Great property with ideal location opposite the expansive mall. Room was well appointed and with a comfortable and quiet ambiance. Pool options are lovely with some nice areas to stroll around. Reception staff were hospitable.

My wife and I, had an absolutely wonderful stay at Oakwood Hotel & Residence Surabaya. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, perfect for a couple’s getaway. We especially loved the cozy ambiance and comfortable bed, which made it hard to leave the room! The facilities were excellent, and having the residence-style amenities made our stay even more convenient and relaxing. The staff truly made the experience memorable. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel valued and well taken care of. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and elegant, deal for couples looking to unwind. We left with beautiful memories and will definitely return on our next trip to Surabaya. Highly recommended for couples seeking comfort, privacy, and top-notch service. 💛

Trail of ants found in the bathroom but service staff came promptly to clean it 10. Kitchen area has a musty smell - maybe due to poor ventilation 11. Bathroom door handle cover was loose 12. Water flow was slow

Oltre l'aspettativa 👍 Facilities, ok. Prezzo a prezzi accessibili. Posizione strategica. Servizio ok. Visualizza dalla stanza è buono. (Foto allegato)  Solo per i servizi di ingresso, accanto agli ospiti possono essere presentati al parcheggio sul pavimento brp. Quindi c'era un momento difficile quando sono uscito la sera e presto la mattina, perché la nostra auto era parcheggiata al P1 . Grazie, sì, restiamo la prossima volta.

È sorprendente, molto comodo, grande, buona dimensione, con divisione doppia pavimento.La camera in alto è anche prova sonora, non poteva ascoltare il suono dall'esterno quando la stanza è chiusa

Il controllo in procedura non era efficace e ci ha chiesto di aspettare per diverse ore per un membro del team di venire a controllare noi. L'ufficio ha continuato a mettere il telefono perché non parlavano inglese, ma non avrebbe anche WhatsApp per organizzare il controllo. Una signora sul desk front per l'hotel ha assistito alla traduzione. Una volta controllato tutto era buono. Anche lo sportello è buono. Deposito di 200k, tornato al check out.

My evaluation of the overall evaluation is quite good. One thing that might be improved is related to its facilities, such as consistent maintenance in the room and access to the lift before entering the room. For current circumstances, I will give 8.5 out of 10 as a result.

L'appartamento è piccolo e indossato. Il vetro al muro della cucina si rompe. Il bagno è sporco anche. È necessario ristrutturare e fare qualche pittura. Il balcone è troppo piccolo e sporco. La posizione è molto buona, anche se è collegata al supermercato pakuwon.
