No weapons allowed in this property at any time by the guest or visitors.-Any out of the normal cleaning will be subjected to $350 extra for deep cleaning, besides the $200 fee for broken house rule. Shirtless or any indecent dressing is not allowed on the driveways, side and back alley areas. Trash can be placed by the garage on normal days and on the trash days the bags should be taken out night before and placed on the designated spot on corner of alley and fence. Please clean the countertops and empty fridge and pantry of your contents before you check out. Thank you!-Please be mindful with the general care and decor of the house so we can offer the best to all of our guests. There is no eating or drinking in bedrooms or upstairs for cleanliness. We would like to be able to provide fresh, white linens to all our guests!
