L'hotel è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e almeno a maggio il tempo è stato molto bello. Ci siamo sentiti benvenuti all'hotel e la stanza è confortevole. Abbiamo dovuto studiare le finestre, perché non c'erano cortine, ma qualcosa di simile a schermi di shoji. Ha portato un certo stile giapponese nella stanza. Come altri hanno detto, il colazione era davvero buono e versatile e ci è piaciuto molto. Ci siamo viaggiati intorno alla zona, ci sono stati negozi e ristoranti vicino all'hotel. È un piacere tornare e vedere anche più della città di Kanazawa.

Hyatt Centric Kanazawa located next to Kanazawa Train station. Very suitable and convenient for tourists especially those who travel from Tokyo and Osaka by Sinkabsen. Beside Hyatt Centric there are various shopping malls such as Cross Gate and Rinto. There are many eateries in the malls and nearby convenient stores such as 7 Eleven and Lawson make the hotel very convenient. Not far way from the hotel (about 2-3Km), there is a Fish Market, Omicho Market. Fresh seafoods are available, nice with reasonable price. The hotel has very soothing environment which blends well with natural wood color. Overall is a very good stay.

Fantastic hotel with spacious rooms and very friendly staff. We chose Nikko Kanazawa because of its proximity to the train station. Hotel Nikko is actually Kanazawa’s tallest building, designed by a Japanese-French team. Rooms located on 21st-25th floors have beautiful views. Nikko is connected to the Higashi ( eastern) side of the station by the underground passageway through the Porter building. Our room at the 21st floor was large, clean and modern with a fantastic view over the city towards the Sea of Japan. It was very relaxing at the end of the day to sit in arm chairs and watch the sunset. Service was excellent. We found a good restaurant on the sixth floor of the Forus shopping center adjacent to the train station (on the right if you look at the eastern entrance to the station through the giant Torii gate). The name is Morimorizushi Kanazawa Ekimae-ten (sushi), you can't miss it - there will be people on the benches waiting outside. The line goes fast, just don't forget to take your ticket at the entrance. This hi-tech kaiten (conveyor belt) sushi joint is a fantastic place for excellent sushi at reasonable price. It is only 4-5 min. from Hotel Nikko and on rainy day you can reach it by the underground passage. We liked Hotel Nikko and would stay here again.

My family (2 kids) stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and really enjoyed the city as well as the hotel. I will start with the positives. We stayed at a one bedroom suite with laundry machines which is very convenient and by far the largest hotel room we stayed in Japan. Our kids slept comfortably in the living room on the sofa. The kitchen is very well designed with a huge fridge and sitting areas. The front desk was very helpful in my trip planning with onsen suggestions and they also booked us kimono rental and restaurants after we checked in. The lobby is spacious and we enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. The location is very conveient being right by the JR station and a big shopping mall. I only have 2 minor issues. First, they weren't willing to make us dinner reservations before check in which seems to be an overal issue with Japan hotels. Second, the breakfast offering is way better at Hyatt Centric, the sister hotel next door and is connected at the lobby area. however, we were turned away when we tried to get breakfast at Hyatt Centric even though some prior reviews said they wre able to do that.

Vuoi assicurarsi che il conducente e il guidatore che vi accompagna sappia che quello che vuoi è su questa strada particolare. E' un hotel davvero nuovo, perché è aperto solo per circa un anno. Le suite pomeriggio sono così meravigliose e ci sono anche un'ora di cocktail, ma penso che sia davvero come tre o quattro ore. Il personale parla il loro inglese, ma hanno la vostra traduzione Google pronta per parole che non possono conoscere automaticamente. Tuttavia, dirò che sono estremamente disposti a capire e a piacervi. Ho fortemente raccomandato questo hotel!!

Modern hotel in a great location for visiting the castle & gardens in Kanazawa. We walked from the train station - about 15 minutes or you can get a taxi. The hotel is down a small side street & to start we were a bit concerned as it is opposite a building site - but it was not an issue, couldn’t hear any noise. The staff were quite formal & you absolutely cannot check in before 3pm! There is a luggage store though so we left our bag & headed out to explore. In the foyer is a container with all the usual guest toiletries & green tea. Free coffee & water are available. Although there is no restaurant there is ‘Happy Hour’ from 5-7pm where you can have free white/red/sparkling wine & juices and a few snacks (mainly sweet). Breakfast is a buffet with both Japanese & western style fare. It was very good. We didn’t use the public onsen so can’t comment. There is a small laundry on the 2nd floor & vending machine to buy soft drinks. Overall, very pleasant experience.

Only stayed here for 1 night recently as I was on a day trip to the surrounding area but it was a great stay. Very good staff on reception and the room I had was excellent with many amenities available. The bed was comfortable allowing me to have a peaceful night's sleep. I did not try the hotel restaurant. The hotel is in a superb location due to it being very close to Kanazawa Bus Terminal and train station. If you intend to stay in Kanazawa, give this hotel a try.

La sala check-in dell'hotel è molto confortevole. La stanza è abbastanza grande e molto soddisfacente. Anche le strutture sono molto complete. Molto adatto per l'ufficio commerciale. The hotel definitely feels a bit old and tired, but it's still very clean and comfortable with excellent service. I was upgraded to what was essentially a junior suite due to my status and found the room to be very spacious and comfortable. The pillows were too soft for my taste but luckily there was a harder pillow in the closest. The toilet has an automatic bidet which will raise the lid as you get near it and then automatically flush (fancy!). Every morning the staff would also provide newspapers, which I thought was really old school. Location-wise this hotel can't be beat. You're literally right next to Kanazawa Station which gives you easy transportation access and also puts you close to dining options. There are a lot of malls around the station with good restaurants and shops. There's also a large 711 just a few steps away. The only gripe I had about the room was that I found the sink area to be a bit too small and there was little space for me to put my toiletries.
