I always look elsewhere but always end up coming back to Signature. Located on the quieter end of the beach, it has everything you need for a quiet stay or a 29 minute walk to the busy night life. Surely one of the best hotel room views in the world! Great rooftop pool. Perfect pizzas and a great variety of different cuisine options. I will be back!

Camera: non grande ma pulita e ordinata con colori freschi Posizione: eccellente! C'è un quartiere vivace appena fuori dalla porta e il cibo delizioso è nelle vicinanze. P. S. Ho mangiato due pasti di seguito era un po' crudo, quindi ho tentato la fortuna. Gli affari vanno bene e l'atmosfera è fantastica. È fantastico bere birra e mangiare cibo delizioso. Anche l'89 Health Picture sul lato destro dell'hotel è molto buono. Sono andato a mangiare il terzo giorno e ho scoperto che venerdì era chiuso. Abbiamo camminato dall'hotel al ristorante di pesce Doo Dee che era un po' più lontano. Ci è voluta mezz'ora. Il breve passaggio dietro la porta dell'hotel è silenzioso, pulito e perfettamente separato dai rumori poco distanti. L'unico inconveniente è lo scarso isolamento acustico. Il rumore proveniente dal corridoio esterno, dall'ascensore e dalla reception continuava ad arrivare (abbiamo alloggiato nella camera 104, la prima stanza vicino all'ascensore) e quasi non ho dormito per tutta la notte. Avevo così sonno la seconda notte che ho dormito fino all'alba, non so se il rumore è migliorato la seconda notte.

This was our 4th visit to Kata Sea Breeze and we still love it. The resort is clean, well equiped, close to the beach, has 4 amazing pools and so close to restaurants, the night market and shops. Patong is a 20 minute drive away. We travelled as a family of 4, staying in interconnecting rooms. The rooms are so spacious with great aircon and cleaned daily. Beach towels are supplied which saves a bit of space in the luggage! The daily breakfast caters for all and includes Asian and European dishes. We never went hungry! Just remember you can ask the staff for bacon and eggs which ever way you would like and they will make it for you. My husband had his daily morning boiled eggs on toast just by simply asking politely. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible and it was great to see familiar faces. This resort is well worth a visit for a relaxing break in Kata

L'hotel si trova nella zona di Patong Beach. Ma è all'interno. Forse un po' lontano dalla spiaggia. Se stai pensando di camminare e rilassarti, La distanza dovrebbe essere di circa 1,5 km., ma davanti alla scuola ce ne sono 7. e camminare lungo il canale Vai alla comunità di Ban Mon. C'è molto cibo da mangiare ed è anche una zona vivace. È disponibile un ascensore centrale, le camere sono molto spaziose, l'aria condizionata funziona bene, per fortuna la camera è stata rinnovata di nuovo. Dato che siamo venuti in bassa stagione all'inizio di luglio, le lavoratrici sono bellissime, offrono un buon servizio e parlano dolcemente. Nei periodi di bassa stagione è consigliabile soggiornare entro le ore 21:00 perché oltre tale orario potrebbe non esserci più personale ad accogliervi, potete chiamare l'hotel prima del vostro turno. Puoi seguire il numero di telefono su Google Maps. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, bel posto in cui vivere, nessun deposito per le chiavi.

