Questa era la mia prima volta che ero a Ascott Surabaya, e l'esperienza non mi ricordava molto; quando sono arrivato prima, i servizi di sicurezza non erano proattivi nel carico del mio bagaglio dal taxi. In secondo luogo, la struttura del lobby non è stata particolarmente impressionante a mio parere, ma il personale era piuttosto amichevole e spiegava bene le strutture dell'hotel. La camera era decente e in buone condizioni. L’apparecchiatura era completa, e la microonde, la lavatrice e il asciugamano tutto funzionava bene. La camera era pulita, anche se credo che potesse essere ridisegnata per guardare più moderna. Il processo di check-out è andato bene, ma ancora una volta il personale di sicurezza era deluso, e lui si è fermato lì senza offrire alcun aiuto per caricare il mio bagaglio nel taxi. A quel tempo, portavo una valigia grande e una piccola, così l'assistenza sarebbe stata molto apprezzata, che dovrebbe far parte della responsabilità di un personale di sicurezza, soprattutto per un hotel a cinque stelle. Per la posizione, il centro commerciale di Pakuwon (PTC) si trova proprio davanti all'hotel, rendendo molto conveniente visitare il centro commerciale di Pakuwon, il più grande centro commerciale in Indonesia. Per me, rimanere qui una volta è sufficiente. Per qualche motivo, non mi sono sentito molto conforto, soprattutto per un hotel a cinque stelle, e l'atteggiamento del personale di sicurezza è stato molto deludente.

What a great place to stay to be honest with you all. I used to stay here with my family for staycation, this place is really giving us a good vibe! It's totally clean and the location is very good!!! There are a lot of shopping malls nearby too

1. Friendly service 2. Apartment, rooms are big n spacious, with balcony, nice master bedroom with tv, 3. Good amenities but towels are old, overused 4. Complimentary water n snacks 👍🏻 5. Hot/cold water dispenser in the apartment 👍🏻 6. Lamp plug wire was exposed 7. Cupboards/shelves were cracked/broken 8. Stained- scissors, towel, stool, sink, bathroom tiles 9. Trail of ants found in the bathroom but service staff came promptly to clean it 10. Kitchen area has a musty smell - maybe due to poor ventilation 11. Bathroom door handle cover was loose 12. Water flow was slow

Hotel nya bersih. Tapi pintu kamar mandinya agak rusak. Sulit di buka. Receptionistnya ramah tapi ga stay 24jam.

1. The bathroom wasn't ready for use; some of the tiles were loose, making it look dirty, including the bathroom floor. 2. When we turned on the faucet, a strong odor came from the drain or water pipe. 3. The blanket was too small, only suitable for one person. 4. The balcony door was difficult to push open; a sliding door would have been recommended to make the small balcony usable, even though it housed the AC unit. Otherwise, the room was good, and the location is highly recommended.

Ok for overnight, nothing flash very small, has a kitchen owner gives the impression they're much better than everyone else, was judgemental of my husband's look, told me to tell security that I own the apartment so obviously not supposed to rent nightly. Bed was comfortable and suited our needs for stop over, right in the shopping mall which includes Pizza Hut, supermarket, and much more on several levels.

La stanza è enorme! Ha una camera da letto con un divano e un tavolo da pranzo. Tutto funziona bene e così pulito. Il personale è anche molto gentile e informativo. Se qualcosa deve essere migliorato è il bagno, uno dei due bagni ha solo una cortina e non piena al pavimento, quindi l'acqua si spruzza ovunque quando si fa la doccia. In generale questo è un hotel molto bello, ritornerà la prossima volta se vado a Surabaya. Grazie.

Lovely staff, genuinely friendly and helpful. Very professional. Amazing breakfast, especially at weekends they have Superior breakfast, and it really is. I had stir fried beef, chicken and prawns, special local juices, traditional foods, plus the usual buffet. Wonderful pool and gym. Children's play area. A well thought out facility.

L'appartamento è piccolo e indossato. Il vetro al muro della cucina si rompe. Il bagno è sporco anche. È necessario ristrutturare e fare qualche pittura. Il balcone è troppo piccolo e sporco. La posizione è molto buona, anche se è collegata al supermercato pakuwon.
