Mentre si trova un po' lontano dal CBD (~15 min a piedi, con la cortina), le strutture erano sufficienti, proprio come un piccolo appartamento. Ambiente tranquillo, buono per riposare e dormire. facile accesso a un supermercato vicino. Il letto era un po' troppo morbido per me. La casa è tenuta ogni giorno, ma ci sono stati molti anatre intorno al bagno e un spider collocato sul tetto del bagno, in una mattinata presto! Ho informato il personale della ricezione di osservare e pulire il mio bagno asap quando sono aperti (il desk front non è aperto per 24 ore ma il ricevitore raggiungibile con chiamata intercom camera), hanno affrontato la questione per me e hanno risposto rapidamente. Il personale era utile e amichevole, mi hanno aiutato a prenotare un taxi locale all'aeroporto al mattino (più economico di Uber).

Had a lovely stay at Peppers Silo Launceston. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a unique and modern atmosphere that makes the experience feel special from the moment you arrive. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well presented, and the views added an extra touch to the stay. The location is also great, offering a peaceful waterfront setting while still being close to everything. The staff were welcoming and professional, which made the overall experience even better. A perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort, style, and something a little different in Launceston.

Excellent location - walkable to Battery Point, Salamanca Market and Hobart shopping streets. Adequate parking spaces. Room was as described. Beds a little on the soft side but this is subjective. Rooms are clean and there's a mini kitchenette - we didn't use but probably good for simple meal. Reception was very polite and friendly. This is our #1 go to accommodation for Hobart.

Good location, close to waterfront. Unfortunately, also close to Hobart Hospital so you can hear the helicopter coming and going which was quite noisy at night. Our apartment was spacious but more dated than it appeared in photos and we had a view over the air conditioning units. ☹️ Restaurant was great for dinner at night but the only good thing I can say about the breakfast is the lovely friendly waitress that served our table. Food was awful and not good value at all. The apartment was serviced daily, the toiletries were good quality and replaced which was appreciated. Good for family trips.

Very neat, clean & well equipped. Encountered trouble because needed self check-in without counter service. But the code was sent through SMS, while my phone could not receive SMS. We had to call the hotel, then hotel sent the code to email. It took some time!

This apartment is close to where all the shops are, just a few minutes walk from coffee shops, grocery, pharmacy, and the penguin tour location. The apartment is clean and has a well-equipped kitchen. It even has a washing machine! There is a big deck out front, where you can enjoy the sun - there is also a grill! I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Il personale è molto bello e è pulito e confortevole. Ogni volta che torniamo, possiamo sentirci molto rilassati. L'esterno è freddo ma il nostro posto è caldo e possiamo avere una doccia molto rilassante. Vi sono internet libero e ci sono molti canali TV e film da vedere. Posso tenere contatto con la mia famiglia all'estero. I bambini e io potremo godere di film insieme. La posizione è molto buona. È in città e molto conveniente prendere il trasporto pubblico o visitare il centro d'informazione turistica per unirsi a tour. Ci sono molti magazzini, negozi, negozi, caffè o ristoranti intorno. Raccomando a chiunque di soggiornare a Launceston Central Apartment Hotel.

Great location and all self-serve, instructions are easy for self check in, however we discovered the oven in the kitchen was not cleaned from last guest, very oily!

Location and view over Launceston from Top Floor were amazing. Apartments are in need of refurbishment, which I am told they are due to do. Basic old spa room, but the views made up for it. Bed comfy, sheets and towels clean. Just what we needed for our 1 night stay before heading back to Melbourne the next day. Lift to 2nd & 3rd floors. Chimes of Town Hall clock didn’t keep me awake, but you may want to be aware of that.
