Hotel a 3 stelle in Prefettura di Kōchi, Giappone

Parking is competitive - we have to park at the carpark opposite JR Kochi for our first night but managed to snag a spot the second night. Staff is helpful and friendly. Location is good especially if you are travelling by JR but is quite a walking distance to the attractions eg, Hirome Market, Kochi Castle etc. There are convenience stores nearby where we bought snacks and enjoy the free coffee at the hotel lounge. We are glad breakfast is provided too as it can be a little difficult to find eateries nearby, and it is delicious. Room is clean and size is acceptable by Japan standard.

La stanza è molto pulita e lo spazio è molto buono in standard giapponese. Il personale del desk front è super utile. Volevo aprire una bottiglia di vino e non avevo un apritore di vino. Quando ho chiesto al personale del front desk, ha provato a aiutare il suo meglio, e purtroppo non c'era un apritore di vino e io ho preso in prestito un apritore di birra. Pochi minuti dopo, ho riuscito a aprire il vino con l’apertura della birra e sono sceso al divano per tornare all’apertura. Quando la porta dell’ascensore si aprì, ho visto il personale di fronte voleva entrare nell’ascensore con un screwdriver e due screws in mano. Sono stato davvero così colpito quando ho visto che non si arrendeva e che volevo ancora aiutarmi. Sono completamente zero per il giapponese, e non ricordo il nome del signore, purtroppo. Voglio davvero ringraziare il signore che ha cercato di aiutarmi. La posizione dell'hotel è buona con un supermercato e un negozio conveniente vicino alla porta. La stanza è dotata di una sedia di massaggio per gli ospiti. Io guida, c'è un parcheggio in loco e è gratuito.

the hotel room is nice , best shower even in Japan. but the sink is too low, good size for the child , too low for an adult the hotel has swimming pool, the pool is belong to the gym , normally require the membership ,but you just need to show the counter that you are staying in the hotel they will let you in. if you dont have the swimming suit, they have the swimming suit to borrow which was nice . they don't really speak English, that was a little tough to communicate. they have laundry machine at 3rd floor to use. the breakfast was acceptable , if you are foreigner, like western food , they have croissant, chocolate bread, salad, bacon. it was a good stay.

Within 5 minutes walk from Kochi Train Station to the hotel. Not much eateries in the immediate 5 minutes radius but if you take a 10 minutes walk down or 5 minutes tram ride, you can find an entire street of local shopping and eateries. Do visit the Hirome Market and Kochi Castle which is nearby too! Hotel receptionist do not speak much English but they are super hospitable and easy to communicate via English with them using an amazing translation device they have! Had to do luggage delivery service and they were super helpful! Would definitely stay in this hotel the next time we visit Kochi!

Il personale è gentile ed efficiente, il piccolo uomo è bellissimo dopo un giorno, e la posizione non può essere migliore. Skipped breakfast after seeing the 20-minute wait I’d skip the meal plan next time. Comfortable enough for a short stay, just don’t expect cloud-like beds.

The situated area of the hotel is good. Front desk service was smooth and efficient. The room was spacious. Went down for the bath and it was clean and nice.

The hotel is centrally located near most of the major attractions. As for the room, it feels a bit dated, but well-maintained. There are limited amenities on the ground floor for us to take and use. BTW, they don't do housekeeping every day, but do give you a clean set of towels the next day by hanging them on your door. For those who drive, your car is stored in a Car- lift style building, so you dont really can access your car easily.

Clean hotel with great staff and service. The best thing is definitely the location which steps out into the main arcade. Family mart down below and affiliated parking available for reasonable price (although car park is 4min walk from hotel). The only thing was that their coin laundry within the hotel absolutely does not work. Ran drying 3 times and clothes still came out wet. Just go to another external laundry service if needed.

Location was perfect as it was very close to the JR station. The local food market was 15 min away. Room size was ok, not too small. Nice staff but didn't speak English. I was asked to pick a time for room cleaning. The furniture looked quite new and I could smell the renovation. The website said no WIFI in the room. Actually, it had. I thought the website had not yet been updated. The major problem was insufficient illumination.

As a Henro walking to Temple 39 during a heavy storm that continued throughout the day, I was drenched upon arrival. The kind reception staffer quickly checked me in to my room and It was a welcome sight, clean and inviting. The following day’s breakfast was filling and nutritious. Also, I chose to have dinner and a beer at the restaurant next door. Fabulous choice!
