Servizi: relativamente vecchio, sembra una configurazione domestica a 4 stelle! La camera con letto king size con vista sul mare che avevamo prenotato era meglio di niente! Dalle foto si vede che è molto vicino alla spiaggia, infatti bisogna attraversare una strada, ma è abbastanza vicino! Scendi le scale dal secondo piano dell'hotel, esci dal centro commerciale, attraversa la strada, scendi e arrivi alla spiaggia! La lamentela più degna di nota è che al piano di sotto dovrebbe esserci un posto sulla via del ritorno in hotel dove puoi lavarti via la sabbia dai piedi! Altrimenti basta salire al secondo piano e farsi una doccia nel bagno a bordo piscina! Pulizia: così così, capelli visibili sul pavimento Ambiente: Il vantaggio è che è vicino a un grande centro commerciale, il che è più comodo per mangiare e fare shopping; è anche più comodo visitare le vicinanze. Servizio: Il servizio è molto buono. Dopo il check-out, ho anche aiutato a prenotare un taxi con Blue Bird. Quando prendi un taxi, assicurati di cercare taxi regolari e affidabili! Nel complesso, così così! Mi dispiace per il prezzo di 2k a notte! Ma nella Giornata Nazionale, il mondo intero ci aiuta a festeggiare, quindi il prezzo del biglietto sarà finito. Ad ogni modo, non ci tornerò la prossima volta che verrò a Bali! La spiaggia di Kuta di fronte è molto bella, la costa è molto lunga, dopo aver camminato per circa 50 metri l'acqua arriva fino alla vita... Il tramonto è stupendo!

Mio marito e io abbiamo avuto il piacere di rimanere una notte a Alaya Dedaun Kuta, e vorremmo rimanere più a lungo. La posizione è grande, proprio nella grossa di tutto con ristoranti, bar, negozi di comodità e shopping senza fine, ma anche in qualche modo un oasi tranquillo quando si mette a piedi sulla proprietà. Il controllo è stato bello, e anche se abbiamo incontrato alcuni problemi tecnici con il pagamento, il controllo è stato proseguito e abbiamo liquidato il pagamento senza emissione il giorno successivo, quando un membro di squadra più esperto con la macchina eftpos potrebbe trattare il La proprietà è bella con giardini bellissimi e villa molto privata. La nostra villa era più grande dell'appartamento a Sydney, con una grande e bella camera da letto e un'area di soggiorno con vista su un lussuoso giardino e piscina, e un bagno ridicolo. Il tè di benvenuto è stato portato nella nostra stanza con i bagagli, e è stato bello sventolare sul tè di ghiaccio mentre noi siamo rilassati dalla piscina. Il letto è molto comodo e dormivamo tranquillamente. Il bagno aveva un sacco di asciugamani, con grande pressione idrica. La mattina seguente abbiamo goduto di un colazione indonesiano e di un colazione giapponese, e siamo veramente sorpresi di quanto fosse delizioso tutto. Prima che il colazione fosse servito, abbiamo ricevuto un colpo tranquillo sulla nostra porta anteriore per vedere se il colazione poteva essere messo fuori. Questo è stato un buon toccamento, perché abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di chiudere i cortili e di vestirci, mentre il colazione era messo fuori. Era un bel cominciamento al mattino, per godersi il nostro colazione fuori mentre guardavamo gli alberi svanire e la piscina ribollare. Sfortunatamente, abbiamo dovuto controllare dopo colazione, e ci stavamo sparando che non ci siamo rimasti più per godere la nostra piscina correttamente, e un trattamento spa sul sito della DaLa Spa acclamato. Raccomanderò molto di rimanere a Alaya Dedaun Kuta, e spero che tu possa rimanere più a lungo di quanto abbiamo fatto!

During my recent stay at the Pullman Legian in Bali, I was left disappointed by the overall experience. Despite the hotel's appealing facade and convenient location in Kuta, the room itself fell short of expectations. First and foremost, the room I stayed in, which was supposedly a pool-front location, had a persistent dampness that was immediately noticeable upon entering. This unpleasant atmosphere made it difficult to fully enjoy the space and left me feeling uncomfortable throughout my stay. Moreover, the cleanliness of the room was far from satisfactory, and it did not live up to the standards one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. In fact, the cleanliness level was more comparable to that of a two-star hotel in the Kuta area. The state of the bathroom floor was particularly disappointing, with visible damage and an overall dirty appearance. The wooden parquet flooring was scratched in multiple places, which gave the room an unappealing and poorly-maintained aesthetic. To make matters worse, even the simplest details seemed to have been overlooked. For instance, the chair in the room displayed signs of rust, which further added to the feeling of neglect. The water hose attached to the bathtub appeared to have never been cleaned, as it had a noticeable buildup of mildew and left a silky feeling on your hands when touched. Considering the brand reputation of Pullman, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience at the Pullman Legian fell short in these aspects, making it difficult for me to recommend this hotel to others. On a positive note, the location of the hotel was undoubtedly convenient, situated in the heart of Kuta Bali. However, the disappointments encountered within the room overshadowed this advantage. In conclusion, despite the attractive facade and prime location of Pullman Legian in Bali, the lackluster room conditions and subpar cleanliness detracted significantly from the overall experience. If you value cleanliness and attention to detail in your accommodation, I would recommend exploring other options in the area before considering a stay at this hotel.

