La posizione dell'hotel è alla porta della città antica, una piccola città molto tranquilla, molto caratteristica.E'molto bella!L'hotel è molto gusto, le strutture della stanza sono complete e la vita è molto comoda.Il personale di servizio dell'hotel è molto entusiasta. Aiutatemi a venire alla stazione ferroviaria per prendere me e mandarmi, grazie!Devi scegliere di vivere qui la prossima volta.

O hotel fica bem em frente à estação de trem da cidade, o que é ótimo. Não deixaram fazermos o check-in antecipado, mas permitiram que deixássemos nossas coisas no hotel para caminhar na cidade. A entrada da cidade antiga fica a 500m do hotel, uma curta caminhada. O café da manhã não estava incluso na diária, mas acabamos pagando o adicional. O café possuía diversos tipos de chás, café, capuccino, pães, queijos, salame, salsicha, ovo, tomate, entre outros. A cama era confortável. Como em todos os hotéis que ficamos na Alemanha, a cama de casal possuía uma divisória no meio e dois edredons. A ducha era boa. Apesar de não falarmos alemão, não tivemos problemas de comunicação.

L'hotel è molto vicino alle attrazioni, l'ambiente e la camera sono nostalgici e classici.La stanza è molto spaziosa e molto comoda.L'hotel è molto intimido e ci ha un piccolo regalo (zucchero di pelle) sul letto.Purtroppo non c'è aria condizionata, ma quando viviamo è a dieci gradi (12～20 gradi), è anche possibile; E la nostra stanza è vicino alla strada, un po'sciocca, ed è accettabile.Se vuoi aprire la finestra, sentirai l'orologio a volte!Quindi chiudiamo la finestra per dormire.C'è un ristorante italiano al contrario dell'hotel, buon cibo e conveniente.In generale, porterà anche questo hotel!

O hotel tem um conceito interessante, quarto charmoso, cozinha onde o hóspede pode cozinhar ou preparar café da manhã. Fica disponível café, chá, água e bebidas. O que me desagradou no quarto foi a falta de funcionalidade. Uma pia alta e com design mais o porta sabão fica numa bancada bem baixa dificultando o acesso. Não existe lugar para pendurar as toalhas seja de banho como de rosto. O lugar para abrir a mala só cabe uma mala pequena e não existe outro local p colocar as roupas a não ser 4 cabides. Além dos travesseiros existem várias almofadas que acabam ocupando o pouco espaço disponível no quarto. A cortina não bloqueia a luz solar o que atrapalha muito quem tem sensibilidade a claridade.

*A review of the restaurant, not the hotel overall* A difficult review to rate. On the one hand I’d give it 5 stars for the food, location and most of the service. However our experience after our meal with a gentleman we assumed to be the manager was a 2 at best. So to be as fair as possible I’ve rated it as 4, which is a real shame! Located very close to the marked square in the historic old town, we arrived at around 6 in bright sunshine and therefore asked for an outside table. Luckily parasols were up to offer shade from the sun which would come in useful later. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we both ordered the Bratwurst sausages with sauerkraut and bread, which was delicious and reasonably priced. Dark clouds gathered overhead and midway through our meal a torrential rain storm started almost instantly. We finished our meal huddled under the parasol, until even these weren’t helping much! We ventured inside to seek shelter and wait for the rain to stop, asking the aforementioned gentleman if there was somewhere we could sit and buy a drink in the meantime, such as a bar or lounge area. He very rudely and abruptly answered no, and that all their tables were reserved. After explaining that we had already eaten outside and just wanted to shelter from the rain he reluctantly pointed at a table in the restaurant and said sit there but only until 7 when it’s booked. We sat at the table but did not feel comfortable, and as it was now 6.45 we decided it wasn’t worth ordering a drink and instead paid our bill and left into the rain. It was a shame, as this spoiled the experience for us. As I said based on the food and waiting staff alone it was well worth a 5 star rating, however based on our own overall experience I feel a 4 is more than generous.

Absolutely lovely stay. It is a family run hotel and the front staff was ran by the father who is an absolutely lovely man. We were always greeted warmly and was a wealth of information and history. The room was very charming and quite large. We stayed in the basic double room and it felt far from basic. It was also quite clean. It is situated on the edge walls of Rothenburg and although we didn’t upgrade to have a valley view, you do get nice views from the hotel patio or the breakfast area. Highly recommend this hotel. Only downfall, is no elevator, but understandable considering the age. The hotel is charming throughout. It was a toss up between this hotel and Hotel Markusturm, which is owned by the son of the man who helps operate the Burghotel, so either way we were staying with this family. We were happy we chose this hotel though as it is a bit off the hustle and bustle of the town.
