I’ll start with the positives. This is a fantastic location. You are steps from major downtown Toronto attractions. Restaurants and shops are everywhere. The CN Tower rises right in front of the building, which is pretty hard to beat. The apartment was clean. There were lots of towels. The bathroom was bigger than expected. If you split this with another couple, the price becomes very reasonable for downtown. That said, the second bedroom is tight. There’s basically no space for suitcases or personal items. Now the not so good. Arrival and check-in were chaotic. It was pouring rain during rush hour and there was nowhere to park as instructed. My husband had to keep circling while I ran inside getting soaked. Despite completing online check-in and receiving an “online check-in complete” email, my security deposit hadn’t gone through. I had checked the many emails they sent and didn’t see anything flagging this. Even though everything else was fully paid in advance, they wouldn’t let me go to the room to dry off or grab my glasses to fix the issue. I had to authorize a manual credit card charge over the phone because I couldn’t read their links without my glasses. Not a great feeling. The building entrance is nice. Big, clean, and airy. The hallway to the unit is the opposite. Worn carpet, scuffed walls, chipped paint. Not the best first impression. Inside the unit was better. It looked freshly painted and was clean. I paid extra for a balcony thinking “Metropolitan Lofts – CN Tower” meant we’d be sitting out admiring the tower. That part is on me for not checking. The listing didn’t promise a view. Our balcony faced an office building and a parking lot. Below was a sad patch of grass filled with old boots, a broken broom, crushed beer cans, and what felt like 10,000 cigarette butts. The neighbour used their balcony as a full-time phone booth at max volume. If you’re not on the Front St side, don’t bother paying extra for a balcony. The unit had enough space for two, but it was too warm. The thermostat didn’t do anything. It stayed around 24–25°C the whole time, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The bedding didn’t help. The bottom sheet was just a tucked flat sheet. It came loose both nights. The duvet setup was also odd, with layers of flat sheets above and below the duvet that slid around. I kept waking up on the mattress pad or directly on the duvet. A fitted sheet and proper duvet cover would fix this. The worst part was the elevators. They are very slow. Plan an extra 10–15 minutes just waiting. The middle elevator felt unsafe. It opened and closed repeatedly for no reason. It stopped at every floor with no one there. It randomly changed direction mid-trip. One time it didn’t line up with the floor and we had to step down. That was enough for me. I took the stairs after that. Overall: 5/5 for location, 4/5 for cleanliness. If you’re a group of four, the two-bedroom can be a decent value, just expect tight space. If you care about smooth check-in, reliable elevators, temperature control, and decent bedding, this might not be your place.

Le viste sia dalla camera da letto che dal soggiorno erano eccellenti, e lo spazio era abbastanza grande per un gruppo di amici che volevano rilassarsi, soprattutto con i tavoli da poker e da calcio balilla. Anche la posizione è ottima, proprio in centro. Tuttavia, i prodotti da bagno potrebbero essere migliorati, in particolare lo shampoo e il bagnoschiuma, e il dentifricio sembrava piuttosto disordinato (per fortuna avevo portato il mio). L'insonorizzazione non è l'ideale, dato che sentivo la coppia nella stanza accanto parlare, e mi sono sentito un po' a disagio a usare il bagno e ad asciugarmi i capelli dopo essere tornato tardi da un concerto. L'orario del check-in è piuttosto rigido alle 16:00, anche se consentono di ritardare il check-in fino alle 19:30. Inizialmente ero confuso perché ho aspettato per oltre 10 minuti nell'edificio originale (prima dell'upgrade) e non ero sicuro se la receptionist sarebbe venuta a prendermi. Una volta incontrati, però, la receptionist è stata molto cordiale e ha spiegato chiaramente i servizi e le procedure di check-out. Nel complesso, nonostante le regole rigide e i piccoli problemi, mi è piaciuta molto la stanza e ho trascorso un soggiorno piacevole.

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

La stanza è pulita e pulita e le strutture confortevoli e luminose sono complete. All'esterno della finestra è la strada yong, l'altra parte è il supermercato, molto soddisfatto.L'alloggio deve essere relativamente facile secondo le istruzioni del proprietario.C'è un garage sotterraneo, vicino alla porta è la metropolitana, sia auto-escursione che libera!

優點：酒店位置不錯走到多倫多電視塔和羅傑斯中心五分鐘以內。房間空間還是比較大，住兩大兩小問題不大，可以自己買些東西來烹飪設備齊全，樓下就有一家星巴克很方便，一個街角就有個不小的24小時超市。走到主要景點差不多都在二十分鐘左右。缺點：全自助入住，無人打掃。浴巾都要自己洗，垃圾自己倒。總體來説值得入住

Situazione ideale per qualsiasi settimana di attività nel centro di Toronto con famiglia o amici, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. 2 camere da letto uno non ha una finestra ma perfetta per un sonno tranquillo. Visualizza dal 37° piano del centro e torre CN.

I want to start by saying how happy I am that the host let us check in an hour earlier since it starts at 5pm instead of the regular 3pm. This is an Airbnb type of place that requires you to put a $450 deposit for a one night stay which I thought it was very high. The location is amazing, walking distance to the CN tower and restaurants. It is a very cute place except for the cleanliness. The place was DIRTY. We decided to not use the shower because it was full of mold and hair (picture attached), there was hair everywhere! We saw there was a washer and dryer but the washer was full of towels that yet needed to be dry so we decided not to use. There were stains in the bed sheets so we decided to lay some of our own towels on top to sleep. We also decided to not touch the kitchen because the burner was broken and we did not want to cause a fire or something like that. Over all, it was decent for a one night stay but they need to fire the cleaner because I believe it is an easy fix to be a better place to stay.

In generale, la posizione è perfetta per camminare a distanza da ogni grande posto, tra cui la stazione ferroviaria (unione). La stanza può sembrare un po' più vecchia della foto, ma ogni attrezzatura è completamente preparata come detto (se qualcuno non può contattare e la porteranno per voi il più presto possibile) Le porte del bagno possono essere un po'difficili da aprire se avete lunghe unghie. Tuttavia, sono abbastanza sicuro di aver lasciato le mie cose nella stanza e di contattarli immediatamente per riprenderle, anche se, il proprietario ha detto che il puliziatore non poteva trovarle nemmeno io specificato loro la posizione. Non so se per loro sembra prezioso, perché è un anello (anche è un anello economico e più come un valore sentimentale per me) Tuttavia, il coordinatore sembra essere molto utile.

We stayed in a studio unit with a kitchen and living room. Dining ware and utensils are not included, but the hotel can provide them for a fee. This setup is great for travelers planning an extended stay and wanting to prepare their own meals. Unfortunately, there is no washer or dryer in the building, so you’ll need to find a nearby coin laundry. We chose this hotel for its location and convenience. The bus stop is within walking distance and takes you directly to Finch subway station. The included breakfast was also pretty decent.