One of the very worst hotels in Bali. Before I start, the concierge staff are incredibly friendly and helpful but, sadly the other staff are not. CHECK IN AND MASSAGE Upon checking in we told the front office staff that we would like a massage that is advertised on their website. The staff member told us that it was closed and we should book another day (not an issue). We booked for 2 days later and waited all day for the final massage of the night (6pm). We went to pay for the massage pre massage and was told that the massage we saw online was a promotion that had finished. It was still on their website and had no start or finish date. After arguing the point they made up something about a morning promotion for that price. Once again, there was no information stating what time the massage had to be. They clearly were making that up. I then asked to see the manager who said he could not help us and that it was our problem. He even told us that if we were NOT guests at the hotel we could access that rate (this does not make sense). The Manager was not helpful at all. Do not use the massage. It is clearly a SCAM. The manager told me that because I was an inhouse guest and I had already checked in, that this rate can change. I asked him if the rates we book a room for and pay for can suddenly change when we arrive just like the massage price. Both the manager and the guest services desk lady were extremely unhelpful. The guest services lady was also quite rude. HOTEL Gardens are beautiful and lovely to walk around. The rooms are extremely old and kept in poor condition. Our room had sections peeling off the cupboard which actually cut our daughters foot open. The bath was very dirty and didn't drain properly. The shower did not have proper pressure and was very old. They provide 2 very old glasses in the room to drink from. 1 of which had a crack in it and was dangerous to drink from. I broke one of the 2 glasses accidentally (my fault). Upon check out I was told that I would need to pay for the glass. This is a cheapo glass and they wanted to charge me for it. We said we would be happy to pay for the glass if they were happy to pay for the medical bill of our child cutting her foot. Breakfast is not great but not terrible. They have a small egg station which is pretty good. Unfortunately, the staff make this a terrible experience and treat their hotel as a way to scam your money rather than let you enjoy your stay. The concierge staff on the other hand get 10/10. Super helpful and so friendly at all times. They are also so good with kids. The hotel also OFFERED me a wonderful deal of 70,000 rupiah to stay until 9pm that night for our flight. I found the same night for 57,000 rupiah online however and this covered the WHOLE NIGHT. There are much better hotels around the area charing the same price.

Overall experience was good. We have a pleasant stay. Directly attached to a mall, nearby full of restaurants and shops, very close to the beach. Very nice staff who greet you every time. Breakfast is decent. There are still rooms for improvement. Appreciate if the hair dryer can be permanently available in all rooms but not on request and need to request on daily basis. Sound proof is on poor side especially during peak season and there are some guests who like to make noise at 3am and hotel repair work that is done at midnight. The jam outside the hotel main road is super bad, a disaster if you need to travel outside.

Date le note elevate, era un po' deluso, forse siamo stati solo sfortunati. Pro - appartamento è stato bello e pulito e molto confortevole per la nostra famiglia di 5. La cavolozza del bagno di Cons era sporca quando siamo arrivati. -L'accesso a carte/ascensori è stato problematico durante il soggiorno e ha dovuto chiamare il personale per salire ogni volta.  - Il con in camera da letto ha un odore divertente, il con in camera 2 è stato rumoroso e non freddo.  - Solo due cucchiaini e troppo morbidi, ma altrimenti il letto era comodo. - La piscina era bella, ma piccola. i bambini erano ancora divertenti. - La palestra era deludente... con l'aria e la palestra non funzionavano.

Бывал уже тут 10 лет назад. Выбрал снова. Удобно расположен в дали от основной трассы. Красивая территория. Номера конечно староваты, но в этом тоже свой шарм. Вкусные завтраки. Единственное…. Вай фай некудышный. Часто теряется сеть. Если вам нудно для работы, то намучаетесь.

Выбирали отель из недорогих, поэтому и оказались в Куте, хоть серфингом и не увлекаемся. По этой причине, море разочаровало - большая волна и грязно! А вот отель оказался для этой цены вполне неплохим. Номера староватые, но просторные. Территория отеля очень красивая, оформлена в балийском стиле. Завтраки - традиционный шведский стол, всего хватало, но ничего особенного. А вот по меню было вкусно! Обслуживание на хорошем уровне. Очень пригодился совет, полученный здесь в отзывах, о наличии поблизости с отелем хорошего алкогольного магазинчика (выходя из отеля - направо, через 5 минут ходьбы вдоль набережной).... хороший выбор и низкие цены. Очень неплох местный ром!

Located is unbeatable as it is just across the street from Kuta Beach and connected to the large Beachwalk shopping mall. There are loads of chain restaurants if you do not want to walk far. The hotel is designed in L shape but with only one set of elevators near the lobby. So if you are lucky like me and got the room at the far end, be prepared to walk more than 50m with your luggage . 😀. The room is spacious and in very good condition. There is a balcony in the room but the view is of the back street. The lobby has a bar with lots of games such is pool table and even PS5. The only thing to take note is that many of the streets along the beach and in the area are one way and could have heavy congestion on weekends. It took us nearly 1 hour to go around a few blocks that was only 1.5 km in distance ( on a Sunday evening).
