Hotel a 2 stelle in Nelson, Nuova Zelanda

We booked a 2 room cabin, the place was quiet that was nice but the place wasn't clean a dirty oven try left in the oven! Plates with crumbs on them! The bathroom fan didn't work so the cabin was super super damp, no soaps or shampoo dispensers were all empty! The bathroom and toilet door didn't close properly or quietly. The main bedroom must have a leak somewhere it rained on the last day and the carpet in the morning was super wet along the window. Couches were uncomfortable feels like it pushes you head forward and the TV had no Internet connection to watch Netflix like advertised. The place is very run down and needs a really really good clean! The accommodation was close to town and quiet. I wouldn't recommend this place spend an extra $100 and stay somewhere else

Il personale era amichevole e utile. La posizione è molto conveniente. Le strutture sono buone. Ho tuttavia avuto un gruppo di anziani nella mia stanza. Sono stati affrontati rapidamente dal personale entro circa 5 minuti dopo la segnalazione. Sono grato di essere in grado di lasciare il bagaglio prima di entrare, ma un po' deluso ho dovuto pagare 2 nzd per immagazzinare il bagaglio in un bloccato in partenza per circa 90-120 minuti. Posso capire le tariffe per periodi più lunghi di bagaglio a sinistra in check-out, ma meno di 2 ore sembrava un po' sfortunato. Tuttavia, consiglierei ancora la YHA per gli altri, anche se se si vuole un ostello più ”party” tipo, non è questo.

We stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment. We received excellent communication before our arrival, which made check-in extremely smooth. The apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. It is very close to the centre of town (about 2 minutes) with lots of restaurants and shops within easy reach. It is also only a 15 minute drive from the airport. Highly recommended!

Clean, and nice backpacker. It is near the city so really convenient. Also it was helpful that parking was free.

Had a private room which was clean and very comfortable. Cosy too. Only spent two nights but would’ve been happy there on a long trip. The shared areas were great too, especially for socialising. Staff were super friendly. Would definitely stay again.
