Hotel a 2 stelle in Prefettura di Akita, Giappone

We stayed two nights. It was a great experience. Room itself is good, bed is comfortable. Got onsen and free half portion of ramen and rice after 7:30pm, which is a bonus. Ramen is delicious. However, service for a part-time staff (a girl) was bad! This is the first time we experienced such bad service in Japan. First, her greeting was mean and rude, with no smile on her face and kind of ignoring the customer. Second, after we got the room key and get ready to take the elevator, we didn't know the way. She just kept ignoring us which a normal staff would show you the way to the elevator right after finished check-in. Lastly, after we entered into the room, we found out that the toilet seat was loosen. So we went down to the lobby to tell her about these. She was so unhelpful that she did not even want to come up to our room to see what happen, but just tild us to use the toilet in the lobby instead! At the end, luckily there was another senior full time staff just on duty, we told him about this, and he immediately went up to our room to see what happen. Will give this senior staff a 5 star. So other than that part-time staff (girl), all were pretty good.

Le strutture e le camere sono molto pulite e molto comode.Il parcheggio è molto grande, quindi il parcheggio è facile, è molto buono.

Anche se è molto lontano dalla stazione di guaio, può prendere il bus e passare. Non è un problema. La stanza è molto grande. Dovrebbe essere tutto. Vivere bene con la testa, cioè non è molto buono. L'acqua è piccola quando si lava. Un po'di male Il servizio del personale della reception è buono

E'molto pulito, la stanza è molto grande e molto comoda.Non c'e'un passeggero in camera, ma c'e' un grande bagno pubblico, e posso godere di un senso caldo.Il personale è anche molto amichevole e educato.Voglio vivere la prossima volta per colazione.

Questo gem di famiglia ha consegnato un incredibile soggiorno che ha superato le mie aspettative – un solido 10/10! - Il personale era eccezionalmente caldo, amichevole e accogliente, facendoci sentire a casa dal momento in cui siamo arrivati. Il loro evidenziamento? Il loro albergo, delizioso cena – cordiale, confortante tariffa giapponese che ha colpito il punto dopo un giorno sulle corse. Tutto sul luogo urla il fascino comunitario, dalle vibrazioni confortevoli ai prezzi a buon bilancio che ti permette di immergersi nella natura aspirante di Akita senza rompere la banca. - Ani Ski Resort è solo passi lontano, e il terreno epico del monte Moriyoshi è fatto per lo sci di classe mondiale. 非常好！房間很寬敞，很乾凈！ 頂樓的温泉不大，但是人也很少，還有冷水池子和桑拿。 如果人多大概體驗感就會差很多。 下午3點到晚上9點有免費的飲料喝。 和式房非常不隔音，隔壁打開書包拉鍊、刷牙都聽的一清二楚。早晨四點鐘被隔壁打呼聲吵醒。

Il padrone era gentile e utile. Anche se siamo arrivati troppo tardi, era molto gentile e ci ha accolti nella sua casa. Grazie!

すごく綺麗で、ロッカーが大きい。カプセルベッドも広くて圧迫感はない。シャワーも着替える場所があり、夜鳴きそばや隣接施設での温泉入浴も無料。高コスパ。

This very homestay style accommodation started some 48 years ago by the grandma. Two of her daugthers, Kaori and Katura now runs this cosy place with about 10 rooms. The stars are the two Akita inu, Haru-chan (father), 7 years old. And his daughter, Hana-chan (6 years old). it will take some time to warm up with them, similar to Shiba inu. We got to spend sometime with both of them during our stay, including giving them some treats, watched Haru-chan drinks ice cream with ice (it was a hot day). Chatted with Kaori and grandma to find out more about them. We had dinner and breakfast which was home cooked style. It has been a pleasant stay. Very friendly and down to earth family. This is highly recommended if you are into Akita Inu and enjoy homestay.
