Questo hotel è assolutamente sorprendente, per il prezzo che si può aspettare meno, ma questo hotel va oltre e oltre. Dalla entrata, Thomas in front desk è stato assolutamente gentile e informativo al nostro arrivo. L'hotel è molto pulito. Le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite, il caffè è delizioso, il letto era davvero comodo e i miei figli godevano la piscina così tanto. Il colazione complementare è un grande plus. Ho 0 commenti negativi sul nostro soggiorno.

So the good- The bed was comfortable, very good air conditioning, quiet, bar attendant was attentive, wait staff attentive. The bad- Housekeeping was absent everywhere but the lobby. I am not indicating the every 3 day room cleaning as I don’t need daily attention. The fifth floor hallway had the same debris in it all week to the point I daily greeted the rubber, wrappers, and cello wrap. The carpet in my room was very dirty (someone had hole punched a document and punches were always on my feet. I had them room clean and I got fresh towels, no change to the condition of the carpet. I have been a Diamond member for quite some time and know they changed breakfast to a $10 food and beverage credit. Fine, it is nickel and diming, but fine. They credited this once in 5 days. No problem. I go to the front desk, the attendant wasn’t trained to fix this. She says she will fix, email me a corrected receipt, and give me a call to let me know it is done. Great! Other than it never happened. I have been struggling to get it corrected and a correct receipt for my expense report. Corp says on hotel can do it, hotel says only corp can do it. This is a third poor Hilton stay in the last few months. Colleagues have been having similar issues. Sorry, three strikes and guess who will not be aspiring to be Diamond or any other status next year.

Belle camere e un edificio più vecchio ben tenuto. Camere aggiornate e terre pulite e pulite. Il bar continentale colazione era buono e il potasso di caffè sempre bere. La posizione è vicino a ristoranti rapidi e sedersi nei locali di pranzo. Il centro storico di Walmart è situato a pochi passi da Walmart. La piscina all'aperto è stata pulita e ben mantenuta. Solo il rientro non c'è ascensore, quindi se si combatte con le scale si prenota una stanza di pavimento. L'In è a circa 15 minuti dall'aeroporto di Houston Hobby.

Le camere sono molto belle e il personale è grande. Sono in corso di riparazione, quindi i lavoratori sono stati nelle sale tutto il giorno, ma molto rispettosi. Vi rimarranno in futuro.

Pros - clean hotel, friendly staff, convenient location Cons - elevator broken for my entire 4 day stay and room was on the third floor, wasn't comfortable taking the stairs late at night, gym was out of order, and lock on hotel door did not latch which made me uncomfortable and caused me to have broken sleep. Was told my rates would be adjusted due to all of the above but that was not the case. It was only discounted for the first two nights. I mentioned to front desk and they shared that they will advise management and adjust my bill. Well, that never happened. Would have left but all nearby hotels were not available for my remaining stay due to the many graduations in the area. Will not frequent again.
