Good location, friendly check in and close to the city, go for nearby restaurant for breakfast in walking distance. Small playground for kids. With electric blanket during winter which is very comfortable.

Stai 2 notti – parcheggio sicuro + semplici camere confortevoli a Hobart Abbiamo prenotato Bay Hotel Apartments per il parcheggio in loco, ed è stato valso la pena. Condurre in Hobart CBD può essere stressante, ma parcheggio proprio all'hotel rende tutto facile. L'appartamento era semplice, pulito e tranquillo con un letto confortevole. Niente di stupendo, ma perfetto per 2 notti di esplorare Salamanca e il fianco d'acqua a piedi.

It’s an air B & B. Overall a nice stay, the problem was not the the apartment, it’s Trip.com service failed me. L'ho prenotato qui, ma non hanno dato al proprietario alcuno dei miei dettagli, quindi il proprietario non poteva contattarmi per controllare i dettagli. Non sapevo che fosse un B&B aereo, ho fatto il salto all'ufficio dopo le ore, solo l'ho trovato chiuso. Poi ho capito che l’indirizzo effettivo non era l’indirizzo di ufficio, quindi sono andato all’appartamento, neanche nessuno lì, ovviamente nessuno, è un airB&B, ero l’unico che rimase quella notte, fortunatamente ho avuto il numero e la classe del proprietario, ti ha riscaldato, È dopo le 7:30, ero fortunato a tenerla per la seconda volta. Poi mi ha detto chi ha prenotato la stanza per me, non le ha mai dato alcun dettaglio su di me. Come funziona Trip.com?

La posizione è grande, vicino al CBD di Hobart e anche al fianco idrico. Abbiamo un’unità «esterno» con 2 camere da letto sul secondo livello, molto difficile da raggiungere con bagagli grandi. Le camere sono spaziose e la camera da letto regine viene con un riscaldatore!

Le camere sono state accolte con piacere, sono state parcheggiate e sono state incluse anche nel nostro soggiorno. Poiché siamo una famiglia di 5 pax, l'hotel ha fornito due camere interconnesse. Ciò rende conveniente per noi come famiglia di connettersi. Le camere erano pulite e tedesche con doccia grande. È stato incluso il colazione nel nostro soggiorno con una grande selezione di ala carta colazione, con una buona selezione di bevande e caffè. Molto consigliato.

Good location, close to waterfront. Unfortunately, also close to Hobart Hospital so you can hear the helicopter coming and going which was quite noisy at night. Our apartment was spacious but more dated than it appeared in photos and we had a view over the air conditioning units. ☹️ Restaurant was great for dinner at night but the only good thing I can say about the breakfast is the lovely friendly waitress that served our table. Food was awful and not good value at all. The apartment was serviced daily, the toiletries were good quality and replaced which was appreciated. Good for family trips.

Probably one of the best place in terms of of location and convenience. Room is clean and security is good. If you drive got to pre book the carpark which the entrance is at the back lane. Checked in at late night and there is some one at night shift to open the door and pass the key.

Ottenere tutto quello che vuoi nella stanza dell'hotel. Ho una suite: vista, spazio, illuminazione, il riscaldamento del bagno, un lavandino con detergente e un buon bilancio.

Very spacious, clean and fully equipped. We love cooking, the cooking equipment and dishwashers are wonderful. Quite and convenient for family stay. Supermarket within working distance and a shopping mall nearby (4 mins drive) which got two big supermarkets and shops. Got Telstra shop inside the shopping mall which helped us settle the phone card problem. Only a reminders for those who drive with big car. Car park is quite small for big car (7 ). Maybe good for skilful drivers, but not for those not good at parking. Help desk team are nice and responsive .  Thank you !

The stay here was in perfect location to the wharf and the Salamanca Market. I did have some privacy concerns with the studio apartment such as being able to see into the bedroom from the shared balcony as well as the frosted bathroom window.
