The hotel is pretty clean and modern. We found the beds to be very comfy and the hotel's location was pretty convenient near the old town and port areas. The rooms are well appointed with a couple of chairs, a work area, a coffee/tea station, big TV and a large bathroom. There were enough plugs around the room and many switches with light settings to get it just right. We appreciated the balcony and the view outside but there were some cars that drove by with very loud music each night. The only significant complaint we had was that the bathroom shower leaked very easily in our rooms and got the floor wet near the toilet. The breakfast at the hotel was pretty good with a variety of Crete foods like cheese and pastries. There was fresh scrambled eggs and a very good sausage available as well. The breakfast also had a large variety of preserved fruits that paired well with the Greek yoghurt and included oranges, cherries, grapes and figs. We appreciated that the hotel had inexpensive parking nearby at Central Parking which was 7 Euros per day with unlimited in/out privileges as long as we got a stamp when we got in. The hotel also had a restaurant that offered room service and there was a popular cafe just across the street. This hotel was a good base for exploring Crete with a convenient location near the airport and the price was very fair for us.

很難得在歐洲能有性價比這麼高的酒店，在市中心，離哪裡都很近。房間空間大，裝修比較新，居然房間裏還有pad可以用，開心的追了下劇。每個服務員的態度都超級好。早餐也不錯，每天都會有一點變化，在樓下餐廳吃飯還有折扣。很滿意 唯一的缺點就是樓下晚上有一點吵

酒店在老城比較中心的位置，離威尼斯廣場和教堂很近，吃飯逛街去海邊都方便；從伊拉克利翁機場打車15分鐘左右，出租車一口價15歐元；租車的話可以在central parking停車，每晚7歐，有24小時代客泊車的小哥；酒店比較新，房間在歐洲也屬於比較大的，衞生間三分離設計，最好自己帶拖鞋和洗漱用品，沒有牙膏牙刷，毛巾較差且兩個人衹給了一套；有燒水壺；樓下酒吧比較吵。

Check-in 40 minuti in ritardo rispetto all’orario indicato di check-in. Stanza grande ma non pulitissima. Dopo che l’ho fatto notare al personale tramite il feedback di ******* mi contattano per fare una seconda pulizia che purtroppo non verrà mai fatta in quanto io ed il mio ragazzo eravamo fuori per cena. In seguito all’inconveniente, la mattina dopo, ci hanno offerto la corsa del taxi fino all’aeroporto.

Lovely hotel, walking distance to sights, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was amazing.
