Il nostro viaggio a Bromo e Ijen è iniziato da Surabaya. Ascott ha una posizione fantastica accanto al centro commerciale Pakuwan, e la gente è molto amichevole durante il check-in e il check-out, e durante il nostro soggiorno, sono stati molto utili a fornire tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno.
L'appartamento di servizio è spazioso e pulito. Grazie per il piacevole soggiorno.

My wife and I, had an absolutely wonderful stay at Oakwood Hotel & Residence Surabaya. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared.
The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, perfect for a couple’s getaway. We especially loved the cozy ambiance and comfortable bed, which made it hard to leave the room! The facilities were excellent, and having the residence-style amenities made our stay even more convenient and relaxing.
The staff truly made the experience memorable. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel valued and well taken care of.
Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and elegant, deal for couples looking to unwind.
We left with beautiful memories and will definitely return on our next trip to Surabaya. Highly recommended for couples seeking comfort, privacy, and top-notch service. 💛

UUtente ospiteIl controllo in procedura non era efficace e ci ha chiesto di aspettare per diverse ore per un membro del team di venire a controllare noi. L'ufficio ha continuato a mettere il telefono perché non parlavano inglese, ma non avrebbe anche WhatsApp per organizzare il controllo. Una signora sul desk front per l'hotel ha assistito alla traduzione. Una volta controllato tutto era buono. Anche lo sportello è buono. Deposito di 200k, tornato al check out.

NNurahL'appartamento è piccolo e indossato. Il vetro al muro della cucina si rompe. Il bagno è sporco anche. È necessario ristrutturare e fare qualche pittura. Il balcone è troppo piccolo e sporco. La posizione è molto buona, anche se è collegata al supermercato pakuwon.

LLini tjuper letto è così sporco e anche il tovagliolo , e la bagno non pulisce , bagno non ha plastica, la posizione è buona , in centro commerciale e così facile da trovare alcuni cibi carini, servizio non è necessario, inutile.
