes lost all signal. Could hear the neighbours talking at normal volume through the wall so I guess they could hear us too. Not great when they got up early. Breakfast disappointing. Assumed buffet but cooked option only from three choices and was pretty average. No refill option. Not worth $39 that's for sure Asked for sugar for coffee and were told there was no sugar. Great for cereal selection.... Eventually they found some in the kitchen. The bread wasn't fresh for the toaster. Not much fruit selection. Continental choices well below expectation for over $300 a night. Much better places with much better breakfast for less money in Queenstown. Have stayed at numerous hotels here and wouldn't stay again. Room was really comfortable though.

Really nice looking room and a very good price performance ratio. And you even get a complimentary drink. Room was nice and warm upon arrival. I didnt really understand the self checkin for a second, cause i didnt know the rooms were directly at the parkinglot, where the whiteboards and the name are written. Really easy and useful for a fast checkin and checkout. I would stay there again.

I'd say the lake view with ”The Remarkable” backgroundfrom the room is definitely worth the money. Staff are generally friendly but the cleanliness and wear&tear has quite some room for improvement in order to claim themselves a 5-star hotel. Overall, I'm pleased with the stay, the location is considered convenient if you drive as it's only takes 5 minutes drive to downtown.

Andarono sul balcone e ci incontrammo con queste splendide viste. Il tempo che abbiamo visitato (may) significava che era un po' troppo freddo per uscire sul balcone per troppo tempo, ma le viste che ci piacevano dalla finestra erano magnifiche. Quando la prima arrivava, la signora era molto gentile e utile. Abbiamo chiesto un letto doppio e avevano ricevuto due letti singoli, e lei ha contattato rapidamente le signore della casa e si sono mosse molto gentilemente per aiutare a correggere la situazione. Il personale di custodia era bello e piacevole, e la posizione era giusta per uscire e visitare alcune delle attrazioni locali come il parco avicolo Kiwi. Il grande plus per stare nei appartamenti di alta vista era di avere un parcheggio. Quando si visita la città delle regine scoprirà presto che in alcuni luoghi trovare un parcheggio è come polvere d'oro.

This accommodation is absolutely amazing! Even in winter, I can enjoy the hot springs, and it also has a gym, sauna, and swimming pool. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Very clean and comfortable, and having a washing machine in the room is convenient. If your room faces the Remarkables, the view is, well, remarkable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the center of Queenstown.

Abbiamo soggiornato al motel di Abba Court per due notti e abbiamo goduto del nostro tempo lì, la stanza ha tutte le attrezzature necessarie (spazzature elettriche, riscaldamento, doccia calda, cucina completamente attrezzata), insieme al parcheggio vicino alla porta. Il motel è stato convenientemente situato con due supermercati (FreshChoice e McKibbon’s) lungo la strada e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dai negozi al centro della città. Anche l'auto-incheck è stato conveniente, dal momento che siamo arrivati tardi, grazie alle istruzioni dettagliate di Lyndon!

We were in the“Seabreaze“ apt, which was very clean and had the exact great views over the beach as described. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our breakfast. While it was cold outside, the heating inside kept us warm and cozy. Parking in the garage underneath, or right beside the building for a larger car. Important to mention the Italian restaurant just 100m away at the corner, which is our absolute favourite when coming to Dunedin! We highly recommend staying at the Esplanade Apartments and will book again in the future.

AMO questo alloggio!  Si trovava in una posizione molto grande, a piedi da un caffè vicino e il ristorante Hilton - che era sorprendente per le bevande al sole che guardavano il magnifico lago e le montagne coperte di neve.  Era abbastanza vicino alla bustina di Queenstown, ma abbastanza lontano da rilassarsi e godere dell'ambiente.  L'ospite è stato amichevole e accogliente e ha fornito informazioni molto utili che hanno aiutato il nostro soggiorno.  Auto - auto pagata parcheggio a piedi. Altre opzioni alimentari nell'area immediata erano limitate, ma abbiamo fornito cibo facilmente. Grazie!
