The staff is incredibly friendly and talkative in a good way. The room is decent, but my view was just to the street. I enjoyed the lemongrass smell in the room. The bathroom is good, tap water doesn't stink and the water is hot. In my room the drainage could be cleaned. Unfortunately because there were few people in the hotel the breakfast was not a buffet: I was asked to order from the menu, the food quality was mediocre (juice was freshly made, mi quang was not good, ”cheese” was just that kind of sliced cheese they use for burgers, an omelette was good), but variety and quantity is decent. The service during breakfast was great and I felt welcomed.

This hotel was big and had a lot of greenery everywhere. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was absolutely lovely, they were very enthusiastic and spoke english quite well. They also provided my family and I with a lot of useful information about their facilities and famous tourist spots we could visit during our stay. One problem was that the stool in our room was slightly ripped and dirty. The location was easily accessible, but a bit far from the night market if travelled on foot. Overall, this hotel is a good and affordable place to stay at.

Отель понравился расположение отличное в пешей доступности, есть бассейн не купалась но вид приличный чистый , лежаки есть. Персонал понравился помогает , я говорю только по русски но они мне через телефон все объяснили и рассказали. Завтраки хорошие(меню заказное )мне хватало обычно заказывала сок, омлет с сосиской и булочка, хлеб. Но так как вокруг отеля много кафе можно завтрак и не брать. Надо иметь ввиду, что в кафе вся еда азиатская, обычной для нас пищи нет.магазинчики маленькие в них кроме воды, пива и сладкого нечего нет. Интернет хороший в номере, есть ютуб.

I stayed here 5 nights, using the hotel as a base for my day excursions to Hai Van Pass, My Son, and Cham Island. I like the location, just outside of the Old Town, so quiet enough, but accessible (by free bicycle); the hotel has free bicycles for guest to use. Otherwise the walk may be a bit far, especially in the heat. The rooms are a good size and good value at this price point. The staff are friendly and helpful; they asked if I wanted to switch to a large bed upon check-in as I had inadvertently booked a twin room. Cleanliness is generally good, nothing wrong with the rooms. I give it a 3 star rating only because there is some algae growth in the swimming pool. But on the upside, the pool is not overly chlorinated. Breakfast is simple but perfectly adequate; there is an egg station, normally some fried rice/noodles with some stir fried dishes, bacon, sausage, fruit, tea/coffee, bread and some pastries. I would have liked some yoghurt and granola, but that is just me. Currently there is noisy construction work (for what looks like a new wing) going on, which starts early in the morning (7AM) and continues throughout the day. This was not an issue for me as I spent most days out and about, but you should be aware if you are booking this hotel in the next few months. Also, on the issue of noise, there is no soft door closer on the guest room doors, so you can here quite a lot of door slamming by some inconsiderate guests. All in all, if I was to come back to Hoi An, I would stay here again (assuming the construction work is completed).

There is a small village, the place is quite and peaceful,opposite hotel has a restaurant selling vietnam and European food, taste good. You can call grab to the old town, near the bridge and along the river have many local food and restaurants. One thing you must know that when you come from Da Nam airport, at the taxi stand don't talk to the man beside the yellow taxi because the price is 300000 and he asked 900000 .

Very comfortable beds, helpful friendly staff and a very large clean room. Delicious breakfast. The option to hire a push bike for the day was well worth it. Excellent way to explore Hoi An. In walking distance to the lanterns tours and Night market and the magic of Hoi An. I will be back.

Questa è una casa con camere. Rimase per una notte, la stanza era pulita. Il bagno era un cortile invece di una porta. Le pareti non erano al tetto. Tutto era sentito nel bagno - era meno, ovviamente. In generale, il resto era buono. C'era una piscina, sembrava pulita, ma non abbiamo fatto il bagno. C'era un po'di tè e un frigorifero. La stanza era incrociata con un ghiaccione, probabilmente perché c'era un grande divario tra la porta d'ingresso e il pollo.

Il posto tranquillo e carino per soggiornare a Hoi an. La famiglia è molto utile per aiutarti a pianificare il viaggio, anche guidare intorno . Piscina piccola ma perfetta per raffreddare. Un semplice ma delizioso colazione. A circa 25mn di passo alla principale attrazione della città.
