Apartment was very nice and tidy. It had so many nice amenities in the room and I loved the TV was able to face the bed! Check in and check out services was really easy and smooth, all digital. The hotel's location is a 5 to 20-minute walk from the bus stop (depending on which bus you took), with buses running every 30 minutes to berlin airport. It's approximately one hour from Berlin Central Station from the Berlin Airport. A key point to note is that the main entrance door locks after ~10 PM, and there is no night staff. We discovered this the hard way one evening and panicked. We later found out that you must use the hotel's website app (the same one used for check-in) to unlock the door. There is a ”front door” button in the app that triggers the lock. This was not immediately obvious, as we saw another traveler struggling with the same issue. I highly recommend setting up the app beforehand, as checking in late at night without it would be very difficult.

Abbiamo soggiornato in due camere da letto, una per 3 persone e l'altra per 4 persone. Entrambe le suite erano spaziose, completamente attrezzate e dotate di eccellenti servizi, tra cui una lavatrice e un lavastoviglie. La posizione era molto conveniente: a soli 3 minuti dalla stazione S-Bahn, a 4 minuti dalla fermata del tram (Haltestelle) e a soli 5 minuti dal Ristorante Toscana. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno fantastico e apprezzava davvero il comfort e la comodità forniti. Molto consigliato!

La nostra apparenza era pulita, confortevole e piacevole. Dovremmo prendere le chiavi di casa da un ufficio diverso 3 minuti in auto dall'apparenza.

Trotz kurzem Aufenthalt hat alles perfekt gepasst. Der Ablauf ist weitestgehend automatisiert, funktioniert aber absolut reibungslos. Sehr freundliches Personal. Besonders angenehm: das kleine, nette Café im Hotel – ideal für ein entspanntes Frühstück. Gerne wieder

L'hotel ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Nelle vicinanze c'è un supermercato, come pure ristoranti per l'acquisto e la mangiare. Le camere sono grandi e hanno una cucina. Il bus si ferma direttamente davanti alla porta. La posizione non è molto ottimale ma tranquilla. Ci vogliono circa 20 minuti in città. Quando la prossima visita ci fermeremo qui. Attrezzature e camere sono conformi alla descrizione.