Pros 1. A clean sheet, mattress, and pillow provide comfort. 2.The water pressure is excellent for hot or cold. You can wash your clothes in this spacious bathroom. Drying clothes on the balcony. 3. The mini fridge and A/C are functioning properly. 4. The place is in the straight line to the Patong beach 100 meters away. 5. There are numerous 7-Eleven locations around. Easy to get halal foods in this convenience shop at affordable prices. 6. Nearby, there are two Starbucks, one is 200 meters away and the other is 300 meters away by walking. Muslims have the option to order juices or coffee with plant-based milk. Watson’s are next to the store. 7. McD's, Subway, and Burger King are also near this place, but they are not Muslim friendly. Bars and eateries is numerous around. 8. You can get Halal famous banana crepe and pad Thai at street vendors along Patong Beach, but please look for the Halal signage. 9. The receptionist is fluent in English. The housekeeping lady is helpful and generous. Every morning she will place a bottle of drinking water in front of the door. 10. I made the full payment via Trip.com, there was no need for a deposit. 11. You can walk to Bangla Walking Street, Hard Rock Cafe/Shop, and OTOP Market in less than 1km. 12. I charged RM130 for three nights. I love the location that surrounded a lot of attractions and can reach on foot. To get to this place from the airport, you can take a minivan at a cost of 180 baht per person. You'll be dropped off at the roadside and then walk to the hotel about 300 meters. 13. Wi-Fi connection is good. 14. Functioning water kettle. 15. Shampoo and soap is provided but better bring your own. 16. Easy to get Bolt e-hailing service at the roadside without long waits. Cons 1. The TV is not working at all. 2. No iron is provided inside and out of the room. But, this place is offering the service of washing, drying, and ironing for 100 Baht per KG. 3. The shower curtain is very dirty. I hope the hotel can change it to make the customers comfortable. 4. The balcony is slightly filthy and rusty.

I really loved the place! It is SSOOOOOO clean! I wanted to stay longer. It is near 7 Eleven (which is common in Thailand.😀😄) It is also ear the airport. One guest told me he walked from the airport to the hostel, and I wish I did the same. Haha. I took the bus which was near the domestic departure area. It cost 100 baht. Anyway, I walked from the hostel to Nai Yang Beach and Sirinat National Park to get a short glimpse of the beach! I really loved it. Here are some suggestions I'd like to make: 1) Make the signage outside bigger especially for those who'll be arriving at night. I arrived at 7pm and struggled to find on Google Maps where the hostel was. It took me 15 minutes to walk back and forth before I saw I was standing in front of it! Lol. It's beside Wyndham Royal Lee Phuket. 2) The bar was closed on the night I stayed, so that's a good thing. Maybe do something about the loud music just in case, so that guests will have a good sleep especially those who have an early flight/travel schedule. 3) I couldn't find a female dorm and male dorm option, so I assume all rooms are mixed dorms for men and women. I would suggest working on having a female dorm and a male dorm separately. I was a bit nervous at first when it was only me and a guy in the room, then luckily another guy arrived. I was about to book a nearby hotel for 350 baht because I wasn't comfortable and would've been unable to sleep had the second male guest not arrived. Other than those, this hostel is PERFECT! *nice and welcoming staff *shower with shampoo and soap (which I never experienced in my former hostel stays in Malaysia and Laos) *clean toilets with tissue *cabinet with towel and key (I had to pay for my towel use in Laos) *locker with key *really nice living room with free water and tissue (Again, never experienced this in other hostels.) Oh I still have so many good things to say about the place! I'll definitely come back to enjoy the beach more. Thank you so much! 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓

Even if I havent used buses, location of the hostel just next to the terminal could be convenient for some travelers. I liked how spacious the capsules were, there's room for bed, a personal locker, and also space even for your bigger bag/s. Also, i liked that the room came with a practically private bathroom (6 guests sharing it). It can be quite noisy though, when showers or lavatories are in use, as there is no door to the bathroom area (maybe something to add?). In the kitchen area, there was a possibility to make yourself coffee or tea. You could also refill your water bottle given at checkin, but the water cooler was behind the front desk counter, making it somewhat inconvenient as you always needed staff's assistance. I disliked staff cleaning the room already after 9 o'clock. I understand some guests leave earlier, enabling earlier cleaning. But for the sake of other paying guests sleeping in the room (in the room where maybe roommates arrived late at night and were extremely noisy, making it problematic to sleep during the night), staff shouldnt change the beds so much before the check-out time, casually talking on the phone too, and creating additional noise pollution. There is a reason why checkout is at 12 and checkin around 14. This is the prime period when staff should disturb the room. While hostel in general seems to ve very clean, i think bathrooms could have a more pleasant, refreshing smell (visually the toilet was clean, but the scent could have been better). Also, it would be great to have a trash bin in general area, not just inside the toilet, where it is mostly used for disposing used toilet paper. Note to future bookers: there is a 300 baht key deposit, which i forgot to collect afterwards (busy member of the staff just took the key back, without sorting it out). Luckily, i stayed a bit longer in the lobby, and they came looking for me to give me back my money.

