villa a Hat Yai

I was book Junior Suite for the hotel but once entering , there is white stain on the floor like it never clean , also some black flake around.. Reception and Housekeeping came to see and they agree to move us to a new room which is not really different but a bit better. Just only if I asked for a spare key , but she just said that is the only one keycard of this room for the whole hotel.. Okay Fine!! The next day , we need to use the room for web-meeting after lunch and ask them to make up room during 2 hours lunch outside .. I told both the reception and press the sign at the room. Once we back to set up the meeting , Room was not clean , It is really a pissed .. that we have to wait downstairs another 20 mins and have to rush back for meeting. I asked the housekeeping that how many person work as housekeeping here , she said only herself. Thats why room is dirty even it is not full. I can see how poor of the hotel's management And staff there look ignorance a lot ,, never say sorry or even offer us a drink or something , no service mind

Abbiamo prenotato 2 x camera Deluxe con colazione, l'hotel è situato macro, centro commerciale e mercato notturno. Mi piace la posizione, molto conveniente e facile da accedere ovunque. Ci sono anche parcheggio. La piscina è grande e ha anche sala da ginnastica. La stanza è grande per me per mettere 2 bagagli.Il personale non può parlare inglese in modo fluente.A volte non capisco cosa sto chiedendo o spiegando.La stanza è pulita e il suono prova anche. Il più importante per me è la prova sonora.Tornero' in questo hotel. Molto consiglio ai miei amici e alla mia famiglia.

Have stayed in this property a couple of times. It's my go to property whenever i got a chance to visit Hat Yai. While the location might not be next to shopping or dining, it's quite accessible and you can reach many places within 5-10 mins ride/drive. The staffs are nice, the room is big and clean. They have a rooftop swimming pool which is a plus and most enjoyable during sunset. Would definitely stay with the property again.

Godetevi il mio soggiorno. Molto comodo soggiorno. Solo parcheggio troppo limitato. Vengono con complimentare colazione semplice e raffreddamento giornaliero dal caffè/pantry. Camera pulita e comoda. aria condizionata refrigerazione. Camera e cuscini comodi. pressione dell'acqua buona. Apprezzi le bottiglie di acqua in bottiglia.

La posizione è grande, non molto lontano dalla vecchia città. Le camere sono nuove ma le strutture sono molto limitate, ad esempio, solo un bagaglio in bagno, una sedia non adatto con la tavola integrata. La carta chiave non ha funzionato molto bene. Inoltre, i pulsanti dell'ascensore sono piuttosto duri da premere.

L'intero hotel è sporco e scende. Non fidatevi delle foto che devono essere state prese almeno cinque anni fa. Le camere non sono esattamente pulite, soprattutto il bagno. Le pareti sono affilate e niente sembra essere stato curato. L'ascensore è l'unico modo realistico per raggiungere i piani superiori, a meno che non voglia usare la più sporca e dodgica serie di scale esterne che abbia mai visto. La cera in cima era quando ho chiesto una raccomandazione per un buon massaggio (francamente tutti i posti vicini sembrano dodgi) e mi è stato detto che mandassero una signora nella mia stanza; 400 1 ora di massaggio spa. Era la peggiore esperienza di massaggio che abbia mai avuto, la donna voleva pagare 700, non 400 come avevo accettato. Era così brutta che le ho detto di smettere dopo 15 minuti e tra lei e il ricevitore che cercavano di pagarmi 400 per meno di 20 minuti. Non fidarti di loro, non dar loro i tuoi soldi, andate da qualche altra parte.

Great service from all the staff at Centara Hotel Hatyai. Special thanks to Mr Methee & Mr Charat for the superb hospitality provided throughout our stay at the hotel. Location was good with many eateries around and Lee Gardens Night Market is just below the hotel. This is our 2nd time staying here and we will be back for sure. Thank you! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
