Si sente davvero come un ritiro naturale dal mare. ✅ Perfetto valore: La differenza di prezzo tra la famiglia e gli adulti - solo le aree sono minime, ma l'esperienza è molto diversa molto più tranquillo, più esclusivo e meglio adattato per una vera rilassamento. 💯 Raccomando vivamente Liberty Lykia Adulti Solo per chi cerca un'esperienza di ristorazione di lusso, tranquillo e bellamente mantenuta. Se torno in questa regione, rimarrò assolutamente qui di nuovo.

Questa è la mia seconda visita all'Hotel Juglans Suites. Gli architetti di stile europeo, i dettagli di design elegante e le strutture della camera renderanno il vostro soggiorno comodo. Ma la cosa più importante è il personale, che deve fornire un alto livello di servizio. Purtroppo, la tendenza non cambia per il meglio adesso. Ultimamente tutto con il manager Halil è stato risolto con una nota positiva e molto rapidamente. L'attenzione, il tatto e la cura con cui ha trattato ogni cliente possono essere dato solo come esempio. È stato l'anima di questo hotel, ma purtroppo non lavora ora. Con la sua atteggiamento al lavoro, ha aumentato le vendite dell'hotel, questi dipendenti meritano di apprezzare! Ora non c'è piastra di benvenuto con frutta, la piscina non è riscaldata, non c'è salotto solare sulla spiaggia (l'anno scorso c'era), il trasferimento annunciato non è fornito (per un canone), la pulizia delle stanze è effettuata solo su richiesta, ma non più di una volta ogni 3 giorni, la qualità della pulizia lascia molto da desiderare (i pavimenti non sono lavati, i fondi per i detergenti non sono aggiunti, il letto da letto non è cambiato). Se siete venuti per un lungo periodo, prendete cura di un asciugamano da cucina, ruggine, compresse per lavastoviglie e lavatrice. In ogni caso, se accettate e tenete conto delle svantaggi, il vostro soggiorno sarà comodo. Ti consiglio di smettere.

Non ho nulla da denunciare su questo soggiorno, pulito e ben attrezzato. Buono servizio con buon colazione anche. Ci sono molti ristoranti e 1 centro commerciale vicino. Ciò che conta è che la stazione Fethiye Bus è a soli 500-600 metri di distanza.

Отель новый , профессионально спланирован, все сделано продумано , добротно и удобно , с хорошим расположением, буквально пол квартала и ты в самом центре старого города . Вокруг везде рестораны, магазины, кафе , музыка 🎤. Если вы на машине то припарковаться придется не далеко от отеля , такое ощущение что навигатор сразу ведет на парковку это как больница чтоли . Старайтесь машину в глубь парковки не ставить , тк утром там набивается столько машин , но выехать до обеда или конца рабочего дня просто не вариант . Мы ждали до 13.30 и то спасибо помогли добрые люди . В отеле немного получилась непонятка с оплатой , приложение списало деньги , а отель затребовал снова оплату , на что мы особо не рассчитывали . Как бы это было администратором на стойке не очень вежливо объяснено , ну ладно , забыли . Отель настолько приятный в своем исполнении , что мы сразу забыли об этом моменте . Утром опоздали на завтрак на одну минуту , пришли в 10.01 и когда в ресторане развели руками , что все .. Досвидули… было очень неприятно . Мы постояли несколько минут на улице переваривая происходящее (понятно у них здесь все четко до одной минуты , но все же мы же не в банк пришли🤥 ) Я решила подойти на стойку ресепшена и спросить нас не покормят 🤔? Парень посмотрел на часы было 10.03 быстро пошел в ресторан сказал несколько слов и тут сразу официанты забегали, заулыбались , а то в отрез отказались кормить. Завтрак был очень сытный , спасибо 🙏 Хоть и с такими нюансами все прошло , я бы второй раз в этот отель вернулась .

From first  minute we checked in the reception staff were so friendly and polite and spoke excellent English . Our room was amazing spacious and a good view on to the main street outside   the room was immaculately clean the bed was comfortable and  coffee tea and water were provided it was as  a very quiet hotel even though we were just off a Main Street  the breakfast was amazing plenty of choice on the menu and table service It was served quickly and hot .and  at night there is a good restaurant and bar with live entertainment , Over all an amazing price for a very good  hotel

The hotel location is amazing but the service is the worst one I’ve ever experienced. I’ll share my story with you: They don’t serve tea during lunch and dinners but still have some sweets (baklava, waffles and so on). I can’t imagine eating sweets with water or beer. I’ve asked if I can still get a tea somehow, and the waiter that “there’s nothing I can do, we don’t have tea”, so then I’ve asked a waiter “since there’s no tea during the dinner time, can I take a piece of baklava to the pool bar (they serve tea 24/7, but don’t have sweets) to eat it with tea”, she responded “yes, you can”. I’ve grabbed a piece of baklava and went to the exit, where another waiter said “you can’t take food out of the area”. I explained the situation, said that another waiter approved it, but this waiter has just taken my baklava in front of 30-50 people. Disgusting. I’m ok with the rules, every hotel can set their own, but why do two waiters say absolutely different things? It’s an abusive behaviour, I would say. He would either say “if it’s been confirmed by my colleague then ok, but we can’t confirm it next time” not to make me feel embarrassed, or go to the bar and deliver a cup of tea, and explain one more time that they can’t do it next time. It would be a good service, I think. So, I went to the reception desk and asked to call a restaurant manager. They said he will come in 30 minutes. I said I’ll be at the bar. In 30 minutes, nobody came. I went back to the reception, where a person told me that the manager is already gone and asked to come back tomorrow. Nice. So, next morning I came to the reception, where another receptionist told me that there is no restaurant manager today because he is off on Saturday and Sunday. I told that been said I will be able to talk to the restaurant manager today. She responded “okay, but there’s nothing I can assist”. Absolutely worst service experience ever.
