Had a fantastic stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest. I chose this hotel because it’s perfectly located between Heraklion city center and the airport. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the airport, ideal for a late-night or early-morning flight, and it’s right next to two bus stops with direct connections to the center. I booked this hotel last minute and had great communication with the staff beforehand about the possibility of a double bed. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and it turned out to be one of the best rooms I stayed in during my three-month trip! The room was split over two levels, with the bed upstairs and a clean bathroom, workspace, sofa, and even a small terrace downstairs where you can relax. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The service was also wonderful: the woman at reception was really kind, and even when I checked out in the middle of the night, the staff member on duty was friendly and welcoming too. Thank you!

Oggi sono tornato a casa dopo aver passato una settimana straordinaria in questo hotel a famiglia, e posso dirvi che è stata una delle migliori vacanze che abbia mai avuto, piena di persone carine e di grandi condizioni meteorologiche greche. L'hotel è molto convenientemente situato, si dispone di molti negozi e ristoranti vicino. Lidl è a piedi solo 5-7 min. Nelle vicinanze dell'hotel c'era un grande negozio di caffè- Muoversi. Il centro di Chania si trova vicino all'hotel, con una fermata di autobus che vi porterà a una bella passeggiata e a una deliziosa cena. Ogni giorno le ragazze si assicuravano che la nostra stanza fosse pulita e che abbiamo nuovi asciugamani, e facevano composizione piuttosto impressionante da fiori e asciugamani 😁 Il manager dell'hotel era estremamente amichevole e sempre affrontato in modo efficace le richieste che avevamo .La colazione era deliziosa e il nostro soggiorno era estremamente piacevole. Visitare questo hotel per sentire l'ospitalità greca sorprendente.

Really enjoyed my stay at Porta suits. I have Booked it last minute in front of the airport at my arrival haha! Special thanks to the receptionist, what a friendly woman! Had lots of conversations and she was the best. The room was superb!! Really stylish, modern and warm. The jacuzzi top notch👌🏻. The bed is super comfortable and wow what a big kitchen with washingmachine, dishwasher and oven. Everything you need is here. The city center Minas cathedral spot is very near, less than 10 minute walk.if you don’t like walking, you can also take a bus. The bus stop is nearby and only costs 1,20 euros. It takes you to the big busstation at the port or you go out earlier.  Again, perfect stay! Will definitely come back with my family! Thank you again for the great service!

Grande luogo, posizione e proprietari. Gli appartamenti sono ristrutturati e ben attrezzati. Ci sono due piscine e bar con grande buono. I proprietari sono fantastici dandovi benvenuto e mantenere molto confortevole durante l'intera permanenza. Le appartamenti sono molto vicine alla vecchia città e zona commerciale.

Abbiamo prenotato l'Hotel per 3 notti.L'Hotel è stato sovraprenotato. In 3 giorni non potevamo effettivamente trasferirci nella nostra stanza prenota. Dovremmo trasferirci 3 volte!! Il servizio clienti non esiste e il personale non si preoccupa dei desideri del cliente. Il direttore Yiannys si rifiutò di parlare con i clienti e si comportava come un vero, intendo reale *** Alla fine abbiamo accettato una notte libera nell'edificio dell'appartamento dalla casa di Anna in città senza piscina. Le foto di Internet non riflettono la vera apparizione della casa di Anna, che era solo uno su quattro hotel che usano. Ogni giorno la gente si lamentava e si trasferivano da hotel a hotel con cartelle da golf. Non poteva perdere tutto questo. Non ho mai avuto una situazione peggiore di questa in tutta la mia vita.

La stanza è pulita e pulita, le strutture della cucina sono complete e il hall ha un piccolo supermercato.In particolare, il cameriere della reception è molto entusiasta e amichevole. Scrivici manualmente la linea di autobus e il nome della stazione. La stazione di autobus non è lontana dall'hotel. Una visita in città ci aiuta molto (il conducente di autobus non conosce l'inglese).

E'un posto di famiglia, che ha tutto quello che hai bisogno. Siamo rimasti solo per una notte, ma vedo che ci sono un piccolo tiro bianco letti da sole intorno, gli appartamenti sono posizionati a diversi livelli e vi è una vista molto bella da loro. Abbiamo avuto uno studio con aria condizionata e cucina moderna con frigorifero normale, quindi posso assumere che una famiglia può rimanere e cucinare regolarmente per una settimana o più, se necessario. Il punto migliore è stato il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, soprattutto perché ne abbiamo bisogno per una sola notte. L’ospitalità del signor Manolis è qualcosa che lei deve sperimentare. Ero stanco quando arrivava e lui immediatamente portò una bottiglia di acqua fredda. Anche l’altra era presente nel frigorifero.

We had a very pleasant stay at Artemis Apartments. The location is wonderful - just a short walk to the beach, and many shops and restaurants nearby. We loved how close everything was, yet the place feels quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful (many thanks to Nikos) -always ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was good, though fairly simple and similar from day to day. But I suspect this is because it’s off-season. Some things stood out: the WiFi worked well most of the time, the pool area is lovely and well-maintained, and the value for money is excellent.
