Hotel a 3 stelle in Prefettura di Ishikawa, Giappone

We originally got a room that was smoky probably due to previous guests but the housekeeping did not do a good job of getting rid of the smokiness (take note the hotel is supposed to be non smoking I think). We called the reception who proceeds to change our room to another floor and they made sure this time there's no ciggarette smell. That wasted a bit of our time but a good gesture to change our room. House keeping needs to make sure to check room properly especially for those with families. Son had a bit of a coughing fit when he entered the room due to the smoke. Location was strategic and they provide free parking in the mall parking.

Posizione comoda vicino all'uscita Kenrokuen della stazione di Kanazawa e al centro commerciale Forus. La camera è piccola, ma credo che si possa comunque soggiornare comodamente in due senza grandi valigie. I servizi sono adeguati, vengono forniti anche olio detergente e lozioni. Il bagno è abbastanza spazioso. In inverno tutte le camere sono impostate in modalità riscaldamento e non è possibile regolare individualmente la modalità raffreddamento. Se trovate troppo caldo con il riscaldamento, non accendete affatto l'aria condizionata.

The hotel is old and the room is clean but not well cleaned especially the corners of the room. The room is old and dull and the toilet smells bad. The balcony is covered with bamboo screen which make hard to see the outside. We can see the balcony is not well cleaned and the rooftop of the building is not well cleaned, too. If they clean the balcony and rooftop it will make a big difference. The fence at the balcony is worn out if they repainted it,it will be very beautiful seeing from the inside. I dont care if the building is old but they should keep it well cleaned and more presentable and im sure people will come again. The food is good and the bathing facilities is also good but its too hot no air at all, i didnt stay long because i cant breath i wish they open the window for fresh air to come. the atmosphere from the window the dried mold of the rooftop and the worn out of the balcony fence should be fix.The place is very quiet and you can really relax.The main entrance and ground floor is renovated and its nice and modern. The service is good too but the clerks are not lively they should be more cheerful. If the room is not dull and the balcony and rooftop is clean i want to stay again but sorry i wont stay here again. La posizione è molto vicina alla fermata dell'autobus, a circa 2 minuti a piedi, e proprio di fronte al grande magazzino, il che è molto comodo. La camera è spaziosa e pulita, ma i servizi sono un po' datati. L'unico inconveniente è che il bagno è molto piccolo e bisogna stare in piedi nella vasca per fare la doccia. Dopo essersi lavati i capelli, la vasca si intasa e bisogna pulirla da soli, altrimenti non si può continuare a fare la doccia. Tuttavia, il prezzo è ragionevole e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono.

La camera era abbastanza spaziosa per il nostro gruppo di due adulti e un bambino, con due letti e un tatami, il che era perfetto. La camera aveva una vasca da bagno e una sauna, e l'asciugacapelli in camera era della marca Refa, molto meglio di quello nel bagno principale. Anche l'onsen era piuttosto buono. Il servizio è stato proattivo. Dato che la camera era lontana dalla dependance e dalla hall, il personale della reception si è subito informato se avessimo bisogno di aiuto con i bagagli fino all'ingresso principale. L'unico neo è stata la cena mediocre.

Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno in hotel. La posizione è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria principale. La camera è pulita ma piccola come previsto. L'hotel è suddiviso in 2 isolati e noi abbiamo soggiornato nell'edificio principale. L'onsen si trova al secondo piano, nell'edificio adiacente, il che non è molto comodo. È necessario portare i propri asciugamani per l'onsen. È possibile prendere gratuitamente il detergente viso in bustina e la crema viso, entrambi di buona qualità.

È facile trovare. Da Kanazawa Station salta su un autobus a Bay 10 l'alight al 2nd stop a Ohmicho Market poi attraversa la strada, cammina per un minuto o due. There's a nearby Starbucks, Lawson and 7/11. A circa 12 minuti a piedi dal castello di Kanazawa e dal giardino di Kenrokuen. Le camere sono pulite e mi piace che offrono cure cutanee gratuite nelle camere da letto. Voglio dire, le signore sono vane, è una buona cosa che prestano attenzione. Il personale è bello. È un alloggio per capsule. Mantengono tutto pulito. Quindi non si deve preoccupare dopo un giorno esauriente, sarete benvenuti con un letto pulito. Un buon consiglio, ottenere il Kanazawa Loop Bus per solo 800 yen. Puoi saltare il bus per andare intorno al Turismo Kanazawa. A value for money since the price is about 210 yen just 1 way. The location is good, it's close to the train station. Staff were super friendly. There's a restaurant within the hotel which we had dinner there, food was good, though the price was a little higher than a normal local restaurant, but for the convenient sake, it was worth it. The bedroom was normal and bathroom is on the small side, since it's located in a small city/town, so don't expect it to be like those hotel in big city but overall it's clean and comfortable, and we were happy with it. There is also a self service free coffee at the lobby, which was good to have some hot drinks especially in the cold weather. Breakfast was very delicious, and you could tell they really made an effort. I would say it's the part I liked the most about my stay.

Sembrava che ci fossero molti ospiti stranieri, ma tutti erano molto gentili e la sicurezza era buona. Ho alloggiato in una stanza singola, ma l'atmosfera era piacevole e rilassante. Ho aggiunto la colazione come opzione. Mi hanno prenotato e mi hanno accompagnato a un posto, così ho potuto stare comodamente anche quando c'era molta gente.

很滿意，雖然路途有點遠，但是進來之後發覺設施還挺新的（尤其後來得知這是超過百年的老店，三代經營下來的）。有個店員是台灣大姐姐給予了很大的幫助，瞭解了很多歷史和食材的詳情。尤其是人少是最大好處，諾大個旅館就三户人住進去了（公湯不開送私湯估計的最大原因），覺得大賺一筆。定的是一泊兩食，每頓都驚喜滿滿，十分滿意又滿足。 最後加個小亮點，有迎賓的LOVOT
