La stanza che stavo soggiornando è completata con un frigorifero.. Asciugacapelli.. Caffè set per due.. Vicino alla Mosca.. Facile per la bussola da prendere, spazio di parcheggio fornito ... Così vicino ai posti da mangiare (molti) ... Si prenotera' di nuovo in futuro.. Il personale è anche così amichevole e molto utile ...

- Located at the entrance of Jonker Street, and walking distance to the center of the historical city ... the main advantage
- food outlets are as close as next door, Hard Rock Melaka is just around the corner
- clean room and bathroom
- access into the premise, to the specific floor and to the room by card only
- filtered water (hot and cold) is provided at the ground floor
- good soundproofing between rooms and corridor
- basic amenities are provided, others can be requested
- brief check-in and check:out process
Cons
- no parking is a major disadvantage given if you are traveling with young children or senior citizen. Also it is not easy to find public carparks in this part of the town
- fridge available but takes forever to chill
- noises from the Jonker and loud music from trishaws can be heard ... but not so much of a cons if considering choosing the location for the lively atmosphere. There's always a middle room with no window if one prefers a quiet room

WWong GLThe hotel is nicely located near the Jonkers Street which I guess any visitor to Malacca is bound to visit. There are some good eateries nearby too. One element that I like is that it is also next to the riverwalk along the Malacca River.
The room is spacious and everything is working fine. My only comment is that it is lacking a fridge which I think is quite necessary for holding bottles of cold water when I return to the room.

In genere il ospite ci contatterà prima di entrare per assicurarci che possiamo controllare le nostre camere in modo regolare. L'hotel dovrebbe notare che dobbiamo contattare l'ospite prima di entrare se non vogliono contattarci prima. Perché dobbiamo compilare un modulo per ogni camera, quindi ci vuole così tanto tempo. Sono anche costretto ad aspettare l'ospite per mettere la nostra camera. Il nostro hotel è stato chiamato per il parcheggio del centro, che dovevamo pagare se lo facessimo. Dopo la negoziazione, l’ospite ha accettato di darci la carta di parcheggio prima, ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare nella stanza di mia sorella prima. Ha 5 ascensori per entrambi i blocchi, ma solo 2 ascensori possono essere utilizzati. Ha dovuto aspettare quasi un’ora per entrare nell’ascensore. Oltre a questo, l'approvvigionamento d'acqua nel blocco b era giallo. Non ripeterò sicuramente di rimanere qui di nuovo. Ma sul lato luminoso, le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Adatto per le famiglie

TTanThe service is great. Private parking is available which is great for people who drive to malacca. Room is cozy. However, the tap design can be improved. The tap can be extended longer as water kept splashing out when we are using the sink. Also, appreciate if they could provide slippers for us as we need to take off our shoes at the entrance.
