Good location, friendly check in and close to the city, go for nearby restaurant for breakfast in walking distance. Small playground for kids. With electric blanket during winter which is very comfortable.

While it’s located a bit far away from the CBD (~15 mins walk, with slope), the amenities were sufficient, just like a small apartment. Quiet environment, good for resting and sleep. Easy access to a supermarket nearby. The bed was a bit too soft for me. Housekeeping every day. However, there were lots of ants around the bathtub and a spider hanging on the ceiling of the bathroom in an early morning! I informed the reception staff to remark and clean my bathroom asap when they are open (the front desk not open for 24 hours but receptionist reachable by room intercom call). They have dealt with the issue for me and responded quickly. The staff there were helpful and friendly. They helped me to book a local taxi to the airport at early morning (cheaper than uber).

It’s an air B & B. Overall a nice stay, the problem was not the the apartment, it’s Trip.com service failed me. L'ho prenotato qui, ma non hanno dato al proprietario alcuno dei miei dettagli, quindi il proprietario non poteva contattarmi per controllare i dettagli. Non sapevo che fosse un B&B aereo, ho fatto il salto all'ufficio dopo le ore, solo l'ho trovato chiuso. Poi ho capito che l’indirizzo effettivo non era l’indirizzo di ufficio, quindi sono andato all’appartamento, neanche nessuno lì, ovviamente nessuno, è un airB&B, ero l’unico che rimase quella notte, fortunatamente ho avuto il numero e la classe del proprietario, ti ha riscaldato, È dopo le 7:30, ero fortunato a tenerla per la seconda volta. Poi mi ha detto chi ha prenotato la stanza per me, non le ha mai dato alcun dettaglio su di me. Come funziona Trip.com?

Walking distance to Battery Point, the pier and Salamanca Market. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Closest supermarket is Salamaca Market, a little pricier than Woolworth's which is a 20 mins walk. Can see the room is aged, but it is well maintained and clean. Kitchen is quite equipped for cooking. Lovely and accommodating staff. Laundry costs about $6 and located on the ground floor.

Good location, close to waterfront. Unfortunately, also close to Hobart Hospital so you can hear the helicopter coming and going which was quite noisy at night. Our apartment was spacious but more dated than it appeared in photos and we had a view over the air conditioning units. ☹️ Restaurant was great for dinner at night but the only good thing I can say about the breakfast is the lovely friendly waitress that served our table. Food was awful and not good value at all. The apartment was serviced daily, the toiletries were good quality and replaced which was appreciated. Good for family trips.

Had a lovely stay at Peppers Silo Launceston. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a unique and modern atmosphere that makes the experience feel special from the moment you arrive. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well presented, and the views added an extra touch to the stay. The location is also great, offering a peaceful waterfront setting while still being close to everything. The staff were welcoming and professional, which made the overall experience even better. A perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort, style, and something a little different in Launceston.

The stay here was in perfect location to the wharf and the Salamanca Market. I did have some privacy concerns with the studio apartment such as being able to see into the bedroom from the shared balcony as well as the frosted bathroom window.

Check in at the hotel, in town was very uninspiring. Just presented with a key and emergency telephone numbers. The apartment was up an outside flight of 15 concrete steps. The room is quite dated, flyscreens on the opening window was not secured, however, on a positive note, the bed was comfortable and linens of good quality. We stayed for 3 nights but didn't have any towels changed during that time!... the room was only serviced on one occasion. Rather disappointed in the lack of service.

La posizione è magnifica! Il mercato di fine settimana di Salamanca è proprio in giro! Le letti sono confortevoli, ci sono state 6 notti e abbiamo dormito bene tutta la notte. L'apparenza è molto spaziosa e accogliente. Molto consigliata per la famiglia!

 Ci siamo alloggiati nella suite di famiglia, tra cui una suite di padrone, un'unità di cucina, quattro cucchiai, asciugamani e lavastoviglie, 10 punti conveniente.Il servizio qui è molto buono. Una notte dopo che partimo e tornamo, il bagaglio memorizzato è messo nella nostra stanza, 10 punti intime. Il complesso è molto soddisfatto. La posizione è buona. Andiamo al mercato di sabato. Il mercato è stato disgustoso. Ci sono molti ristoranti vicino e anche supermercati.Se vive nella zona di Elizabeth del re Hobarttai, è un po'difficile.