Buon pomeriggio a tutti! Voglio condividere la mia impressione di questo hotel. Pro: - Ottima posizione, la spiaggia è vicina - personale eccellente - Buona pressione dell'acqua + acqua calda - pulizia + acqua in camera ogni giorno -biancheria da letto pulita - cambio asciugamani giornaliero -c'è una cassaforte, - prezzo basso, difficilmente si può trovare di meglio. Siamo andati in giro a cercare diverse opzioni che erano ancora più costose, ma in realtà erano anche peggiori. Ora sugli svantaggi: Abitavamo in una stanza che non aveva finestre sulla strada; la stanza si trovava all'interno della casa. -non c'è ventilazione nel bagno, umidità costante - Di notte le luci nei corridoi sono accese, il che rende difficile dormire - non esiste alcun isolamento acustico in quanto tale - tende sporche, infeltrite con sangue o altro, come puoi vedere nella foto - Letto duro e scomodo e cuscini sottili, molto scomodi per dormire. In conclusione: puoi rimanere per non più di 1-2 giorni.

Sono stato felice per il primo giorno che arriva il proprietario sembra amichevole e l'hotel sembra confortevole per rimanere poi la notte dopo che sono tornato dalla notte fuori circa 2 sono ancora persone festeggiano più alto vicino alla piscina e nessun personale per prendersi cura di questa gente rumorosa in la serata tardi Il giorno secco mi sorprendeva quando ho lasciato la mia carta chiave in camera la sera e sono tornato nella mia stanza. Mi sono sconvolto che l'elettricità in camera vicina e in realtà qualcuno è venuto nella mia stanza per prendere la carta chiave e poi ho chiamato il numero di telefono nella ricezione della porta perché nessuno lavora più per chiedere la mia chiave, la risposta mi fa male che mi dicono di girare la chiave e la stanza sinistra, poi chiedo dove la chiave così il personale dicono che ci sta solo cercando da solo, poi hangup 🙄 ma è Non sto bene che qualcuno sia venuto in camera mia senza il permesso perché ha altre cose che ho lasciato in camera e non ho usato una scatola sicura di sicurezza e di privacy degli ospiti per rimanere perché è necessario venire a controllare le persone quando non sono in camera o Come pensi di camminare in camera degli ospiti quando non sono lì.Questo non mi è mai successo prima e non sono felice per questo hotel e non tornerò mai indietro o consigliare a tutte le persone che conosco. E'un hotel molto cattivo. Entra nella stanza degli ospiti dove l'ospite non sa di esso. Se i valori sono persi, si rimprovereranno dell'ospite stesso che ha lasciato le cose in sicurezza. Anche se il cliente accende le luci e accende il condizionatore d'aria, non dovresti entrare senza che lo sappia? Vi paghiamo ma era intrusivo alla privacy quando chiamiamo per informare che la chiave della stanza è stata rimossa e la storia di aprire il condizionatore d'aria. Per trovare voi stessi, la chiave è in quella stanza. Poi tagliare la linea, nessun servizio di mente e il personale notturno tardi non è. Lasciate che le persone tengano una festa vicino alla piscina, nessun rumore disturbi gli altri ospiti, a 2-3 non ha ancora cessato. In primo luogo, ho pensato che l'alloggio era ok, piacevole rimanere tranquillo. Ma guardandolo, non sarebbe tornato a usare il servizio di nuovo.Per quanto riguarda la privacy e la sicurezza Non siamo molto a posto con questo posto, molto cattivo.

Nice big room however it was extremely noisy. We stayed for 3 nights and got woken up every night by noisy neighbours & loud traffic. The whole time we were there we didn’t get a good night sleep. The organisation was quite poor aswell. Laundry items went missing (because they got rained on and re-dried) and they misplaced multiple pairs of socks. I understand it’s not a big deal but when you’re backpacking, like we were, it was annoying. The room was big and spacious though which we liked and hot shower.
