The three bedroom apartment was great for our family of 5 — it was very comfortable and the location near to a mall was really convenient. But the most outstanding part of this is their service. I had an issue with transportation that I booked on my own but the front desk manager in the morning was so wonderful. She helped us to sort out new transportation and even helped us to get the refund on the canceled transportation. I have seldom experienced such warmth and helpfulness—I would definitely stay here again!

The best part about this hotel was the absolutely spectacular view of the surrounding maintains and valley from the spacious minimalist room and huge terrace; the sunset was among the best I’ve seen in my travels. Another highlight was the food (an extra but reasonable charge) which was plentiful, local, fresh and delicious. Be forewarned that because of the hotel’s isolated location in the mountains (about 1.5 hours from the city), there are no local restaurants or shops, so stock up on any extras/supplies before you arrive (coffee, wine, snacks included). I understand that the owners (who are very hands off) are in the tea business and have a plantation nearby, but unfortunately (perhaps due to the language difference), I wasn’t given any information about this so did not get to experience a tour. One thing that could be improved is the wifi, which was slow but adequate. I ended up extending my stay by 3 nights and spent most of my days reading on the terrace. I would recommend this inn to people looking for a quiet nature getaway.

A sizeable triple room! There were even two sinks. We needed to do laundry and the front desk lady very kindly took our clothes to wash. However they do not have a dryer, so you'll need to factor in time for clothes to airdry. Hotel is on 31st floor (highest floor) of a building with other hotels on other floors. Which means we had a really good view of the city. Was a pleasant stay and would come back to stay if I'm in the city!

May I highlight to potential customers that Novotel Living is not the same as Novotel Kunming City Centre even though both are located next to each other within the same compound. Novotel Living is like a home residence that comes with a mini kitchen, washing machine and even a humidifier. I must compliment their customer service staff (both Ms Fu and Ms Yang) for being professional and could attend to all my needs. Particularly Ms Fu who went an extra mile to delight my customer experience when assisting me to get a cab to a tourist attraction. Perhaps the only constructive feedback to give Novotel Living is there is certain odour found in their bathroom that can be very unpleasant to some customers. The unpleasant smell usually comes from the water pipes or sewage pipes. Other than that, Novotel Living is a value-for-money for all travellers.

La stanza è pulita e ordinata, tutte le forniture sono complete, lo stile decorativo è molto confortevole e la velocità di risposta del servizio clienti è molto rapida, sono molto soddisfatto. Di solito non ho l'abitudine di commentare, ma il servizio del negozio era buonissimo e mi hanno fatto un piccolo favore, quindi ho scritto una recensione specifica, ma era solo una recensione obiettiva e non c'era falsità. Le foto sono state tutte scattate da me, perché non avevo intenzione di commentarle, quindi, tranne la prima, le altre sono state scattate dopo il check-out, e l'arredamento era un po' più disordinato rispetto a quando mi sono trasferito.

If you are visiting one of the nearby universities, then this is an excellent location. But to get to other places in Kunming, we walked 1.7 km to the subway at the train station. If we had been able to figure out all if the apps and authorizations to use the zillions of electric motorbikes, that would make the trip to the station a snap, but we couple not. As far as the hotel - our room was spotless, new, nice ... just EXCELLENT, especially for the price. We also see many many more similar looking hotels in this area, but these are not on the Trip app, so not sure of prices or quality. The lady managing this hotel is very helpful. One issue was the WiFi .. was experiencing some problems during our stay. Anyway, overall quite good - we extended our stay because we were satisfied 👍

E'un posto dove vivere molte volte!La posizione è buona, sotto è la strada del pranzo, il parcheggio e il viaggio sono molto convenienti.L'impianto è completo, c'è frigorifero, lavatrice e può anche cucinare.La stanza è una password bloccata senza preoccuparsi di carte. Il mio più soddisfatto è questa scrivania, fantastica!!E'molto conveniente mangiare o ufficio!Buonasera!Prendi un piccolo consiglio, se puoi ritardare la partenza a due ore, sarà più perfetto!

La posizione è buona vicino alla stazione principale Kunming a 6 minuti a piedi. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti e negozi di comodità vicino! Specialmente famosi Kunming Jiahua pasticceria vendendo pasticceria fresca, e il prossimo a avere il caffè Luckin proprio accanto.

Nice place with a super helpful host for a fair price. Though you need to know the following: 1) The place is an apartment over two floors located within a residential tower. Therefore, it is perfect for families or groups of friends. For single travellers or couples, it might end up feeling like a shared flat that you a sharing with strangers. We were lucky and were the only guests. I can imagine that you will not enjoy much privacy and silence if all rooms are rented out. 2) The seaview is half-way blocked by another building, which is not shown on the pictures. A big plus for me is the decent gym, which is located in a near-by hotel. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and recommend the place if you can accept the points mentioned above.

La gente si trova nella zona scena di Liu Xiang, e il viaggio è particolarmente conveniente sotto il fondo del palazzo!E'molto conveniente gestire 👍🏻 L'intera guida del proprietario di tutta la strada per arrivare alla gente!
