Very nice hotel, not noisy, nice staff, pool is pleasant, kettle in room, bring own tea and coffee if you want good, water provided daily, fridge in room, tv ok, not many English channels, air con good, nice balcony too with table and chairs, I had half board and breakfast was very turkish style and dinner was nice, good food, room is clean, bed is nice too, good taxi service from reception ordered, easy access to supermarket Migros, behind and a 3-5 minute walk, near there is a bus stop with shelter which takes you to Çalis Beach and Fethiye, always ask for Nevada Hotel when returning they drop you near Migros. I'd recommend this hotel it's good.

Stayed here 10 years ago lovely hotel. Stayed this time for 2weeks arrived late no water in room told to go next door to buy some. Paid for upgrade room filthy bins emptied once even bathroom bin waited days for bedding change. Food disgusting fried eggs twice which were just piled up not cooked fresh and who wants cauliflower and carrots for breakfast lunches disgusting snacks leftovers from lunch dinners same as lunch. No cups just paper ones nobody speaks English or choose not to this is just a stop over for Turkish tourists it should not be advertised for the English we've been coming to Oludeniz for 30 years and it's the worst holiday we have ever had all the staff need training in hospitality they haven't got a clue, and as for Omar the GO TO MAN is only interest is what young girls are in.

Nice small hotel located close to the beach and with a selection of good restaurants nearby. We stayed at this hotel on a B&B basis for two weeks recently. Pros: Proximity to beach, restaurants and shopping Great little pool on site which was never crowded Fabulous waiting staff, especially Ramazan and Chetin. Amazing service. Rooms cleaned well, bed linen and towels always changed. Cons: Room much smaller than expected compared to pictures on website for a standard double room as too narrow to even get a bedside table each which was a bit annoying. Bathroom very small, very tired and needs updating. An additional 2 euro per day for a room safe. WiFi very poor. In Summary: I don’t think we would stay at this hotel again purely due to the quality of the room. Our room may have been one of the least expensive at the hotel, but it still wasn’t cheap and there’s other better options around. However, we would visit the restaurant again as even though it was not the best food we had on our holiday, it was still nice and the meals were made special by the staff’s fabulous service. They are a credit to the hotel.

better to come in Summer. The hotel is a little far but their services are good. However, we didn’t get the ideal room though we highlighted two rooms with one single-bed in each room. Quite at night but easy to be affected by others, especially the noise of closing doors.

La comunicazione da parte loro potrebbe essere molto migliore, mi è stato inviato un messaggio chiedendo l'ora di arrivo, che ho risposto immediatamente, mi aspettavo un altro messaggio che mi diceva come accedere, perché arrivavo circa un'ora dopo che hanno lasciato il lavoro per il giorno, tardi la mattina il giorno di controllo in io stavo ancora aspettando così ho dovuto cacciarli su whatsApp non c'era altro modo!!! Cosa posso dire sulla “suite” I’m sure you will make up your own mind when you see the pictures, they are also on the Google review (nothing like the pictures posted by the property online) it was not habitable, Ok hanno detto che era un bilancio “suit” ma c’è una differenza tra bilancio e inhabitabile, ricco e in uno stato di cattiva riparazione, sì la posizione è ok e il wifi funzionava davvero, ma questo non scusa le tante cattive cose, Compreso un letto che era come se stesse in un piatto di legno e le mutande che non volevi davvero mettere vicino al tuo viso. Anche così tante cose non corrette sulle loro liste, Hygiene Plus / Daily disinfezione in tutte le camere (che è una battuta) molte cose elencate ma non nella stanza, nessuna cottura ecc ecc Inoltre, notare che non c'è ascensore e ci sono molte scale, soprattutto se si è su Il piano superiore, con nessuno che ci aiuti con sacchetti ecc. Non è un posto per scegliere a meno che non si sia fisicamente idoneo e sano. Mi sono prenotato per due notti, ma ho lasciato dopo uno, ho chiesto un rimborso, ma sono solo ignorato da loro. Ora sto per rimanere in un posto non lontano, una nuova proprietà e sto per rimanere in una suite reale per molto pochi soldi extra, vale la pena pagare un po 'di più. Non mi fermerò a Downtown Fethiye Suites di nuovo se fosse gratuito, fatevi un favore e evitete a tutti i costi!!!!

It was an impressive staycation. I enjoyed to sit on the front of the restaurant and see the the sun sets. The room and towels are very clean. The location is perfect for having vacation. Most importantly, the people here are super nice, especially the receptionist, a uncle who is really helpful, although he cannot speak English, but he tried his best to use translation app and fulfil our need, once we need help, he always give a helping hand. He is really caring, I sincerely thank for his service and kindness. The waiters in the restaurant are nice as well. The people here had became the precious memories of my journey. If I have second change to come here, I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel again.
